Explain the after hour check in before hand. It was dark, and kinda creepy and took awhile because kept having to go back and unlock truck to take pictures. If I had known would have stayed at truck till doneDiana V.
Van was provided in an extremely unclean state. Don't believe this location cleans their vehicles at all. The van was provided damaged but during online pick up (24/7 truck share) the images showing the condition of the van in a pre damaged state.AMY G.
When you purchase new vans make sure they are 6'8" and not 7'2". Not being able to fit in any parking structures when you are doing conventions makes things very hardDelbert H.

Extremely dirty van inside and out. Not even if uhaul cleaned at all between customers. Seems like covid protocols don't matter. Van was slow to start and needs maintenance.AMY G.

Pick up was super fast and easy. We left a Cel phone in the van and when I called at midnight I was told that a message would be sent to the location. I called in the morning and Andy had gotten the message, found the phone, and is holding it for pick up. GREAT service!!JUDY G.

I rented a moving truck to drive to another state. I had noticed when I was done packing up the truck that the right light was out. I think it's really important to make sure your equipment is well kept especially if someone is renting it to with the intention of moving to another state.Gershon C.

The air conditioner would blow out HOT air when on the maximum setting. When on the Normal setting, it would randomly alternate between Hot and Cold air. On a day with temperatures in the upper 90's this was NOT enjoyable.STEVEN R.

Don't listen to the review by Arin T, he is a liar. This location is very reliable and the workers there are so helpful and kind. Especially employee Scott, who helped me, he answered any questions I had in the most straightforward way and really helped me understand everything, this guy knows customer service, not to mention he let me get a handful of the chips he was snacking on which were quite delicious. Overall my experience here was amazing and such and easy process. I heart you Uhual of Burbank!!!!Noen P.

Somehow between LA and Tennessee, our U-Box had some water damage, and I lost a lot of our books. When the box arrived in Franklin, it was first scheduled for a later time than originally predicted, and they tried to help me when I called to schedule delivery. The day they said they would deliver, the fork lift driver never showed for work (Murfreesboro, TN location) so they rescheduled for the next day. Then when it was scheduled again, the deliver crew brought the wrong box, had to turn around and go back, and it arrived much later than expected.Kelsey G.

There was a hold on my account from 2019 that was only brought to my attention now, as UHAUL sent the bill to the address I moved from, not to the address I was moving to. I am about to sign a contract for a pickup truck and I was told this. So, I was given a phone number by an associate and I went out into the parking lot to resolve the issue. When I walked back inside from making the phone call the associates had already rented my truck to someone else. The moved worked with a van substitute, but it's quite annoying that a UHAUL associate told me to call customer service to resolve this issue in order to complete the rental. I walk outside WITHOUT LEAVING THE PROPERTY - I was in the parking lot the entire time RIGHT OUTSIDE the front door. Either way, the rental worked - but next time you have an associate give instructions to a customer, try not to assume they left and give away their rental.Casey C.

Improvements are needed to the app - it should clearly say what the mileage was when you rented and how much gas the vehicle had. The print out has that great chart showing if the vehicle had a half tank how much gas do you need to put in it to get back to that amount.John B.

The thing that I want to add, is that the U-Haul app on my iPhone is, without any exaggeration, the worst app I have ever used in my entire life! It has failed to allow me to check in my vehicle after using it twice in the past 2 to 3 weeks. I can't get a hold of customer service to answer any questions, and the app keeps failing and telling me over and over again that it can't â€œconnect to a serverâ€ or â€œit can't find my orderâ€ etc. etc. At this point in the process I am exhausted, sweaty, disgusting, and pissed off. You have not me, or come close to exceeding my expectations at all! Worst app ever! If you guys don't fix your app I will probably start using another company. It is the worst freaking app I have ever seen in my freaking life! How in the world am I supposed to check in your vehicle, with photos, and protect myself if there's any damage ( which there is not,)? How am I supposed to do anything following your procedures if the damn app won't even connect to the server!?!? For the love of God fix the damn thing, or delete it and start all over again! Or, I'll use Budget or another company next time. One day of use for ~$250 (including gas)?! Sheesh! You'd think for that money from tens of people a day, the stupid app would let me check in my truck at the end of the day!!Benjamin K.

I would suggest adding to your training of all employees, that if someone rents a dolly that your Staff can let that person know whether or not the truck they are renting has a ramp. I rented a 10-foot truck only to find out after I already started my move that there was no ramp to roll my dolly up into the truck. I would have rented the 15 foot truck had someone told me that. I ended up having no use for the dolly that I paid rent on whatsoever at that point because there was no point to utilize your dolly if I couldn't get the heavy items rolled into the truck. Help your customers by being more proactive so the experience, which is already stressful on its own, is more pleasant because of your Staff (who are the Uhaul experts) giving excellent customer service. Your staff has been great otherwise it just would have been more helpful to be informed that there was no ramp if I'm renting a dolly and a 10' truck.katarina S.

There was some sand in the back of the van. I did mention it and they tried to clean it up but they were too busy to do a through job. Up on return they wanted to charge me a cleaning fee , so I had to remind them I picked it up like this . The van needed a wash as well. I let all this slide because I could tell they were under staffed and doing their best . It's the times we live in, otherwise everything else was great .Henrik D.

The quality of service was excellent, and the entire process was fast and quite easy. The only complaint that i have (and this is about U-Haul in general, not specifically this location), is that the pricing is VERY deceptive. The add-on fuel charges make the cost at least triple the initial estimate. I understand some of this as the price of gasoline has skyrocketed, but there should be a better way to rent vehicles than to advertise a price which is unrealistically low. Had I chosen to fill the vehicle myself before returning it, my cost would have been closer to four times the initial estimate. In short, NO ONE will ever rent one of your vehicles and spend only the lowball advertised price. They'll either pay a small fortune at the pump, or a small fortune in add-on fees upon return. That being said, the truck was excellent and served us very well. I still would have rented it at a more realistically advertised price, but I wouldn't have resented the deception as I do now.Robert C.
