There was a trailer in the way of me pulling out of the lot that had to be moved. no help with dolly in truck was offered, alone single elderly woman. long line with a lot of people waiting prior to opening, should have been more people at register. the wait was over half hour once in the store, the line snaked around past the entry to the counter. the back was locked, it was not explained where the key was. had to make a separate trip to counter to ask and then wait because of the numerous customers being waiting on. overall the agent was not all that friendly and compassionate of the circumstances to offer help. my first option was andresen road and will remain that way. sorry

I had excellent customer service at the counter both times that I stopped in. The first time was to see what size trailer that I needed and to make the reservation and again when I went in to pick up the trailer. I didn't get his name but he is very efficient at his job.

I'm so grateful that this U-HAUL is where it is, and that I'm able to rent a wonderful Chevrolet pickup truck from this location. I can't say enough good things about my experience renting from you, I really just love the truck I rented, I didn't want to turn it back in after I was done, but I did, KUDOS on a job well done <3 !

The female staff member promised to remove the charge for the dollu. I never used it and it was still sealed to the wall. She verbal agreed to do that and didn't. I feel lied to. I won't come back here.

I completely filled the tank but the gauge initially read slightly underfilled. I was overcharged 10 $for fuel. I asked the attendant to recheck and he confirmed the tank was completely filled. He called the manager/owner and I was assured of a 10 $credit. I have not received a credit nor heard from anyone at the store.

I had a reservation for a 10" box truck. I arrived an hour late and didn't get my truck because the last person didn't return it. Imagine if I showed up on time! Anyways, Taylor was my representative. I felt like she was so bored and didn't want to help me, honestly. I was trying to move and I had to be the one to ask about other options for my move. It felt like my needs weren't recognized. I saw the other employee really care for his customers so I don't know why I didn't get that same service. I selected the only available truck which just so happened to be the pickup. It was much smaller than what I needed. I extended my contract to 9pm, and happened to return it just a bit late. I was charged so many extra fees, I think it came out to 66 dollars for my rental. I truthfully feel like I was Nickle and Dimed. I didn't even get the equipment or the 50 dollar credit for being displaced. Because of this, I won't be using Uhaul again or recommend this to anyone unless I get a refund. I have used Uhaul before and been fine, but I felt like this location could use some customer service coaching & a second set of eyes/ears so you don't get charged incorrectly.

The internet states you will be charged 1,19/mile but I was charged 1,59/mile. To get a truck for that weekend, I had to pick one up 20 miles away and I had to pay for that, too. I think they should have given me a little break for being willing to pick up a truck so far away. The gas gauge was off - it looked like someone had stolen gas out of the tank. May sure you look at your gas gauge so you aren't charged for that gas. This location was nice enough to adjust it for me.

Showed up, waited in line 25 minutes only to be told the truck I reserved was not there and the last customer had not brought it back yet. They transferred my reservation to another location about 2 miles down the street that apparently had the truck that I was needing. I asked them to call ahead and put me to the front of the line so I wouldn't have to wait for 30 minutes again they told me that was not possible they are not able to call from store to store (hmmmm, okay, super helpful). I asked if they could at least call the customer service line to verify that the new location had the truck that I needed before I went there, they called verified the truck was there and sent me on my way. I went to the new location, they did not have a 17 foot truck which is what I reserved and only had a 15 foot truck to offer me. I needed the truck so I excepted the 15 foot truck but was still irritated that I reserved a 17 foot truck and had to waste an hour trying to get one. They offered me a 50 $credit towards my account balance and said I would get the 50 $credit to the card that I held the reservation with and not off the charges that were charged to me today that went through to a different card. Seems more logical to charge me 50 $less since I paid and reserved the reservation with two different cards. We'll see if that 50 $ever comes through. Frustrating experience to reserve a truck, show up and it's not there! Bad experience!!!

I regularly rent from uHaul, I understand the return policy. However I feel it is unreasonable to expect a renter to return a piece of equipment before the 24 hour rental period even if rental is extended. I rented this weekend and had to call to extend the rental due to time constraints. I was asked when I would be able to return the equipment. I replied with by 5 pm when my extended rental ends. The representative then stated let me check if you can do that. There is no question to when I need to return the equipment, rentals are 24 hour blocks whether I rent for 1 hour or 24 hours. If uHaul expects renters to return equipment by a specific time then a pro-rated amount should be charged for rental extensions, currently there is no difference from 1, 2, 4, or 24 hour rental extensions.

Trucks should be checked for important things, like wipers. Just lucky it was raining when I picked up the truck, one of the wipers was broken when i turned them on in the lot. The guy was nice enough to swap out the wiper blade for me. It would have been impossible to drive 1200 with no wiper on the driver side! Plus NO CRUISE CONTROL was horrible driving 1200 miles!

Equipment pretty clean and well maintained, some food crumbs were left in a console bin in the cabin from a previous user but overall a good experience at this location. Overall experience with the Uhaul system this time however was not great. I had a reservation for a truck at a location, got bumped because of overbooking/maintenance issues, then also was told there wasn't a vehicle available for me after getting confirmation from the second location when I arrived the day of the reservation. After being sent to a third location I was finally able to get a truck so I wouldn't call the reservation system a guarantee.

I had just gotten my Texas license so it was a temporary paper. Unfortunately texas doesn't put a bar code on the temps. The employees didn't know how or couldn't put my license information into the computer. Thankfully my daughter was with me and we were able to use her license.

I had a horrible experience at the SE Powell location and my appointment got canceled and my parts were not even there!! So I was very happy the next day when I was able to get an appointment at this location and Daniel Rodriguez could not had been more awesome and efficient and made me happy again that I chose U-Haul!! It was fast rental. One thing that did not sit well is when I booked it online the estimate was cheaper with higher mileage estimate. When handed back ended up paying around 10$ over the estimate with less mileage and a full tank. Will probably beed to look at other options later on. The locale was pretty good nonetheless

Installation was done incorrectly as stated by Hillsboro location. Ball which I bought from fourth plain location was incorrect product to adequately tow the 5x8 which I repeatedly stated I was planning on towing. I will move with U-Haul again.

We literally drove like 20 minutes away and it was like at most 20 miles there than 20 miles back so that's like 40 miles and then we had to drive it from our house to the U-Haul place which is only 6 miles so I should've been charged for 46 miles or 50 max. They're trying to charge me for 70 miles. And then I filled the gas tank before dropping off and they're trying to charge me for fuel as well. I called and asked if I could talk to the supervisor and the first bitch I talk to said that she was so I didn't believe her because no the fuck she's not and I called back and they said that she wasn't a supervisor and they would have to talk to her for lying so they're trying to charge me 102 for the U-Haul when it should've only been around 60 something dollars so I'm just gonna call the bank tomorrow in the morning and dispute the charge and report it as fraud

Was told to return truck with 7/8 of gas in the tank and when we received the truck there was 3/4 of a tank. I put in 15,00 $ to bring the tank to 7/8 and I think you owe me 15,00 $.

Dear Uhaul, I want a refund for my recent uhaul rent. The online portal said the door width is 7'3" and I had an object I tried to move that was less than 7'3" and it didn't fit. There is a dolly and a metal block that is part of the truck that restricts one object from being put in truck. Even if I rented the dolly the metal block on the inside prevented me from putting the object in the uhaul and I was not able to complete what I had needed. I literally rented it, drove it 7 minutes away, realized that the online website was incorrect and brought it 7 minutes back. I am beyond disappointed that the online website didn't tell me that the 7'3" is incorrect. I want a full refund for the misinformation and false advertising on the website. Normally I love uhaul but this one time I feel a little screwed over. Please refund me my 60$ or so, thank you :)
