The app is a hot mess. Users have to sign in 3x!! Plus it's not made immediately clear how the check out process works. All in all I like the contactless component but the software needs some rethinking.

My trailer was rented out to someone else which caused me to wait 6hrs to get another trailer. This was done despite me making reservations. Poor logistics on the part of uhaul. I will never rent from uhaul again.

The only thing I didn't like is the bard code check in had trouble scanning it , and a 20 dollar if you don't check it in , that doing your job . Anyway over all is a 80 % grade

Hold and wait times were pathetically long employees were rude and wait times in the office were 15 plus minutes I still have not returned my card for the storage unit because the employee Wouldn't even acknowledge I was there I was trying to move back to Utah and this is how I get treated

My comment is about the online reservation system. I reserved a trailer and requested a location near my home. When I went to pick it up, I was told that the trailer wasn't at the location close to home but clear across town. I was told I should have had a call telling me of this change, but I never received a call.The 4th Plain location had the trailer and they were quick and courteous. Again, the reservation system let me down.

McKenzie was incredible. There were problems with the computers but she figured a way around the problem and made it possible to complete our rental transaction. She was friendly, she was cheery, and above all she has a great sense of humor. I'll go back, if for no other reason, to work with her again.

Trailer was late getting back, and the entire computer system was down causing me to be 2 hours past schedule for the day. The employees did the best the could. It's clear U-haul under staffs most locations. Every location i have been to could service customers much better with one more person checking in people. Instead of waiting in line for 30 minutes to check into an appointment every single time. The one star rating applies to the corporate side of the company, not the individual employees at this location, which did a great job even with the problems at hand. U haul corporate could step it up a few notches.

It was understandable when I received my call that I would need to pick up our uhaul from a different location 10+ miles out of our way. When we went to pick it up there was no 26ft available. I was told they would have one for sure or get me one at a different location. Due to us having movers scheduled and people to load/unload I had to take what was available. This caused several additional trips. I am disappointed. I've never had this happen at a uhaul before. Also, had to pay the same amount? I feel like something should have been offered due to the increase we had to pay? Confused since we were told the 26ft is guaranteed & it is only the location of pickup that was not??!!

I've recently rented a truck and trailers at this location over several weekends for a move and the staff were friendly and helpful. I've rented at this location before and has been consistently good.

Service at this location was superb as always. The problem was the new afterhours check-in. It crashed my phone 3 times without completing process. If you charge $20 for not doing this the process MUST work. The local store was great but the corporate failure was not theirs to bear.

Upon returning truck and trailer U haul Employee not indicate where to park the rig. He assumed I would know. When I walked up to him I realized that he was just a teenager- probably a summer job- however he should be trained to anticipate customers needs- not just stand their and look at the ground.

over the years i have moved many times and chosen uhaul. this is the best location i have worked with. every person was both knowledgeable and inviting.

The van I rented was horrible to drive. The transmission was shot. It would pop out of one gear and pause before slamming into the next causing a horrible jerking motion. That could create a draiving hazard for the operator of the van and other cars. I informed the U-Haul rep after returning the vane. The steering had a bit of play in it as well. Will not rent a van from U-Haul ever again.

Cami (or Kami) made my original reservation, I believe. I remember because she was personable and found me a better deal to just store furniture while my floors were being redone. My flooring contractors were bozos and I had to extend from a 6 day rental to longer. When I made the reservation I had the end date wrong and it worked to my advantage. I called twice and both times talked to Cami about the circumstances that my furniture was stuck in the truck until my contractors finished. She gave me an extension through 9/9/20 at 1:56 p.m. Yesterday, I got a call from an associate who told me my truck was due back on 9/6. I explained that I had spoken to Cami. She replied "Cami didn't work yesterday." OK, whatever day I talked to her, I gave her the courtesy of letting her know that i was in a bind instead of just not bringing the truck back, twice. The woman was sort of rude and dismissive. After I hung up I read the text that I have which indicated that I DID have the truck through 9/9/20. Perhaps your employees could look at the notes (I assume?) on a reservation or make sure they know the details before calling and telling a customer they are inconveniencing other people. That was disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already stressful home remodel nightmare. Cami is amazing. She should be the manager (if she isn't already).

All was fine until a you "automatically" charged my card another months rent when we tried the box 3 weeks ago. Your representative said nobody"closed out or cancelled our contract after move out.
