The truck I rented there was a lot of noise coming from the front end. i mentioned this to your person when I returned the equipment.

It took the location 2 days to check in the truck after I dropped it off & they were not helpful in terms of responding to the issues I had with the truck.

Dorothy HWhen I arrived no one was at the front desk even some customers walked out I eventually when to the back to get who was the store manager and she gave me the car hauler. When I returned I went straight to where the store manager she stated that I had to walk thru the front which I don't mind but the matter of the fact she had a friend of hers in the are she told me I could be that it was only employees only so who's was in the wrong here I will never go to that location to get bad attitude down a store manager who should be more polite to customers

John KNot sure where the Dropbox was to return key. Texted manager and no response. My experience with U-haul was great. This was the second location that I was scheduled to pick up the truck as there was no equipment at the first place. I paid double Uber fees to travel to both locations. Maybe not this branch's issue but U-Haul in general needs to do better. I want my 50 discount because my truck was not guaranteed.

Samantha CWhen I walked in. There were three workers there. One was helping with a customer. The other two were just scrolling on the computer. After about 7min of just standing there with no one acknowledging me. I finally asked if no one besides the guy is working. By this time one of the ladies walked away and the lady that I had asked about working there called the lady that was leaving back.she then ••helped''' me by asking me how many bedrooms I was moving and proceeded to pick the truck for me not knowing if I could afford that one or not. I then got to the truck the windows was frozen and the wipers would not move so I asked the lady who had previously ''helped'' me. She told me to hold on and took about another 6min coming over to me. She asked the guy who was helping another customer previously to clean the windows. To which he did. I then noticed that the rubber from the door was completely off. I then asked the lady who had ''helped'' Me earlier to assist she totally had an attitude like I was annoying her. Would not recommend if she is there.
