The website was a constant hassle, I had to do almost everything either in person or thru phone call, rather than on my phone. Other than that, the store was very friendly, vehicles we clean, and the mover's service came in clutch.

The mirror on the passenger side was completely covered in dirt. I had to pull over to clean it in order to be able to drive. They also only had one of two furniture dollies I had reserved. However, the process is simple, the employees are not friendly or rude, they're there to do their job and I was there to rent a truck not make friends. The location has great parking to leave your car while you use their trucks. I have rented from here twice and both times I was pleased with the transaction. I would return again.

My charges was not explained fully I was quoted for 91 miles at one price. I went 30 or 40 miles over and was charged again for $82. No one way rentals in Chicago is not providing customers what they need. Had to pay over $200 just to move to Racine,WI and drive an empty truck back getting charged by the mile. This is no way to do business and I'm completely unsatisfied with these charges and horrible service. I would never use this company again.

Never ever rent a unit in Pulaski Mini Mart, the guy who is supposed to help you is very mean. I needed to get my van from 5027 Cermak everything was done in a few minutes I highly recommend this location

Have to return the vehicle back the psi light was on the air pressure was low on driver's rear and passage side. And the price on the online cost doesn't coincide with the original cost on renting the vehicle. There's needed to be an actual cost for the entire rental including taxes on your website. Instead of getting the run around when picking up the vehicle... 😒😒😠😠

Trailer was dirty, in poor condition, and was missing cross chain hooks. I had to supply my own, since there weren't any in the shop. The kid who helped me was really great, but the owners left him unprepared.

The location was fine, but the rental process is not customer friendly. I was given the truck with no gas, but returned it with a half tank of gas. My entire experience with this organization was horrible from beginning to end. Both my pick up and drop off locations were changed to non preferred locations far from my home. These locations were extremely inconvenient for me and added unnecessary miles to my final cost. I was given not notification of location changes and no choice in the matter, This is terrible customer service considering it my time and money involved in changes. I am highly dissatisfied with the process and the treatment received.

I was told by staff there was no trucks and had reservation. Still told no trucks until I had to call UHaul and wait on hold for a long time. This made me have less time to remove my things from my storage, which led to me having to rent a truck the next day. I did not rent from uhaul

Please have the truck clean inside out, the windshield was dirty inside and out could not see out of the windshield, had to go have it clean. Not fair to me, that the truck was not up for my trip. I also ask the worker that the front end of the truck to be check out after I return it. In sorry that truck not safe.

The reservations process at U-Haul was terrible. This is not indicative of the actual Cicero site, which was fine; U-Haul corporate reservation system changed my reservation provided a non-existent address for truck pick up, then lost the reserved truck, re-rerouted me to a different location which was closed and then finally found another truck which was 40 minutes from where they re-routed me. I don't understand how their reservation system can't provide an on-site number to call or an accurate address for equipment pick-up? The entire reservation pick-up process took over 2 hours to obtain my equipment and if I wanted to speak with someone I was routinely on hold for 20 minutes and could never actaully speak to the rental location where I was pciking up my equipment. Moving is stressful enough, spending hours trying to find a rental truck which was reserved weeks in advance which could have resulted in not having equipment was a poor customer experience. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere for a truck rental provider as the reservation and equipment process was extremely poor and added significant stress and time onto an already packed moving weekend.

Arrived at 7:15a to get my keys from the lockbox, but was given the wrong code for the lockbox. I had to wait almost two hours until the location opened so that I could get my truck. After waiting in line for another 20 minutes the location's associate didn't have a mask on. This was an extremely frustrating experience from my point of view. Not only did Uhaul cost me money when I had to have my movers wait two plus hours for me to get the truck, but then your associate wasn't wearing a mask. Not sure why I should use Uhaul ever again to move after such a poor performance. If there was a bright note, the customer service agent I called was polite and I felt like he understood my frustrations. He was very professional and I believe he did what he could to help with the situation including the $50 refund. Sadly that doesn't cover the movers that were helping me out.

Excellent service, truck and preparation. Only comment is that my car was blocked in by returned rentals after-hours ... may want to advise folks leaving their cars to park them on the street in front and not your lot.

Actually look at a map before you recommend a different drop off location than the one selected during reservation. We drove past 2 other UHaul locations to get to the one UHaul of Cicero changed it to. Not to mention, the new drop off location was a dump.

The location was great, but U-Haul let changing my pick up location and time over the past two weeks I was trying to book for my move today. Thankfully I got a 10' instead of desired 15'. Please keep availability updated on the site. It will save your customers a lot of hassle. Otherwise great service!

I was charged 144.62 for 24 hours MI rate 1.49 x 30.00 MI rate 1.49 x83.0 We told Javier Aguilar the miles we will need 60 miles he said we told him 30 miles which is incorrect. Can someone please explain this mileage Why was I charged 144.62

Fix the trailer. Spent two hours playing trailer mechanic in an alley in Chicago at 1:30AM because the trailer jack was broken. When I asked what the customer satisfaction policy was as to defective equipment, I was told "I'll make a note of it, we'll fix it."

Communicate that the location the reservation is placed is not the same location that it will be picked up. I was informed the day before that I had to travel 30 miles into the suburbs to pickup a trailer that I reserved in Uptown. Huge inconvenience. Terribly misleading!

We selected the south loop location while ordering and were sent a confirmation by email that stated our pick up location was the south loop location. When we arrived, we were created by two different rude women that told us our rental was in Cicero (15 miles away). I tried to give them my number and they wouldn't attempt to read it, figure out the problem, or explain it to this customer. We asked for the $50 “your truck will be ready” refund and they said it wasn't their problem. Neither of the inconsiderate humans were wearing a mask, in violation of the mayors orders. It's clear they don't care about service at this location. I will go with a competitor in the future so that I do t have to deal with these rude people.

Upon arrival associate said that I was going to be charge to clean the 17' “I ask how much he stated $25 “ I was fine store manager Ray Froedge went out and he spoke with associate after I was waiting 10 min for Ray check me out without telling it was going to be $50 After I ask him associate said it was $25 he told well i say it's $50 totally unacceptable. Terrible service totally in acceptable
