Returning auto-transport didn't require too much focus/attention so not begrudging as much as share with the team - customer/client should get full attention for such a short transaction (even if tell the party on the phone please hold or let me deal with a customer at the moment).

James W.I've used 24/7 truck share before, and with reason: you don't depend on staff to be present to pick up your vehicle. This time, despite using 24/7 truck share, I was mysteriously prompted to check in with the store (???). However the store was not open/staffed at 7:15am despite having advertised opening hours of 7am. Other customers present were equally frustrated, some of which were waiting since 6:30am. I nearly missed my arranged moving time of 8am, I can't imagine how inconvenienced others were who had earlier “pick up†slots.

All of the additional equipment I needed were also unavailable and I was told that the gas in the truck was at a quart of a tank but I'm fact was empty, and they attempted to charge me a rate as if I was using the truck to move to another state just because I have an out of state license.

Frederick B.George was working alone. His level of excellent customer service did not suffer. The equipment was an entirely different story. The first 2 trucks had holes in the roof and the third was missing a wiper blade- crucial since it was raining. George kept apologizing for all the delays and fixed the wiper as quickly as he could. The truck definitely needs a new transmission but at minimum a tune up. It had trouble shifting gears and turning. George was again great- he's the only boy reason I would recommend the location. Another employee would have simply given up in frustration.

Then they canceled the reservation, then moved it to orange, When we arrived there, they said the reservation was canceled... again. We finally received a smaller truck but at least we got something and then we kept getting calls to get our truck after we got it. The disorganization was completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and horrendous. If you don't have the truck, don't take a reservation...that simple. I will just use a moving company next time...this was not worth the hassle.

shavorda B.First of all, I had a hard time adjusting the driver's side mirror, regardless of my edforts. I stopped the truck many times, but couldn't get it adjusted to the point where I could see the incoming cars. Sexondly, you need to have ink available for the printers. Agter i returned the teuck, I spent 10 minutes or more waiting for an invoice to print, only to be told that you ran out of ink. How could a company the size of UHaul be out of ink?
