Truck didn't operate correctly and I tried to contact the store and couldn't get a representative on the phone which caused the truck to be returned later with less miles used than estimated and I was charged for late return,fuel even though I have the photo showing the same fuel and my card was charged over 80$ more than I agreed to.

There were food crumbs inside the cab and in the cup holders. There were some dead cockroaches on the ramp and in the trailer part. Pretty sick. I didn't have time to mess calling about it so I just cleaned them out and moved on, which was hard to do because I'm terrified of bugs :-(. I think the key pick up boxes need to be numbered though, that was sort of confusing. Everything else was great though. I liked being able to do everything on my phone and not have to socialize.
the price i was was 79 cents mile the trip was 103 81.37 i had the truck for 2 days charge was 59.90 price shod have been 141.27 i was charged 253.00
This place is normally about average, but the lights in the truck didn't work this time and that was bad because I move in at night. That was not cool at all

check in took longer than expected it seems that the pre-check in I did prior to arriving at the u-haul store is not effective as I get the same questions about insurance, needing an extra contact, etc..

Both men that I interacted with were great. Very helpful and knowledgable. It was my first experience renting a moving truck. It was a great experience!
Service was absolutely fine. I used them in September and again this time. All my questions were answered and it's an easy process to know they are there when I needed them. The returns were just as great. Thank you!

I rented a van for 24 hours and then was told it was due back only 5 hours after renting it.I stopped in to clear up the confusion but then got charged for 2 days even though I had it less than 24 hours.It took me an hour to finally get it corrected.

Our representative was not very friendly or helpful. Van hadn't been vacuumed on passenger side. It had a bad smell when we picked it up. Van was very dependable.
I can honestly say the store manager there was amazing. He was extremely friendly got me in and out on the road really quickly. I've always had extremely good customer service and a pleasurable experience at this location.
Again, I told them there was no dolly. They said they would take the charge off and I was still charge. I also received a receipt with no amount. I am supposed to give this to my company for them to pay me back but I do not have an actual receipt showing the amount I paid.

I needed to adjust my rental for an extra day. Had questions. Found it annoying that you cannot connect with anyone on the phone in a reasonable time. After being on hold twice for 20 minutes (once disconnected) I gave up and had to drive 6 miles to the location just to ask a simple question. Very annoying. Obviously this is a Uhaul management decision to not staff the phones. Lucky for you competition is minimal in our area.

Fantastic customer service. Truck was ready at scheduled time, loaded with extras we reserved. Gentleman working was efficient and helpful. Helped get a quote for a future reservation. Already booked another reservation for later this month.
Language used by staff was vulgar and offensive. Two different men used the “f word†multiple times while I waited in line, totally unnecessary. Young woman checking in/out equipment was terrific and very efficient. It was a busy time and they were under staffed for a Saturday.
Regional manger did not properly manage U-box delivery with local manager. When I used U-box in Alcoa, TN, they were fantastically working for all my u-boxes. But, in Elkhart location, it was not managing my u-boxes in time manner. Every time when I called U-Haul, every customer representative kept passing my phone to another agent. This is not good for next customer. After I talked to Christy in local U-Haul, I better understood Elkhart U-haul situation with poor equipment to deliver the U-boxes to customer. It looked like Christy and her husband were very hard working and nicely explained to me what happened. They were really great job for their work. But manger should better manage the box delivery using better equipment like truck with box handle car. I strongly suggested what Alcoa U-haul was working. Personally, I do not want to use U-boxes any more in future. It was very hard time to figure out delivery time and to get them in timely manner.
Martin and milton were both wonderful to work with. Helped with all aspects of the move. I will recommend this locations to all that will listen.

My ubox arrived on the 23rd. I was not informed that it had arrived until the 27th. Original order confirmation email stated that my order would be delivered on the 27th but didnt receive until 30th
