The customer service agent didn’t provide me with the information needed on returning the vehicle. I was told “either throw the keys on the desk or do self checkout.” Had I know the proper way to return the vehicle I may not have been charged an additional fee for morning checkout. When I wasn’t happy with the response I called the customer service line. She also wasn’t helpful and when I asked her to explain how to do it she was rude and eventually just transferred me to another hotline. My overall experience with the equipment was great but with the UHaul employees was absolutely horrible. I also Reciever a hard time about how my last name was spelled or pronounced and the service tech used foul language when explained how the app worked. His direct comment was I tell people to read the f*ck*ng manual instead of asking me questions. Although I would be likely to recommend UHaul to friends I would NEVER recommend this location. I wasn’t particularly happy with the after hours agent I spoke to on the phone. Although I did have some aggravation and quotes my self as saying “come on really” I expected the agent to take more pride and try to calm me down rather than saying hold on and transferring me to another line. I’m a Marine Corps Veteran that has a lot of connections with those moving between duty stations at it makes it hard for me to try and promote UHaul after being treated the way I was by the whole team. I have one more truck load to move but as of now I will have to seek other modes of service due to the lack of care provided by the staff I had to associate with.

There was a new employee who was training g and didn’t understand or able to complete the process. The other gentleman who was working with him was absolutely amazing. He apologized to us for the 50 minute process of checking in. The new employee stated to us that his boss wasn’t in a good mood. But I found the gentleman to be more then accommodating to us. While the new employee was challenging the other gentleman did a wonderful job. It just took way too long and left us an hour behind our schedule not allowing us the time to get everything done

Employee was rather abrupt with me when I returned the van. After checking my very short mileage he implied that he could have made more $$ with the vehicle if I had not lived as close and returned so quickly. Other than this everything was fine.

I had a bad experience after my rental ended. A half hour after returning my truck with no problems, Mike left me a phone message that there was extensive damage to the vehicle. I called him and said there must be some mistake because I had no accidents with the truck. His associate did the final walk-through in my presence, and we both agreed the truck was perfect. Mike said he would review cameras at the site and call me back. He did not call back. He did charge my credit card over $380. for damages. Something is wrong here.
