I was contacted by the manager after I got a different local number to call by contacting the website by chat, but that's still 2 widely separated rentals from the dame store were it was not opened until, this time, well after the posted open time. Thankfully I was not time sensitive

Sean J.I came here because the location i originally set my appointment with did not have the equipment that I reserved. I was told I could come here and they'd upgrade me to the next size truck for the same price. Unfortunately, this location did not have the bigger truck, or the truck I reserved. So my free upgrade got turned into a free downgrade forcing me to take multiple trips to move when I could have just done one trip with what I reserved.

CAROLE D.I reserved a utility dolly a week in advance with the trailer but it was not available when I went to pick everything up. I wish the equipment I reserved would have been available when reserved.
Honesty J.Customer service was non-existent at pick up and drop off, especially compared to other visits to different Uhaul locations. I understand many things can be done digitally, but the service at this location was absurd. At pick up, the truck was driven up, I received the keys, and that was all. I did the walk around inspection on my own and with my phone. The drop off was horrible. I completed my work early and was able to bring the truck back a day early. I went in to do the check in process, and the Uhaul representatives only said thank you. When asked about a credit for bringing the truck back early, all they could say was maybe. They made no effort to check the truck over, check fuel, etc to actually check me back in as a return. Therefore, I again did it myself via my phone. I am not pleased at all with the representatives I dealt with at this Uhaul.
Torey L.I actually got good milage with the box truck I rented. Traveled in high cross winds, handled great. The overhead door was hard to open after 3 inches, but past 6 inches worked great. The only thing I would add to truck, is a running board step. Pretty high for a shorter person with leg issues. The store was closed due to staff shortage. I get that, it's everywhere. The return Wed site was hard to navigate to return truck. But got through it.
