Very rude when I went in to ask for help returning the trailer I rented. I pulled up to the return area as signs say to do & waited a good 10 to 15 minutes for assistance as the sign states . I saw the guy look out the window twice at us & not acknowledge that we where there so I go inside to ask for help & get told they were busy. As I walk in they are both sitting at the counter so to me not to busy . After I told him I was waiting for the time mentioned above he then said he would me. The only reason I was there to begin with is because my son had done a online reservation for a truck on Saturday to move to Buffalo & he went there to get the truck they told him they did not have one for him & that he should have not reserved it online because sometimes they don't see the reservation. Not sure how that works but anyway we will probably never use your services at this location ever .WAYNE M.

Try to make sure you have the equipment for the individual for there time that's reserved for. I had a reservation for 7:00 AM, but I had to go to a different location and pick up at 1:00 PMChris B.
I rented truck from Thursday thru Sunday at Uhaul. And the nightmare began: They called after the contract was made & charged me for an additional day. And I gave a hefty estimate of miles I could use just in case I needed it. They charged me for all those miles that I never used. I went to 1 place & stayed parked there until time to return the truck. I went out of town Saturday & returned Sunday. They never checked my returned mileage. They did mention they use the trucks for errands. I'm calling the Manager today & corporate. They called me 3x's during my mini vacation only to continue to screw things up more. Kept calling after I returned the truck as agreed asking when Was I going to return the truck. It's a lot. I will never use them again seem like thieves to me taking advantage of pricing after the contract was signed. U gotta be careful who U let run your business uhaul. I am very disappointedAdrianne H.

Be able to contact actual rental or pick up sites directly by phone. When calling & requesting a call back as not to be on hold 20 minutes, not to be put on hold again for 5 minutes.Michelle P.

I had reserved a trailer for pick up in Irondequoit, but was called at last minute and told it was not there. Instead I could pick up at this location. Arrived and found a line of customers waiting to be served. Only 1 employee working and taking exceptionally long time to serve a customer. After 30 minutes another employee arrived and got the line moving. Took 1 hour to get the trailer and I was pre-checked-in through the app. I understand some things are out of U-Haul's control, but this was the worst experience I have ever encountered.doug S.

You need more employees. We had to wait an hour and a half for the female employee to arrive. At least 8 people were in line. We arrived at 8 am and checked in at 9:45. Once she showed up, she was very efficient and she check us all in quickly.John H.
I had a 8AM pickup schedule, and arrived at 8:15.and had one person in line ahead of me. They were picking up a car-trailer, and the one worker went outside with him. I then waited for 50 minutes to be helped, with a line of maybe 20 people behind me. At one point the worker came back in, looked on the computer and handed keys to a truck to someone 4 or 5 people behind me in line, and went back outside. I was only helped with a 2nd employee arrived. Total time from walking in the door to driving away with my 8x5 trailer was 1 full hour.Jonathan S.

Pick up Location got changed at the last minute. Trucks AC went out after 20 miles. Had to drive without AC in 90 degree weather for several hours. It was a horrible experience.Khaleeq S.

I ended up getting a 26' truck because something went wrong with the trailer and it wasn't working however however when I return the truck the the u-haul guy insisted that I tried to back the truck in to the little space And wanted me to do it as opposed to leaving the truck parked forward where I felt comfortable I'm not good at backing at 26' truck in with another truck behind me and 2 trailers next to me Would have been nice if the u-haul guy had said listen let me park the truck as opposed to trying to ask me to do it which was ridiculous so I left the truck on the side of the building which he told me I'm gonna get a fee for because someone's gonna have to move it in the morning which is ridiculous so I'm not paying anything I wouldn't think you charge me for parking safely Thank youDave S.

Initially I was skeptical when I rented the u-hual but once I got it, drove it, and returned it, I was pleased. My concern was minor, cup holders weren't cleaned they were sticky I used them for my coffee and drinks, cleaned it after use, it was fine. I would use u-haul again if needed. MerciYolonda M.

Our truck broke down, we lost 5 hours of moving time before they could get us a new truck, we had to go back to the previous location and they didn't know that we needed a new truck because uhaul assistance didn't inform the people at the store. After that we still had to bring the truck back in the evening after hours. The app was useless. The website made me sign in over 4 times just for my session to expire before I could do anything. Once I was logged in there was no return my truck button and it just kept looping back to the home page or making me sign in again. Very disappointed in the service and efficiency of using uhaul. The truck was falling apart. The visor literally fell off while we were driving. The doors didn't close properly either and made us feel very unsafe. Like they were latched all the way and could open no matter how hard we tried to shut them.Amanda I.

Trailer was dropped off a little before closing on a Sunday, Mother's Day and yes, it was busy. I waited inside until the clerk could check me out (she was busy with another customer). My friend came in to say she had already disconnected the trailer and we could leave. She was on her cell phone so I could not talk to her. She never signed us out on the computer so I had to chat with UHaul the next day to say the trailer was returned on time.Trudy M.
