Everything was good, but one of the dolly i ordered wasn't in the truck. I had one of each dolly but there was only 2. Made it work but it would've been more helpful with the extra one. I tried calling but was on hold for too long and had to move so just decided to work with 2. I just hope they don't charge me for a missing dolly that i never received.Tae K.

The manager at this location needs to be fired immediately. I called in about a billing issue that I needed resolved and not only did she yell over me and not listen to my issue, she went so far as to tell me it isn't her fault I'm dumb enough to get my car blocked in. One of the employees told me it was okay to park there and I was told I would not be charged for having to go home/back again since I was physically unable to return the UHaul. There were at least 10 people standing in line to get check in. When i received my truck, the door on the passenger side had no lock and there was a huge hole where someone had damaged the door. the door did not close.David D.
The guy that was helping us, I did not get his name but he was so cool and easy to talk to. He was real, funny, and a good person. He made all of us comfortable and made the process easy. The line was super long and I lost a full hour of time. The staff was overall unhelpful and very short/rudeRockne C.
The van we rented for the weekend went to pick it up and was dirty from the windshield to the inside. I would highly recommend you inspect your vehicle to every detail photograph every scratch bump nick that you find and make sure that you save your photos. When using the app to take your photos it does not save them to your phone. So when you go to check in your vehicleYour photos are not saved to your phone as proof that you sent them. Be sure to take photos outside the U-Haul application so you have proof of the photos you took and sent. This location is excellent their customer service is above and beyond all the time so I'm sure this was just a glitch. Although to get a dirty vehicle damaged vehicle when it's been reserved ahead of time is not acceptable. I will return to this location the manager is fantastic she has a great team and I'm sure this it's just a one time fluke. Just beware and protect yourselfBrian W.

Have the owner speak directly to us not like we aren't standing there. Also kept saying vehicle had to be back on time as they had another rental scheduled after us even as far as calling us to say they are there waiting. Ok, so I was greeted by an employee that TOTALLY EXCEEDED any expectations i might have had. He was incredible, i was in and out in 20 minutes, he answered all my questions, anticipated my needs, and made my experience there incredibly good. I wish I could remember his name....Rene maybe? A name I would not have expected. He was fantastic and one of Uhaul's best assets. I cannot thank him enough as I had had a rough week and he was the first sign that everything would be ok. the on-line check in isn't clear - I'd like to be able to check in on-line (mobile) and drive way - keys available without having to wait in line - I appreciate that might be a challenge - but a lock box system maybe - anyway - your team is always helpful and everyone was great!Jennifer S.

The car I rent was dirty in the truck, it was wooden dusts on the floors. I paid the amount and bring back the same day within the hours I've been told and got charged 122 extra. This was crazy. So they want you to pay a premium so they cannot charge you later or if you want to pay less at that time you should know that they will try to charge you additional no matter whatâ€¦ I don't want to use Uhaul anymore.Yagmur E.
The owner of this location was very helpful when picking up the truck in the morning. However, when I returned the truck that evening, I encountered multiple employees who were extremely rude, did not want to do their job, and tried to close the store early so that we could not bother them. The price of a Uhaul rental is always great, and the customer service was good at this location. The truck is in need of attention though. The gate was difficult to move, the dolly and blankets were not secured in place, and the truck's interior was generally not very clean.MIRANDA W.

No one inspected the vehicle with me before I left. The â€œownerâ€ just said it has 3/4 tank of gas and gave me a key. Never once stood up. The gas was half full and they charged me. He also lied and said the only had a 20 footer when they had tons of 10s at least 7 by my count. The â€œownerâ€ rodalfo? Was a liar and a terrible rep for your company. After waiting an extraordinary amount of time even though I did everything online, I failed to take a photo of the gas gauge. The tank was 1/4 full when received, I returned they claim it was half full & added 93 $to my rental. You guys run a good scam, my 19,99 rental came to almost 200 $what a corrupt & desperate move. What an illegitimate outfit. I will let everyone know you have to photograph & record everything or get scammed or better yet find an honest vendor.William B.

Got a call from one of the representatives threatening to cancel my reservation if i didnt show up in 20 minutes. Without telling me before hand changed my pod reservation to a location 30 minutes away. Told me when i get there theyll have locks. They didnt have locks so i had to go to a cvs around the corner. When i checked dropped the van off, he took 15 minutes to close it our before he was texting on his phone while he was inspecting the van. Also asked me to move the van two more feet to the left so he could continue his text conversations. Unreal experienceANTHONY M.

When i picked up the team was on the ball, when I dropped off, I sat there twenty minutes before i was acknowledged, then i pulled up where i was asked so the guy could remove the trailer and say there for another twenty minutes while he was texting on his phone. I got out twice asking if i could help or if he needed anything from me.. he was like no, waved me off, and said something like; "you just chill in your car lady, i got this" i waited a a little longer then got out removed the trailer and drove away.. It was kind of ridiculous.. I would only pick up/drop off there again if like this time I ended up being rerouted after renting elsewhere on lineJennelle D.
