There must be something wrong with your digital/mobile services. When I showed up to the service location I planned to use my phone to check in and get organized - however, I kept encountering issues. For one thing, I tried to reset my password multiple times, yet the reset emails never, ever came to my email, including my spam folder. And then when I tried to create a new account using a new email, I kept getting a "the information you've provided is invalid" page, which doesn't make any sense because I was trying to create a new account, not access an old one or use an email I'd already signed up with. Furthermore, even when I went in-person to the service desk, the texts/emails I was supposed to receive to verify my equipment conditions were also failing to come through to my phone/email address. The company definitely needs to address this because I ended up staying at the Uhaul facility 20 minutes longer than I would have needed to. That said, your employees at this facility were very swift and helpful, and I have no complaints for them.Michael J.

Tell your next customer to look closely at the Fuel Gauge in the app. It may differ from what they see in the actual fuel gauge. I mistook 1/4 full for 3/4 full because the real gauge on the vehicle was inverted relative to the setup app's image of the fuel gauge. A customer who is ready to leave with the rental vehicle may misread things and provide the wrong information. Thankfully, the uploading of a photo of the dashboard is a good backup to keep things in check.Luis C.
I have rented several times in this location, this has been the worst experience first they gave me a normal 10 ft cÃ¡rabo we and then they changed it for a horrible one, the handle to lower the driver's window broken, the interior is not very clean, and the worst ,the support mirror To see cars near the passenger side missing ,I was about to cancel but because of my work commitment, I was whit no choice ,but as I told the floor guy about everything if something happens it is yours and I have photos, by the end I did not finish what I had to do and returned the vehicle almost 9 hours later I did not feel safe, anyway, thanksSergio D.
The trailer was dirty when we arrived. They quickly took a dirty mop to it to clean out the spill. We had to clean it out before putting our stuff into the trailer because the floor of it was still wet, it smelled and there was a cigarette butt and some other garbage in it. The staff were very nice and they are extremely busy, so I hate to complain but for the $$$ it should have been mopped with clean water and no garbage left inside or smell.Kelly F.

I would recommend for location, but not U-Haul as a company. On a corporate level I experienced terrible customer service.Tyler N.
Take some business classes, learn out to manage inventory. Understand the uHaul processes. Hire someone that knows how to manage people and lastly, when you absolutely FACEPLANT on a customers pick up, don't try and blame them for your mistakes.Shane E.

It was our first time renting the Uhaul truck. It is important to make sure all is good on truck inside and outside.. but For first timers like us it would be nice to have someone explain or point out the few functions.. it took us a bit trial & error to figure things out.. never found out how to adjust side mirrors.Helen C.

The Turbo Speed movers I hired through your website did not come to my apartment to move me. They sat In parking lot of my apartment and split after 40 minutes. Would not return. Would not provide any partial refund. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. My credit card didn't go through three times and I had to use three different credit card until finally one went through and all three were legit real credit cards none of them were prepaid and they all had plenty of money on them none of them were locked it didn't make any sense and it took a long time and it was a painBRENNA S.
The tech in the morning seemed helpful, even stated that if I brought back more gas (and they left me with an empty truck to start the day, the first bad sign) I would be reimbursed. Well at midday when I Brough back more gas, after discussing with 3 employees and the most senior one, instead of crediting my account, they wanted me to wait in a 20 minute line to be granted the credit, despite the fact that no less than 3 employees had verified that I had indeed brought back more gas. So by making me wait to get a credit, it was the last straw and instead of making my workers wait while I tried to get reimbursed for extra gas, I just left. Just an awful customer service moment for U-Haul, but judging the way all the other customers were behaving, it was par for the course for this location/business.Will V.

I received a messy truck. I submitted photos prior to taking it. I brought the truck with more gas than it started with and cleaned the truck. The staff their would not admit to me filling up the truck more than it started with (I took photos). Poor management and poor staff. I am a frequent uhaul customer and will be reconsidering continuing my business.Johnathan W.

Everything was good, but one of the dolly i ordered wasn't in the truck. I had one of each dolly but there was only 2. Made it work but it would've been more helpful with the extra one. I tried calling but was on hold for too long and had to move so just decided to work with 2. I just hope they don't charge me for a missing dolly that i never received.Tae K.
The manager at this location needs to be fired immediately. I called in about a billing issue that I needed resolved and not only did she yell over me and not listen to my issue, she went so far as to tell me it isn't her fault I'm dumb enough to get my car blocked in. One of the employees told me it was okay to park there and I was told I would not be charged for having to go home/back again since I was physically unable to return the UHaul.
