Was told truck had 3/4 tank of gas when their was only 1/2 tank .after only driving 15 miles &still putting 7 $in gas was charged for more gas

The employee at the pickup site was very helpful. Kudos to him. Equipment wasn't so good. Trailer had to be swapped out due to faulty lighting and the replacement had broken fenders & worn straps. It all worked out though. The return process was perplexing.

Make sure you give all equipment to customers. I rented blankets and they were not in the trailer. Spent over an hour on the phone to get credit and they still have not got it right yet

U-Haul changed my drop-off location without notifying me. Fortunately the agent at the original drop-off site (U-Haul of Landa Park) accepted my trailer with no problems.

This lady mgr. was motivated to do a good job. The person in front of me had a reservation at nother location in town, but was told they were not renting equipment because the owner had not shown up. This lady was bending over backwards to solve this guy's problem so he could get on the road. The Mgr. who didn't show up at the other location should be fired.

The staff was nice, however they were short handed. I was told to move the cargo truck into their parking lot. Well I was at a dead end and could not maneuver the cargo. I called the location and I was sent to the corporate office. Which had me on hold for 30 minutes and it was and emergency. Then somebody answers and they our me on hold all over again. I had to run a block to the uhaul facility for assistance

Not charge so much. The cost is ridiculous for people who are suffering during this pandemic. I was moving my son back home because he lost his job and I ending up spending 550 $including gas. Next time I'll buy a trailer and never use you guys again.

renting the truck wasnt the problem... only thing was i got the insurance on it so she didnt go over truck with us...got to house ..parked trk in driveway ...got ready to leave and found 2 very unsafe with cuts on tires... tire guys came and changed 4 total... so had to leave a day later... then once on road found so much play in steering wheel ...must need alignment... became SO dangerous driving thru Tennessee mountain roads...continually hard and stressful to stay in my lane... i videoed the vibration in mirror making it extremely hard to change lanes at night.. car lights were shakey and mixed beside us... miserable shakey ride for 13 hrs... i have used uhauls for yrs and never had this happen ...i absolutely feel like we sh have at least a partial refund...AT MINIMUM... Amazingly fast. I had entered all info online. Literally left with trailer in-tow with 10 minutes of arrival. Drop off was even quicker, maybe 5 minutes from pulling in I was on my way. Very friendly, fast. Very pleased

I'm still waiting on a manager call back. I rented a van was told after y'all took the deposit that I couldn't use my debit card for the van. then I was charged for a truck two size bigger than I needed. wasn't able to properly use the truck because I couldn't get the backup by myself. I took the truck back not being able to use it and told the gentleman there he took the key and told me that I would be emailed my receipt. I've been informed him that I could not use the truck and I wanted a refund. I was told a supervisor would call me and I'm still waiting on that call!

No place to even park the returned truck. Had to wait in line jiust to be told I don't need to do anything other than drop off the keys. Worst of all, I was called while I was at lunch after the return to be rudely informed that I would be charged 1 $per blanket (36 of them) because they were not neatly folded on return. I thought the 10 $per bundle that I already paid was inclusive, and onerous. I told them not to charge me. If they do, I will pursue releif.

The store should be on the same page with the website, corporate and customer service. Also, the hitch trailer part (recommend for my car by uhaul's website) was apparently the wrong one, which I only found out on my first attempt to rent the trailer. This mix-up caused me to invest time I really didn't have to fix it.

The lot for this location is very small and difficult to navigate if there's another customer present. We did the best we could and the employees were extremely helpful.

When returning the equipment the person receiving the truck did not inspect the vehicle, check the fuel gauge, or sign document. He stayed behind the desk. I then received a 16,90 $ extra charge on my credit card for fuel. The tank was full when I retuned the truck (one day early) and used exactly the 77 miles allocated to the rental. I have picture of the fuel gauge showing full and receipt from gas station 20 minutes from returning to Uhaul and witnesses to prove it. I called Uhaul and challenged the 16,90 $ charge, Uhaul required me to send them the picture of the tank gauge and gas receipt to Uhaul. After I scan and send them that information I then have to re-contact them again after they receive it to confirm they got it. What a hassle! Uhaul - keep the 16,90 $!

My pick up time was for 7am. I checked in online to make sure I could pick up and go. I arrived at 630am to make sure I was early and ready. Just before 7am I spoke to Star Cantu who was opening up for the day. I explained I was there to pick up and she was rude and short. She told me she wouldn't help until she opened. I explained I had a 7 am appointment and she told me again with an attitude she wasn't open. I stood outside until 715am and star never came to tell me she was open. I finally just tried the door which opened. Her attitude continued and she well less than helpful. I rented for 8 hours and she told me I had to have it back by 3pm with no regard that she used up 45 min now of my reservation. Her lack of help and attitude is unacceptable.

Terrible Employee! I parked the truck I was returning at the designated spot. The signage posted asked that you remain by your vehicle until an employee assists you. I waited for approximately 30 minutes as a female employee walked past me a few times. Initially she was helping a customer with a trailer so I remained patient, assuming she would come help me as the sign said. She passed me and went into her office. I again waited for her to come out. After a long wait, I went inside her office to get assistance. She yelled, “You can't come in here without a mask.” I explained to her that I did not have one because I thought I she would come out to assist me. Again, she yelled that could not be in there. Keep in mind there were no other customers and she was sitting behind her desk with a mask and plexiglass. Also, I remained more than 6ft from her. If she would have stopped to assist me one of the few times she passed me, I would never have had to go into the office in the first place. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I followed their directions that were posted, yet the employee completely ignored me. Not once did she ask me what I needed. Some people should NOT work with customers!

I was initially frustrated at the locations ability to manage the customers and then there was some difficulty with getting the lights for the trailer to work. The young man charged with getting the trailer connected & hooked up was very persistent. Found the problem to be a burnt fuse & we replaced. GOOD JOB!
