Lance MaysI was rented a bigger more expensive trailer instead of a smaller less expensive one. I think because the more xpensive one was put and ready, and the one I really needed wasn't in the front.

Shelly ShinnickWhen the uhaul employee was unhooking the trailer it rolled forward and hit the tailgate of my truck, taking the paint off down to bare metal. I said something to the employee and they responded with "oh did that happen when they hooked it up" I said no you just did it, and they said no I didn't. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. If employees are not strong enough to handle the trailers then do not have then unhook them and push them by hand. I won't be using uhaul again, and will tell others not to either.

matt carrI have never been treated so poorly by people in my entire life. This could've been the easiest transaction ever. It's almost as if they went out of the way to make this entire experience as miserable as possible. I am not the type of person to ever complain or leave a bad review. I pray no one else has to be put through this. Customer service is the only ones that were helpful and kind. Unfortunately the only thing they can do is report it back to the location manager that was pissed I even made a complaint in the first place. As a very consistent U-Haul user I feel embarrassed,disappointed,and just outright enraged.
Katherine MartinOnly complaint is that they had me back a trailer into an extremely tight area with no assistance and around a fueling station. The location is cramped and the request seemed a little unreasonable. While I have lots of experience backing trailers, someone who did not have experience would have had a great challenge.

Bryan BoydstunReturned the truck with 14 miles used, was told the fuel wasn't where it was supposed to be and charged for 3 gallons. Replace the truck if it only gets 4,6 miles per gallon. Nickle and diming your customers is a quick way to lose them.

Charles HendersonI dropped the trailer off 15 minutes before it was due (during business hours) but there was no one in sight to help me (they were all busy evidently). I parked the trailer in the same spot it was in when I picked it up, disconnected it, and left. This location charged my card an additional $20 "After Hours Service Fee". I'm not sure what it means, but it seems like left to me. I'd like my money back.

Edward CantonThey couldn't find the key to the first truck. The second truck had a flat and the kid knew it had a flat before handing us the key. The kid also said we had the truck for 24 hours, even though we said we should be back by 4pm. We got back at 4:55 pm and were charged an other safe move fee and rental fee. Thank goodness the phone rep refunded the double charges.

PETER AXELSONI had an issue with the return date. I was postponed in returning the unit and Ray called and inquired about what was happening. I explained and extended the return date without any problems. The return was smooth and very quick. I was unhitched and out the door in under 5 minutes. An outstanding experience.
