Maybe provide special discounts for seniors or persons on disability. For those on fixed incomes, stuff is way more expensive than for an average person who works. Thanks.

Providing the info over the phone when I made the reservation, was a waste of time. The man at the counter required all the same information. In addition they took a photo of my drivers licenses front & back with their cell phone. This is VERY CONCERNING as it makes it easy for my identity to be stolen if that cell phone is compromised.

Lot size is small and hard to get a personal vehicle in or out. They had a ton of trucks available for rent.

The staff was fine, however the 15 foot truck I rented sounded like it was going to fall apart. The check engine light came on, and while idling at stop lights it sounded and felt like it was struggling to continue running. While driving, it sounded like something fell off and landed on the road at least a half dozen times. I tried to drop it off at a different location than where I picked it up because I honestly did not trust it to safely make the trip back to Laurel. In addition, the steering was incredibly loose and quickly went from not responsive, to over-responsive and nearly fishtailing. If another vehicle passed me, the truck tried to move over as if I were driving a large truck and trailer on a bridge with extreme crosswinds. I have years of experience driving trucks and horse trailers, and I would not have let my family or friends drive this truck for fear they'd end up in an accident because it had such poor handling.

This is the second time I dropped off a vehicle just s the store was closing and had the same experience. The employee said "You have to check-in online" in a disgusted tone and walked away. They never say "Sorry sir, we are closed" and you will have to check-in vehicle online. Are you familiar with the process for checking in your truck online? They act like their workday is done, so they are no longer obligated to provide customer service. The one bright spot at this location is a female employee who helped me more than one occasion in the past. The off-going staff needs to be more courteous to the customers and ask them if they need assistance. I recommend this location only because they have a few great employees who help customers and the location has a large selection of rental truck options.

Checking vehicles back in; the app shows truck in but then it wouldn't share your location. Meanwhile you think truck it is then they charge you even when truck is in driveway...

Reserving via phone is problematic. I had reserved a van the night beforehand, completed reservation, but was unable to obtain specific instructions on how to retrieve the van key. I called back and was on hold for a total of 45 minutes without any answer except that the cust svs rep was still busy waiting on other customers. The uhaul phone should be better staffed, especially on Saturday evening, to accommodate the volume of calls. However, the store itself, when open, was great.

you all don’t inform your customers of what to use and what not to use on your trucks. Then you all don’t explain the $100 hold on the phone or mention it when we call. Please fix your locations customer service

I had an issue where the Honda installed hitch wiring didn't work. Of course they can't rent the trailer to you, but they were really helpful with looking up wiring harnesses that I could install myself just to get it done that day. I bought the one they recommended and went home to install it. They were nice enough to hold the trailer for a few hours while I dealt with this and told me that they could cancel it without charge if I called and couldn't get this working. First I downloaded the instructions for the Honda wiring harness that Honda installed so that I could troubleshoot it. Found that one connection wasn't connected and it worked once I plugged it in. I headed back in and she returned the unused harness for me. Then I picked up the trailer. I've used this site 3 times I think and it's always been easy to deal with. They also offer 24hr dropoffs which is nice. Just remember to do the online drop off when you drop it off!

We got to the location before their posted closing time, doors were locked and lights were off. They would not let us inside, told us to leave the keys in the truck. We were not comfortable leaving them in the truck for someone to come drive off with it so we left them in the box. The following morning we got another receipt they charged us a second time for the auto transport, saying when they checked it in the trailer was not listed when it was listed on our printed out copies of the receipt and the email receipts. They were probably in a hurry to leave for the night as they were already closed when we got there, before closing time and overlooked it. Now we need to wait 2-5 business days to get our money back that we should have never been charged for.

Need to address the issues one may have with returning vehicle after hours.I have had 2 different occasions where when I try to log on to return,they cant seem to find my phone location,which then causes Me to have to pay the $20 return fee.and even though I have been reimbursed,it still is a small issue that You may want to address.

Hello! To whom it may concern, I was the person who place the reservation to hold the U-Haul truck, but my son Isaac Watson was the driver of the vehicle. The vehicle needs to be taken off the road, because it drove horribly that day. My son said when he would accelerate, the vehicle hesitates in changing gears, which indicates transmission problems. The vehicle drove at an extremely slow pace. It took us longer to complete the move than expected. Thank you.
