Customer service was great! The truck was available when I needed it and for the time I needed. I was thinking I would be finished after hours and the process was explained clearly. Ended up making it back during normal hours. I had no wait and no issues!

I had heard some horror stories about renting at U-Haul - but my experience at Laurel - and especially with Kim (!) - was outstanding. She was so helpful - and I loved the box recycling area that you have set up.

No U-Haul, this is messed up. I am not playing this game. You want an honest survey, don't cherry pick the data. I came very close to canceling my truck service. I spent a lot of time on the phone trying to reserve the truck. The truck reservation was goofed up many many many times. I had many people tell me they couldn't do anything for me. My reservation was changed last minute. You required a cell phone app which when people are moving, phones die. You change paramaters last minute. When I wanted to sleep, I was arguing with U-haul. When I needed to work at my new job, I was arguing with U-haul. You finally got it right in the end but as far as customer experience goes, this was attrocious from the beginning. Brandon at Laurel was great, he took care of me. But to be fair, I shouldn't have been in Laurel. I am not going to rate Falls Church. I refuse. The bulk of my interaction was problems at corporate. Your digital system just compounded the heck out of problems because it locked too many systems down so that people couldn't do their jobs correctly. That and I think many of your customer service represenatives can't do basic math. You can review my calls and see for yourself why I was constantly frustrated. The only thing that did work right was the truck itself. So please, 3 emails hounding me for after market survey inviting the cruel feedback. I'm being bitterly honest with you how unpleasant the experiences were spending hours on the phone before picking up the truck. Should have been 10 minutes at best.

Windshield of trucks should be cleaners prior rental. It’s impossible to reach the windshield of your 26’ foot truck without a ladder.

I reserved a dolly with the truck. It was not available so an appliance dilly was substituted. It was too big and heavy to be of any use. I wasted the rental money on the dolly!

Return was horrible took 30 minutes and 3 phones to return the rental I was told by corporate I should call for a credit but if I’m talking to corporate you’d think they’d escalate and just provide the credit. Lots of people in parking lot at night in cars return should have been explained better as well for the photos that needed to be taken
