Make sure that an employee is there at opening time... I was there at 730 to pick the truck up and 1 was the 1st person their... a few moments later another women showed up and called the number on the door (which I did not see) and the manager sent someone to open it... I let the woman go ahead of me since she was nice enough to call and the gentleman issuing the trucks gave her a discount.... which I did not get but ok..... when I dropped the truck off I have 0 complaints very professional

Don’t charge customers the wrong amount! Double check the amount and customers name! I was charged for the previous customers rental! Yes, it was refunded! But I am out the money for 5-7 business days! I won’t be back!

Great experience, had a light out and low trailer tire pressure, but it was fast and cheap and flexible, so honestly that small issue was mute Discounts for Vocational Shop Teachers picking up donations for school vehicles would be a huge bonus

I would not use U-Haul again unless it was my last option. The staff at the Middletown NJ location was great, but the U-Haul program needs work. My reservation was changed from a 15’ truck to a 10’ truck as I was driving to the location for pick up. When I got to the location, I was third in line. The U-Haul computer system was working very slow and it took 45 minutes to get the truck, even with the online reservation. U-Hauls system is not worth my time.

In person experience was great. Was not satisfied with customer service over the phone when attempting to check in. The rep didn’t sound like he wanted to find a resolution to our problem whatsoever. Once we went inside we were very happy.

I was doing a mobile pick up but couldn’t pick up my keys from the desk because There was only one person In front of me who was having a problem and there was only one employee. Additionally, another truck was clocking mine, so I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for my truck.

Fix the stupid Ez-Pass toll issue. I went through 2 tolls that did not have Cash Lanes so they read the license plate send you the bill in Arizona and then eventually you bill me. Thus, too much time elapses so I get hit with a late fee. Install Ez-Passes onto your vehicles and then charge me.

I was double charged for 2 days of rental instead of 1 when the van was picked up at 9am and dropped off the SAME DAY at 4:30pm. Every week there seems to be another issue with this location and it is not getting better. I was told that the staff and management changed, but not for the better in my opinion. I am a corporate customer and get a van every week -- they need to get their act together to keep this customer coming back.

I HAD TO TRAVEL 35 MINUTES FROM HOME TO GET THIS VEHICLE. EVEN THOUGH I MADE A RESERVATION IN MY OWN NEIGHBORHOOD A WEEK IN ADVANCE.

I checked out online with a credit card thinking this would expedite the process but it was still just as long at the counter. Very unproductive in my opinion. Also, I REALLY needed two furniture dollies which is the reason j chose this location online. They didn't have them. It made the day really difficult and a couple guys got hurt. It would be pretty easy to make sure you have those things available in the store. I was unsatisfied with the managers inability to remedy that issue. His name was Michael. Very nice but that doesn't matter when the product the site claims to have online wasn't available when I got there. Morgan was also pleasant but it was the same problem, no dollies. Please remedy this situation! Thank you
