Make sure that all of your trailers have fully functioning lights, as your corporate policy is to not allow a trailer to be rented with any missing lights. We waited for over an hour to pick up a reserved trailer, only to find out that the only trailers in the requested size had issues with their lights.

I use a cane and can't really stand for long periods of time. There appeared to be a station for people like me and I sat in it as the person at the desk was on the phone. When he finished he made me go to the opposite end of the counter and stand the whole time. They could be more sensitive to the obvious needs of their customers.

They only had 2 people working on Saturday morning which I'm sure is the busiest day. They took an average of 27 minutes per customer (yes I kept track) and there were 6 people ahead of me when I got there and 14 in line by the time I left. They were rude to customers and the inside of the trailer was filthy I had to clean it before use.

The line at the counter was too long. I waited 45 minutes just to check in a truck. I tried to do it on my phone, but the website got stopped at "confirm your location." Very frustrating.

It was a busy Saturday and not enough help, I stood waiting 35 minutes to just return a truck. Your people were friendly and helpful.

I rented the moving truck for 24h to get moved. But I only used it for about 8. So I returned the truck and dropped the keys in the return box. But the employees could find it anywhere according to them. So they called non stop. To ask over and over again if I had it and if I was sure if I dropped it off.

Every person working was fantastic. Polite, helpful, considerate and were working very hard. What isn’t right, is that your computer system was extremely slow and difficult for them to be equipped the way uhaul should have it equipped. I feel the company is failing the employees. You owe every person working there today a huge bonus for working so hard to keep your customers happy and coming back. I hope you treat them all as valuable , because damn! Your lucky to have such wonderful employees.
