Excellence service. The employee came out as I was backing the trailer up, unhooked the trailer, asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no, and then sent me on my way.
Eric RThe trailer was a bit dirty. Grease had recently been applied to the track and grease was all over the door on the inside. I have used this location quite a few times over the last 22 years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff on the Taft Road U-Haul store in North Syracuse. The folks are ALWAYS helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I've had to wait to be served when several customers arrived at the same time, but the staff tended to each person as quickly as they could without denying anyone the attention they needed or deserved
Robert SI am writing this review to override a previous review I wrote to the incorrect place. My previous negative review was about my experience at a U-Haul in Medford, MA NOT in N Syracuse. My experience at the Syracuse location was fantastic. Thank you so much and I apologize for the confusion.

Bryan EFirst off I got pulled over for the dolly not having running lights and he let me go without a ticket since it's not my vehicle. But when my fiancé called to make a complaint for me he was told the lights work. Break lights and turn singles worked yes but the running lights did not and I was pulled over because of such and I'm very unhappy with the customer service we got in return. Along with that the brakes were spongy and for trucks you rent out to tow with a dolly I find that completely unacceptable.

Andrei BStop being such a know it all to customers and treating them like they're below you. Make sure you're giving the keys to correct vehicles. Not at all impressed with the big guy in the glasses. Very standoffish and a bit of an egomaniac!!!

scott mBack gate had issues closing and opening. The truck needs maintenance due to the bad brakes and transmission slipping. If I wasn't crunched for time I would have return truck for full refund.
Billy TExtended my rental by 2 hrs, was charged over $30 for it and was never told there would be an up charge. It was only 2 hrs, not another day.
