Great customer service AND ease of rental.
Luz G.While the Natick branch was amazing the rest of the uhaul company is terrible. Reserved a truck originally for a one way rental over a month before my move in date. Got a call at 5:30 the night before telling me they didn't have a rental available. I had movers scheduled and plans made but uhaul didn't care. Luckily the local branch (Natick) had a smaller truck and trailer available for rent, but only as a local rental. It was a big hassle but better than the solution uhaul had which was change my move in date. This company really needs an overhaul

Chris T.I rented a 10' truck. It did the job well. Picked it up and it was clean and ready to go. AC worked very well which helped since my moved weekend was in the 90's. It would be great if all your radios on your older trucks had Aux audio input ports so we could listen to music from our phones, and it would also be good if you had cell phone mounts in all trucks. This is the way of the world now. We all use nav apps on our phones. I brought my phone holder that attaches to the AC vent, but of course it didn't fit/work. Please give us a place please to mount our phones.

Brandon F.Cargo area was dirty and full of dust in it. The desk person was rude. The agreement she made was totaly wrong. First thing, she wrote in the agreement that truck had 1/4 fuel but it had 1/8. Second she charged me for refueling charges and gas charges but I told her that I will fill the tank myself and did so. I see se these two charges on my final bill. Totally unprofessional behavior and rude.

daniel L.I had reserved a truck and dollies and mats over a month in advance. When I showed up, there were no dollies nor mats available! Supervising manager was not at all apologetic that there were none, didn't try to call other locations and made no concessions whatsoever. How am I supposed to carry heavy items and boxes with no dollies or mats?
Bernard C.My issue on the drop off was that the Uhaul in Ithaca told me that I had to return the trailer to the Brighton location despite the fact that I live only a fee miles from the Natick location. Upon arriving at the Brighton location I was informed by the Uhaul employee that "they were not taking any trailers today" and told me to go to the Somerville location which is even further away for me. I asked if I could return the trailer to Natick which he said would be fine. So I ended up going to the location that was closest to my home and would have taken me 20 minutes to return but instead I wasted an hour and a half plus gas plus tolls to go to where Uhaul told me that I had to return the trailer. You need to manage this better in the future. Another issue is that I repeatedly tried to call the Brighton location before heading over there, as well as the Natick location and nobody answers the phone which then puts you into the Uhaul call center with a 40 minute wait and all they can do is "let the service center know to call you back.". I never got a call back from either location which would have saved me time and money.

Laurence M.The entrance to the place is a bit misleading and dangerous. It's the 2nd driveway but you can't see that until you get real close or pass it. Can you put a big sign ENTER HERE. Otherwise excellent place to rent U-Haul.

Call centers employees are fine but they have no idea whats happening at the local level. Unable to call my local store directly. Quicker to drive there than wait on call ctr.
