The vehicle (15' UHaul) was creaky, and the back door of the truck was rusty and very hard to pull down/lock. The vehicle had 183 000 miles on it, which is fine, but it felt like some parts/pieces had not been replaced or updated in years. I dropped off after hours, was not clear on the process. I did not call the (508) phone number, nor did I check in via the web or app. I just left the trailer in the equipment return line. Seems to have worked...I was charged for the usage, at the rate I expected. Overall a simple and easy process.Lee L.

The service from the agent who was working the store was poor at best. The agent said to my face that he could not get me a printed copy of my receipts for the truck rental and my U-Boxes because he, "had no paper" with which to print a receipt. Days before I had received a printed copy of moving supplies from the same location. Is truth and responsibility too much to ask? Also, the two U-Boxes I reserved could not be returned to this location, because there was no space to store them. Save yourself some time and find another service. Not sure that I'll darken the door of U-Haul againBenjamin A.

The Truck had a "check engine" light on which was pointed out at the time of rental, however, it's a concern and should have been fixed prior to renting out - if something else happened that triggered Engine Light, I would not have known ...... Also, Driver's side window lever was missing a handle - very difficult to roll window up and down and the roll door at the back of the box needs attention as it slides very roughJay S.

While the Natick branch was amazing the rest of the uhaul company is terrible. Reserved a truck originally for a one way rental over a month before my move in date. Got a call at 5:30 the night before telling me they didn't have a rental available. I had movers scheduled and plans made but uhaul didn't care. Luckily the local branch (Natick) had a smaller truck and trailer available for rent, but only as a local rental. It was a big hassle but better than the solution uhaul had which was change my move in date. This company really needs an overhaulCharles F.

I rented a 10' truck. It did the job well. Picked it up and it was clean and ready to go. AC worked very well which helped since my moved weekend was in the 90's. It would be great if all your radios on your older trucks had Aux audio input ports so we could listen to music from our phones, and it would also be good if you had cell phone mounts in all trucks. This is the way of the world now. We all use nav apps on our phones. I brought my phone holder that attaches to the AC vent, but of course it didn't fit/work. Please give us a place please to mount our phones.Victor P.

The reservation process is a nightmare. The information available at the central dispatch was not reliable. The overall rental experience once I had the truck was really good.Brandon F.
Cargo area was dirty and full of dust in it. The desk person was rude. The agreement she made was totaly wrong. First thing, she wrote in the agreement that truck had 1/4 fuel but it had 1/8. Second she charged me for refueling charges and gas charges but I told her that I will fill the tank myself and did so. I see se these two charges on my final bill. Totally unprofessional behavior and rude.Karan M.
