The employee who assisted was rushing through all the verbal commands ( even though she was by herself) when I had questions. Felt strongly that was rushing us out only to be back on her phone. If you don't want to work there, simply quit and hire people who actually want/need the job

The staff at this location was helpful & knowledgeable. Unfortunately the computer system crashed so there was a lot of waiting around. The first vehicle was clean But the rolll up gate door was problematic. Trying to phone for help with that, was a nightmare. & the second u-haul we rented smelt of urine, so that was most unfortunate but maybe the previous customer didn't alert staff.

The vehicle was not clean and as soon as got on the highway to head on my trip the oil light came on and continued to stay on entire time. Having that happen when have only driving 15 miles is very disheartening

The female staff member was rude and dismissive. Overall she soured the entire experience, and the truck looked like someone had thrown a milkshake around the inside of the cab. Overall just a lack of care.

The staff is extremely rude. Every time I come here they are rude and o keep wanting to give them the benefit of doubt, but I've had enough. I will not be going back to that location. All the staff there need training on customer service.

All of the 15 ft trucks had over 100,000 miles on them. Frankly, I am not comfortable driving a vehicle with this much mileage. The cargo vans are much newer and better.

The first vehicle given to me had a service light, i had to wait another 10 min for a replacement vehicle. The mileage and gas were incorrect and so is my actual mileage and charge

During working hours everything was great. Very helpful staff. After hours return was a nightmare. There were rental trucks blocking the access. Had to turn the truck with trailer around backing up onto a highly trafficked public road to access the area to drop off the trailer. The app didn't work. The website on firefox wouldn't upload images, the website on Chrome wouldn't detect the location. We waited over 30 minutes on hold. Finally we tried it on an apple phone and after changing the settings it worked. Very stressful.

When I got there my cargo van was not ready for immediate pick-up. Once I paid and left the register I was instructed to walk to the back of the building to pick up the van. I walk to the back and walked around for ten minutes and there was no employee insight to assist me. Finally an employee drove up in a van and assisted me, I gave him my info and paper work he spent 15 min walking around trying to find the van and it was not on site. Then a customer pulled up and returned a rental van while turning the corner and clipped a pole with the right rear quarter panel she jumped out and gave the employee the keys as she was in an extreme hurry to leave. The employee didn't notice at the time she hit the van with the pole, once the customer walked away I brought it to his attention that she hit the pole with the van and that he should inspect the van for damage to make a record of it. My original cargo van was not on site and I was in a hurry to move a small amount of personal items, and return the van before closing. I told him to just give me this van and it was thilthy dirty inside, he did offer to wash the van but this was going to take a while and I was in a hurry so I accepted to take the van in the condition that it was in. He then instructed me to return inside and give them my paperwork back so they can go ahead and change the cargo van that I would be taking which slowed down the process even more. In all I was there for forty five minutes before I actually drove off in the rental van. It was my first time using uhaul and I must say it was not a smooth and pleasant process that one would expect. I must say however "Michelle" that works inside assisted me and was very nice and sweet and explained everything in detail and was very professional and helpful. From my observation the inside office seemed organized, however outside it was a totally different experience to say the least. Btw before I even picked up my van a customer was walking to the office from returning a rental and told me "Your going to be waiting forty five minutes before you pick up your rental"! He didn't lie he was right lol!

I am VERY frustrated. As a very regular U-Haul business user, I am tried and frustrated with having one problem or another every time I use U-Haul. Last time, which was last month, the truck BROKE DOWN on me and had to be towed away and I was still charged for the use of the vehicle that day even though I had to rent another U Haul vehicle in order to complete my deliveries! Now, yesterday I rented a U Haul cargo van for 1 day..8 a.m. pick-up returned around 11:00 at night drop off using the App but I was charged for 2 days use of the vehicle. Now I will have to waste more of my time dealing with trying to get a credit for the over charge of 1 day. NOT HAPPY.

This location couldn't locate the keys to the van I rented for over an hour and then once they found the keys to that specific van it had a flat tire. They clearly did not do their truck checkout in the morning. They were severely unorganized and I was severely displeased with their customer service. This place was awful.

Denise and Carla are stars! Thank you! They took really good care of my needs and suggested the right add-ones for our move-in experience. There was also another lady with short hair at the front desk who was very professional! Also, a lady with dreadlocks and glasses. The gentlemen in the back were also helpful. HOWEVER, THE FOUR LADIES MAKE THIS LOCATION WHAT IT IS, ESPECIALLY DENISE AND CARLA!!!

Let them know at the time of rental agreement. Please don't lie to customers. I put in about 200 dollars in of gas, unesscessarily. We could have found other options if we would have known.

That's ridiculous charge you 20 dollars fee when you drop off the truck at night , it's the same job the people have to do when you go normally and return the truck , that's sucks policy never again rent a truck from any uhaul that's ripping off the customers charge you money for that . When that's someone job to do it every time you return a truck .. use only 4 hours truck originally charge 54.00 total now it's 73.69 that's not right just sticking people money like that 20 bucks fee for someone do their job as usually when you returned it during the day . Same job 20 bucks ridiculous.

The worse experience ever!!!! Not at this particular location, but the entire process was terrible! For starters I had to go to 4 different location, why you asked? Well I made a reservation on the website, uhaul.com, drove there to pick up my RESERVED truck. I got there and to my surprise there's literally an empty parking garage with what appears to be a car wash, no truck in sight, no rep, no office not even a building a sketchy parking lot. I call the number on file, he told me they do not have trucks at this location and he's not sure why he's even listed on the uhaul website. Mind you i paid and checked in online. I also was promised $50 on the website when I made my reservation to receive $50 if the location cannot fulfill my request, that was also a lie! I called the uhaul customer service number to inform of them of the situation, and how frustrated I was! No apology was ever issue, and when I asked about the $50 credit the agent told me I had to have had my reservation at least 24 hrs. I drive to a second location, and no trucks available, he told me to go to one that has the storage, I drive there and the office is not open at the storage unit, even though there's a huge sign that say “ UHaul customers here “, I was told again to drive a few more blocks down to the “main location”, I get there and of course by now I'm so irritated, and annoyed. So finally after arriving to my 4th location, they have a truck for me, and the young lady helping me was nice. All in there's was no sympathy, empathy, or care for my troubles. It was kind of like whatever. In addition to all of that, the location is still posted on the website, even though everyone is aware. You guys motivated me so much to get my own cargo van, so I never have to deal with this again!

made a reservation 2 days in advanced for a 17' truck and when I went to pick up they had no trucks . I asked for bigger truck and they had NO trucks . Employee said they will call me when one is available and got NO call . went back the next day and had to get a small van which was filthy by the way (in and out ) I had to make three trips intead of one which is now costi more miles and time .don't think ill rent uhaul again .

When I went to take the truck, I did everything for the application but I couldn't get the code to get the lllce so I went in and asked a lady and she treated me very badly, she was very rude, until a man helped me, I showed him the reservation and gave me the key to the truck

Unorganized and customer service was subpar. The actual storage unit had homeless people living inside and out of the two months that I rented, only two weeks was the gate actually fixed. Wouldn't use your service again.

I had to wait in a line for 20 minutes because this location decided to have one person working the front desk at a time. Also I reserved a car online but I had to wait in extra 10 minutes because the employee didn't think the car was reserved for me even though I showed them the online receipt. She had to wait till the manager showed up to approve me. Worse service ever.

Floor tile debris in trailer. Small sharp tile pieces fell out when I lowered the ramp to load the trailer. I believe the pieces could puncture a tire.

I ordered mobile pickup for faster service. Upon arrival to U-Haul location and initiation check in process I got a message that part of my order is not available, and I should go to the counter. Spend there around hour! First long line then they told my furniture dolly that I added to my order online is not available! Why it is not available if I was able to select it and to my order online! So I found out I had to move furniture by hands) that is not acceptable, then they start processing my order and after 15 min we find out that assistant at the counter did something wrong and need to start over again, another 15 min! Then upon second attempt in the end your card reader didn't work and I had to go to another assistant and start everything all over again. I had also to buy furniture dolly for $20 as I was told it is was bar added to my online order but! They had it in store for sale, how you explain that? What a rip off! So I lost an extra hour, movers were waiting for me and I had to pay them for that and I had to buy additional equipment that suppose to be for rent in my original order. I think at least furniture dolly should be refunded!

I love Uhaul in general. Rented many times. This location did this... (1) When I reserved the truck the lady gave me a different price (miles, tax included) than the other lady when I actually took the truck. 15 bucks difference but its about the principle for me. (2) Reserved a 15 foot truck and when I got there next day the lady said: Oh we dont have that truck. She finally gave me a 20 foot one. (3) Gas tank said its half way it was lower than half. (4) Truck dirty.

When we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
