Frontdesk attendant needs urgent customer service training. She was talking with the boyfriend via cellphone with the SPEAKER ON. I was able to listen to all the details when I was sitting there, unbelievable. However, the return equipment staff is a completely different experience, they were diligent, friendly, and with a good attitude.

This is one of the busier stores. Things take a little longer, but it's understandable. It's nice that they are open til 8pm. I would use them again, for sure. Big retail also.

So after about 10-15 mins of me waiting i decided to hook up the trailer myself. after i did that i went back inside to see what else i needed to do to be checked out. they called the people outside and they said they seen that it all hooked up and i can go . I asked the counter people isnt someone supposed to come help me hook up the trailer ? they said yes !!! I said thats what i thought also . Granted i seen the outside help just standing around doing nothing while i was hooking up the trailer .if you ever hooked up a trailer by yourself you know its a pain in the butt to line up the trailer to the ball on the truck. Without someone guiding you . so i was in and out of my truck a bunch of times to line it up . Now when i returned the trailer . i pulled under the tent that says equipment returns . i sat there for about 5 mins while the outside help were just standing around talking. so i get out of my truck and say what do i do with this trailer ? One if the guys says just pull up here where he was standing talking so he can check the air in the tires. when he was done checking the air he says just go put the trailer where the others are . i say are you going to come unhook it ? he said No . so i dropped the trailer and left . Worst experience ever

Montrese W.Hello, good morning, the service provided in this location 2269 ne 163 rd st, north Miami beach fl 33162 on Monday 4/5/2021 10:15 am was the worst service provided in my entire life I had never been treated so badly and done feel so bad for just going to rent a truck which I already had reserved for that day those 2 women at the counter I think they should never work with the client directly because they would bankrupt the business after 2 days and not only them Also another tall lady at the time I return to return the same around 7:10 pm almost kicks me out of the place just for entering to return the truck through the door that was open as if it were my fault that they had not closed the doors because it was already closed and I didn't have to go in because I had to get out of here and throw the keys outside. When I made the reservation, nobody explained to me that it would be canceled hour after said supposed pick-up time, later it was not explained to me that if I threw the keys in the drawer and not for the application, I was charged 20 $extra. This experience in this place was a nightmare I would never recommend this place or my worst enemy, I always go to Uhaul like my family and friends but I have never had this horrible experience (the 3 women were African-American, 2 in the morning and the other at night)

Dmytro N.My rental equipment wasn't as clean as I expected, I realized that the fuel amount on the summary of receipt and what's in the truck didn't match but it was my fault in my end I didn't take a picture as my proof, also the dolly I rented was appliances dolly instead I was given utility dolly. I was charged for things that shouldn't even be, went there in the morning and explained the situation and was told it's going to get fix but It didn't. Instead of me paying what I was given on my receipt I ended up paying a lot more. It's my first time to rent for 4 hrs. Usually when I rent it's full day and I'm not too happy with this experience. I was rushing to return the truck and once I got to park it, retried logging into the account to return and I pit the key already in the box not knowing I had to take photos of the interior and odometer.

WALTER E.I could not get the car through the app and u-haul support told me to do it through the website instead that via the app. Then on the website I could not do it because the website could not determine my location. I was told that I could return the truck by 7 pm. I got there at that time and there was no one. I tried to finish the reservation through the app and it was hard. Now I probably owe a fee for not finishing the reservation through the app. I just locked the truck and placed the keys at the store.

Princess A.I often need to rent vans to transport my musical equipment to various gigs. The UHaul Center on 163rd St. is clean, the Staff courteous. The van is always clean and well maintained. This is an excellent place to rent vans or space. I highly recommend it!

Gerardo G.When I go to the parking to take the truck, they are often stuck too tight between other vehicles then I have to call an associate to get another truck or to try to take that truck out. Long story short, sometimes I waist time when I have to rent a truck there because they don't know which one is easier to take when they choose it.

Once I checked out and walked away I got a notification of another charge went back to ask why and told different things, finally told yes for addiobal day along with insurance rate and dolly. Tom W.Guy who helped me didn't fix car correct (didn't put metal belts) and later there was a problem on the road. I asked him twice if he was sure that he did correct. He said: "yes". It was second mistake. First one was when put towed car on the platform. He told that towed car was in right position but when i started to drive car could be damaged because was fixed close to the right side and place on the left side was almost empty. I had to come back and fix it.

Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~10 $). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
