- Get accurate mileage on returned vehicles - If customers give a 15 mile estimate in the beginning and returned at only 8 miles used it should be properly confirmed - Don't automatically charge credit cards at the estimate rate without verifying - Some technology is good but it can also make some workers lazy - Thank you -ARRENALD G.

I called because I was going to be about 20 min late, and they told me it was ok for 1 hour to be late, and I was only late for about 25 min the most and they charged me another whole day for it, after they told me I could get there one hour late,DAVID P.

Employees were arguing agitatedly about who was supposed to hand me the equipment. Then one of them told me to go outside and wait for an employee to hook the trailer to my car... It took the employee very long to go outside. When he came out, I already had hooked the trailer to my car.Marcos B.

The ladies working the desk were rude. When I picked up the truck they told she would change the pick up time to 4 per my request and when I went to get it I was told it was no longer available. She also told me I could not rent another trailer due to none left. I went online and made a new reservation at the same location and was able to get another trailer. Horrible customer service from BOTH of the two young black women working there BOTH TIMES I came in! Will not recommend to anyone who is truly in need of a Uhaul because they made it so incredible hard. Wow is all I can say. My biggest issue is i purchased help via your website to help me unload on Friday May 21, 2021. The truck needed to be returned that afternoon. The 3rd party took the money immediately at pick up. 1,5 hours before they were schedule to arrive they texted a cancellation. Even that morning they texted everything is good to go and then cancel 1,5 hours ahead. I have a full truck, 26 feet. No back up plan, no support, no plan B. THey have not even refunded the money, so they have had my money for 10 days now and not returned it. How does Uhaul invite such a poorly run operation to take money and offer services on YOUR web page and then treat YOUR customers like crap?Kenneth H.

The custom service is the worst. It's a scary experience ask something there. Considering moving a situation when you try to save money, taking this service for the first time was for me hard to understand and I feel that the employees lost her patience's many times.ORIANA G.

I had a new person for pick up so he was slow and unsure of the procedure (not a problem because everyone is new at some point) but the woman working with him was a bit rude. When I asked about the furniture blankets I was told in a very rude manner they are already in the truck. I took my two trucks and left believing her. To my surprise, when I got to my location the back of the truck had a zip tie on it so again I figured my pads were in there but when I opened it all I found was debris from the previous renter and no furniture pads! Then I received a nasty phone call about my late return of a pickup truck (yes I was 15 minutes late) but the call came about 17 hours after it was returned and in my email was the receipt for the return! I will NEVER rent there or recommend this location to anyone!WILLIAM S.

The mobile check-in process was a bit confusing. In order to get the key, I had to provide additional information: two things from a list. Some of the options were the phone number or a friend or relative, a work phone number, a lease, a passport, etc. Had I known this in advance, I would have planned accordingly. I provided an alternative number, whugc was that of my sister's. I had chat with an online rep who had to verify that number by calling. It was very odd. Then, I still had to interact with a human in person in order to get the key. When I check the cargo area, the dolly nor the blankets I requested were there, so I had to track down someone to give them to me. It was a bit of a mess.Samuel H.

When we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~10 $). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******Curtis B. | Expérience générale
