Had a reservation under my daughters name at 9am. for a 6x12 opened trailer. one way..got there at 8:50 am. Problems with reservation ...kept getting error code. canceled that one and put me in as a walk in....same error code. Instead of called tech support the employee started helping another customer. They had an error code. He proceeded to call for that person . Meanwhile I'm still waiting.. it's now 10:15 am. by 10:30 they managed to get the site working. everything is now running smoothly until I get the reply I have to bring the trailer back ....it is not one way...I live an hour and a half away when we left to go move what we needed to do it was getting too late so we returned the trailer without moving what we had planned. I would have rented up by me if I was told the trailer had to be returned where I rented it from. We specifically said open trailer going 1 way...they did discount me $13.00 but again it was a wasted trip and I didnt get the item moved that needed to be moved. I would never recommend this facility

you people took 253.91 from my account because the truck.was dropped at a secondary location. mike never stated there would be a charge to drop it off at a secondary location at all if so I would simply have taken it back to the original location. I am highly upset and will never use uhaul again or reccomend this company to anyone.

The first issue I had was that my truck was not even there, let alone ready for my self assisted pick-up. I had to go inside and wait to find out the truck I reserved was not there so I had to get a smaller one. The clerk, Rico, even referenced the furniture dolly I had requested but it never made it to the truck or me. Rico had started the truck but was rushing and did not do a walk around so I missed the fact there was nothing in the back but the licked utility dolly and moving pads. I was home before I knew the furniture dolly was not there and I did call to have it removed as I did not have time to go back to the lot. The cab was gross with caked on something on the console and in the cup holders; a picture was sent before I left on the link that sent to me. When I returned the truck, a man was in the back before I even got out. His hand held did not work so he went in for another I e; upon his return he tried to tell me I was supposed to have half a tank even though I was told and my rental agreement stated a quarter of a tank. After starting to argue for a few seconds he said his handheld just switched to sayings quarter. I asked him to ensure my refund for the furniture dolly I never received was removed. He stated he saw it on there. In my Uber ride home I checked my account for the credit, there was no credit but there was a new $25 and some change charge. I called uhaul to find out what was going on and the exact charges as I could not read the small print on my phone. The lady I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. There was no credit for the furniture dolly but she stated the new charge was a cleaning charge; I discussed with her how odd as sweep the back of the truck out and the cad was disgusting and documented when I received it. She helped as much as she stated she could but said I would have to call and speak with the manager of that lot. Upon calling the local number i was able to speak with a gentleman named Jimmy. He could not reach the manager Rico, named by the lady from uhaul in the corporate line. We discussed the entire situation and he said he would message Rico to get in touch with me to go over the issues, still no call or message two days later. This is my last attempt to have the inappropriate charges credited back to my card or I am having them filed a fraud with my credit card company. I have used uhaul many times with no issue but this is beyond ridiculous, a bad experience is one thing but inappropriate charges that are being avoided by a manager is absolutely unacceptable.

The employees were very clearly aggravated. Not sure why because I walked into angry customers, cursing and a very long wait. One of the employees yelled “who’s dropping off”, I raised my hand and he snatched the keys out of my hand and said “I’ll email your receipt”. And that was it. They didn’t check anything

Truck was dirty in the outside and could not apply a credit I had. Had to call corporate and was charged for the rental then refunded the credit. Everyone was very helpful however it was very time consuming:(

I made a 5pm appt to pickup a trailer - again. You've stopped me - again - over an insurance claim I made back in 2016 when I rented a 24' truck that had a torn roof - and my belongings destroyed. I spent a full hour trying to convince UHaul execs to rent me this trailer AFTER you've rented to me 3x since 2016. you are holding ME liable for your mistakes - and I'm disgusted that UHaul even entertains their ins co demands to freeze my acct when it's UHaul that rented a faulty truck in 16. It took me a FULL HOUR of phone calls etc - and proof that I've been renting since. I'm very irate.
