Our reservation was made to pick up the u-haul truck at Pyrites Way Rancho - 21599938, but when we got there we were informed that they did not have a reservation for us and that the truck was waiting for us at Mather field. Not sure what happened but we have an email clearly stating our reservation pick up location. The staff at pyriltes made us wait for 1 hour further delaying our pickup process. Terrible service.

I had to call and talk to someone who was really helpful, and guaranteed that the equipment was available at the 3rd location. My original pickup time was 11:15 and wasn't able to actually get the equipment till between 2-3

My only criticism is that when I dropped off the van, they said my total charge was $137.69, which does show on my statemen; however, today, I see an additional charge of $20,43 and I have no idea what it's for. So, now I will have to contact them to find out. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Richard C.I have used this location for over 10 years to rent trucks and trailers. For this last move, this wasn't the closest location, but it beats those "Oh, yeah. We also rent U-Haul equipment" places by miles.

Jack A.The gas tank should be full at the time of rental, with the obligation to return the vehicle with a full tank, or be charged to have the tank filled prior to the next rental. Having to immediately stop at the nearest gas station is both inconvenient and a psychological bad way to start your move.

debra L.Never visited this return location. I had to call back uhaul to have the trailer towed, because the wheel was broken!!!!! They charged me for the company's equipment failure. So I would say they charged me for something that was not my fault.

Charles H.I appreciate the customer service and I was very well taken care of. However, it would be nice if when there's a load of trucks and vans coming in that they have another way for vehicles to be parked. When I came back with a pick up, loved it by the way, there was a fleet of trucks so I didn't know where else to pull up so I had to pull up next to the trucks that were already lined up. Other than that it was great.

Catie Lee S.I went to return my truck at a neighborhood dealer that was closed and boarded up, but they were closed, so I brought it to the UHaul Rancho Cordova dealer where the individual was extremely slow and not welcoming.

Brad M.I didn't receive the dolly or the furniture pads, but my partner and I made it work. The truck needs service. No lights were on but she ran very rough and the brake seemed to stick often. It wasn't my best experience with uhaul, that's why I gave it three stars. Overall I wouldn't hold any of my issues against the uhaul store itself.

I ended up waiting in line anyhow. Maybe it's just not quite ready for the general public. So disappointed. Location was understaffed. They rushed me through and I ended up waitin line a second time because the mirrors were not easily adjustable. UHaul added stress to already hectic day.

Its frustrating for me as a customer, and for the employees. i feel sorry for the employees who are trying to expedite rentals efficiently to the customers in the line. david T.The U-Haul had an eighth of a tank of gas when I picked it up. The guy who gave me the keys did not do an inspection before I drove the U-Haul away, and never told me about the text message I would receive to do a final checkout. By the time I saw the text message, the URL was already expired. In addition, they made me drive to another UHAUL location to pick up supplies they said they had when I booked. I had to drive to the location in the UHAUL, costing mileage and gas that I was charged for. Lastly, they added insurance to my account without telling me or having me sign any papers. Please avoid this location at all costs. They are liars and will steal your money and time.

ALEXANDER S.I eould deter anyone from supporting a company that demands, management levels, for employees to perform these tasks at a maximum of $17,5 an hour. The management team is completely brainwashed about these job duties. I installed hitches, wiring and assisted with all other facets of daily operations for $16,25 an hour whilst the company made $100 an hour on my labor! Do not fall victim to this company when so many others will hire at this time.
WILLIAM N.The U-Haul had less than a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up. The guy who gave me the keys did not do an inspection before I drove the U-Haul away, and never told me about the text message I would receive to do a final checkout. The person who gave me the keys told me I could drop the U-Haul off "wherever", however after calling U-Haul on Sunday morning, I found that "wherever" was not the dropoff location, it was 10161 Mills Station in Rancho. He literally told me I could drop it off wherever I wanted as long as it was a U-Haul location.

Karthikeyan T.I was greeted by Demaurio Armstrong immediately. He then assisted me inside the store. He was very efficient, friendly, and great to talk to you. Everything went perfectly. I was impressed by the store and of Demaurio. I called and told Rona that I'd be a bit past my 6 hours. She was very friendly and noted it for me. Then when I returned the vehicle the two employees that received the vehicle were immediately there and very friendly and quickly had me on my way without any hassle of being a bit late. I had a great experience and appreciate the quality of the store and good people!

RICHARD H.I reserved a truck and received confirmation. When I showed to get the truck the morning of I was told there was no truck for me. The truck I reserved was given to someone else. I was told that someone else is in charge of the online reservations and the staff there has nothing to do with it. They offered me a smaller truck so I took it because I had already organized people and resources to help me move. I probably won't be a returning customer because not having a truck after I was confirmed is bad business and completely unreliable.
