We were accommodated very well on the spur of the moment when my car broke down. John was also very helpful hooking up chains to the tow dolly that me husband forgot to do. Appreciate all their help and going beyond the call of duty.

I went by myself and was towing my car. I’ve never used towing equipment before and asked for a little help hooking my car up. Guy said he would help, then came back and said they said it cost $25 charge for them to do it. So I sat in the parking lot trying to hook my car up ALONE while everyone just watched me. Literally couldn’t even get someone to just help me position my car.

Could have looked at my truck and sold me the correct drop hitch. I felt he just grabbed the 1st kit on the shelf and sold me something that was not correct for my truck, causing the trailer to damage my license plate. Thank you for the use of the trailer, it worked great.

The requirement at the time of rental to call a reference is overkill. I've rented vehicles before without ever having to wait for an employee to call a reference. You already have my license, my credit card and the fact that I've paid for extra insurance. AND you carry liability insurance to cover your losses. Stupidly inconvenient for your customers. I could buy a house or a car without the need for anyone to call a reference. Rethink your policy.

This facility was understaffed and some of the staff was rude and discourteous. Plus, it took me one hour to return a vehicle with one person in front of me in line.

The staff working the yard were helpful and nice. The office people were completely incompetent. It took 5 minutes to hook up but an hour to complete the administrative portion. There was a pencil on the counter that I contemplated pushing into my eye socket. I bet that I could have pushed it in until it either got to the eraser exited the back of my skull before it matched the excruciatingly painful process that I was experiencing. It took so long that the lady “helping” me stopped to “go on break” while I was trying to complete the contract.

30+ minute wait, I had to pay the movers because I was late due to the u-haul problem, U-haul computers were down, front desk girl didn’t know what to do, had to get the owner to help out to solve the problem, and no mention of over mileage while picking up the vehicle. Once I drive away, the van had a low tire pressure warning the whole time, I went out of my way to put air in the tires and then was charged for excess mileage of only $2.58. Wow!

There wasn't enough help when we return the truck so I put my keys in the slot the lion had eight to 10 people in line one lady at the register and one guy who was really doing nothing it was Sunday the 23rd at 9 I returned the truck so I just left it there with the keys in the slot I returned it it was ridiculous you guys need to get more help or more service for other people people were complaining in Spanish

Was new to the using phone to check the truck we rented. When asked for a phone # we gave house #,specific would of been nice but it worked out. Some people are not tetc savay so might want to keep that in mind. Overall great people and experience

I was not happy with the stated fuel level and found that the truck only had 1/8 of a tank rather then the slated 1/4 and returned the truck with more then 1/4 and was credited 7 dollars

Very upset with the online reservation process. Booked a trailer from the white lane location. Showed up for my appointment at 730am to pick up the trailer. Didnt get helped until almost 8am just to be told they didnt have the trailer in stock. Was told that I could pick it up at a different location across town. Very inconvenient for me, loss of time and fuel to have to drive to both locations. It would have been nice to have gotten a call the morning of or the night before that the trailer was at a different location. As a business owner this practice is unacceptable for customers. This makes me not want to do business with U-haul again.
