While not a problem for me during use, I did find two nuts and a piece of rivet lying in the roll-up door seat (bottom of trailer). No idea where the piece of rivet came from. The nuts appeared to have come from some internal piece in the door mechanism (two intact nuts on bolts were found on the opposite side of the door. Brought these up with the attendant that received the trailer upon returning it. Perhaps a more thorough mechanical inspection of returned trailers is warranted.

Returned truck before close of business, employee saw me returning the truck, directed me where to park, and instructed me to put keys in the outside box. Employee told me I didn't need to do anything else to complete the return. Inagine my surprise when I woke up the next morning to a new charge on my credit card for an after-hours drop off. Beware of this location

None of the UHaul employees were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. The employee who checked me in to pick up the vehicle did not wear a mask, though he was separate by a plexiglass barrier. However, he was not fully enclosed. When I returned the vehicle to the same location, the employee who took my key did not have a mask on. He was well within six feet of me. My significant other has a compromised immune system and we rely on masking and social distancing to reduce her risk of contracting the virus. These employees' actions put her at risk. I am very disappointed in UHaul's lack of respect for its customers.

was charged for a cleaning fee even though the truck was returned in the EXACT SAME CONDITION as it was received. i moved 2 pieces of furniture and it sat in the driveway for the remaining rental time. will not consider uhaul in the future because of this.

99% of the rentals here are great. Nothing really needed to improve on. Other then keeping up the great atmosphere at that store. Tanner and Nicki and John and Ryan you're on point.

It would have been helpful for the counter person to tell me the average miles per gallon I should expect from the truck; though I did not ask that question myself. I anticipated the truck would have more than 3/8 of a tank of gas when I picked up the truck so I added far more gas than I really would have needed.

I used the app to do the check in. The wrong key was in the box which meant i had to go into the store to pick up the correct key. The app was slow to use.

I was falsely charged for wrong reading of the gas gauge. it is stating I brought the vehicle back under 1/4 tank when that is clearly not true the entire trip to both ways equaled 16 miles which does not equal the amount of gas that would have been used to drop so far.. Shame to see this type of advantage being taken when the country is suffering during covid. Reached out multiple times and got no response.

I am applauded particularly with the customer service demonstrated from representatives who provided instruction and guidance over the phone. Misinformation was provided time and time again which resulted in missing the opportunity to receive the U-Box as scheduled. Staff at the U-Haul site in which our U-box was to be picked up was not accommodating which lead to further frustration. I feel it is important when staff takes the initiative and opportunity to correct the wrong speaks volumes to the company performance. This was not the case for staff at Brenner Pike as they did not take the inconveniences we were experiencing into account; being sent to the wrong location PA, taken off of our route, caused us to be late, and being told our U-box was returned to the warehouse because we did not show up for the time we requested. I am not happy with the customer service demonstrated by U-Haul's staff during this transaction. I emptied my U-Box, which I was planning to use again once Penn State semester ends. I will not forget this horrific experience. which made this U-Haul experience one I will never forget. . Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share.

We were charged $21.50 for an "after-hours service fee", as we dropped off the rental after they closed on a Sunday evening (though it wasn't due back until Monday, the next day). In so doing, we sued the simple drop-box option. It was never expressed to us that this fee would be incurred. Had we know that, we would have waited until the next day to return the rental.

The drop off was outside. We did not notice an ant infestation until we arrived at our destination. It was on the front right bottom of the truck when the back door was lifted. There may have been something sticky there and unfortunately the ants did get on some of our moving items and were brought into my daughter's apartment. I told the gentleman about the ant issue and he just said, "Besides that was everything else ok?" There were four men & one woman sitting/standing together and no masks were worn. I thought that the law in State College was that masks must be worn when less than six feet apart from others. They were all right next to each other. There were 5-6 employees indoors when I picked up my equipment. None were wearing masks. I live with a vulnerable person who is at major risk for coronavirus. I would never feel safe to return to this location and I am extremely sad to see the complete lack of respect for the customers' health at this location.

The UHaul model of farming out phone service was a bit of an issue I could rarely get through to the local office always talking to someone at corporate, some mixed signals but everything worked out.

I was pleased overall. I shipped a ubox from CA to PA. Pickup and delivery were on schedule with no damage. Although scheduling times were put off to the last minute, and required multiple calls.
