By far the best U-Haul location in my area- the staff is clean, well organized, efficient & friendly- the only reason I gave an average rating is the daily insurance rate seems to have doubled in just a few years, to $20 daily, on a simple cargo van- absurd.

The person who met me on-site was very apologetic about what happened when I picked up the truck. He agreed the vehicle was dangerous and indicated he would not put it back into operation without it being fixed.

customer service and online "pre-check in" needs to be greatly improved. I arrived thinking the on-line option to save time was a done deal. However, it became as timely verifying my information and payment as if I never check-in online. Have someone in your organization check-in online and then physically present the computer print out to the attendant. Thanks...Bob

Staff was courteous. I bought boxes and blankets, which were placed in the back of the truck. I hired helpers to move my office, and they opened the truck, load my items, and used the boxes and blankets without me watching the operation. They used my blankets, including blankets on the wall of the truck. They nor I knew those blankets were there for rental (that's why I bought some), and I feel I was baited without knowledge of this tactic. Because I and my helpers were ignorant of U-Haul's sales tactics, I ended up paying an additional $50 for the day. I feel deceived.

Make sure the rent-able trucks are maintained mechanically. My rented box truck's steering was very loose, which made driving it difficult!! The driver door would not close properly and getting in was difficult because there was No extra step to get in

Remove the molding fruit and garbage from under the passenger seat next time indicating that the U-Haul truck was not thoroughly cleaned in the midst of a pandemic when cleanliness should a be a priority.

Overall very good - because of the way the van and trailer came from separate locations (which wasn't what I had reserved), the trailer didn't come up on the return, however, Francisco made a couple of calls and solved that problem pretty quickly. I've used this location in the past and would continue using it and recommending it to others. Overall friendly, professional and convenient spot.

I had reserved a 26' truck and wasn't told it wasn't available until 2 days before my move. The only option I was given was to drive an hour round trip just to pick it up and over an hour round trip to return is which is completely unacceptable (and woild have cost me more the $60 just in mileage fees alone). I had to accept the next largest size available closer to me which was 15' and required my movers to make 2 round trips to my locations and cost me and additional $600. I am a longtime UHaul customer and am appaled at this experience. UHaul should have moved the truck I reserved to a location closer to me. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using UHaul again.

This location is hard to get in contact by phone. When making the reservation by phone, I was told the “in-town” rental would be cheaper even though they knew I would be driving at least 150 miles without driving it back to this location. It still cost me over $400. Which in my opinion is not cheaper than the quoted $178 one way trip. Will most likely not be renting from U-Haul again after we finish our move.

I had to change my drop off day and location. I called and spoke with U-haul personal. Sadly, communication was dropped by u-haul and I received 2 phone calls and an email regarding where I was and that the equipment was late. This was very upsetting to me as I was driving and in areas with no cell phone coverage. I do hope that U-haul employees read the notes before bothering the costumer. And if there were no notes, as I was assured there would be than again shame on u-haul. Over all my experience was excellent with everyone I interacted with personally. I was disappointed I was bothered while on the road. Not a very safe practice from a company that helps us, "do it yourselfers." Thanks

Your product and employees are great. My only complaint would be that a truck that costs 29.95 a day, if you need a dolly and insurance, ends up costing $125.00 or more. I had my rental for one full day and 7 hours, so I paid $256.00. I had three dollys and six blankets, paid $1.19 per mile and had to refill the gas tank, and took the insurance for $14 a day x 2 full days charged. Other than that the service was great

Although I had a reservation and had already checked in, the first person to TRY to help me could not seem to navigate through the reservation. He took a long time and finally got the other person to help me which he did in two minutes. Everything else was great.
