We need to let the customer know that if your paying cash for your rental their will be a 100 deposit and if your paying cash and need a dolly they will charge you an extra 180.00. I was not told this and I did te the person that made the reservation that I was paying cash.

Stephen P.Stop double booking your fleet during the biggest moving week of the year in Ithaca NY so people don't have to scramble to find a way to move their whole house with less than 24 hours notice, you greedy fuckheads. I had to drive 70 extra miles with my van, plus lean on friends to ferry me to and from Binghamton just to make my move happen, and that costs money thanks to your pricing structure. Worst booking system ever, can't even count on getting your reservation! Absolute bullshit, you should be ashamed.

The staff was very professional and gracious, but the fact remains that they did not the vehicle and I had to use a smaller truck which required multiple trips and took much longer than it should have which cost me $200 to pay the movers for their additional time. Not OK.

Uhaul confirmation email included return instructions and a link which didn't work. Nobody wants that confusion on move day.?

The staff was very kind, but I didn't appreciate the switch up when I already made plans and wasn't told until very close to the rental that I couldn't pick up. I also am not sure if that affected them mileage. I saw I was charged extra, but that's because I needed to drive the truck additional miles out of the way to get back to my moving location.

Zachary P.I got caught in a rainstorm and the driver side wiper was a mess. The metal was hanging out and I had to pull over, get out, and fix it in the pouring rain. I told the representative about it when I returned it and they mentioned it will be replaced. When it started raining I noticed the metal piece hanging from the wiper. This should have been fixed before I picked the vehicle up.

They smelled like a warm apple pie on a cool autumn day well you were out playing in yard as it cooled in the windowsill The location was fairly clean but was cluttered with boxes as if they were in the process of moving locations. The truck was aight, it went vroom we I depressed the pedal. It didn't beep beep when I reversed that one time or maybe it did idk but if a beep beep needs to be louder I saw free slushies at a drs office, why does U-Haul not have free slushies

I get to the vestal location they tell me they do not have a 10 foot truck with a ramp at that location so I had to deal with one without a ramp ended up hurting myself carrying heavy things off the truck I am very unhappy and displeased. And I will never give business to U-Haul again. And this is not the first time I've had issues. I rented a U-Haul storage unit that was dirty wet and disgusting and outside under my husbands name and we rented a U-Haul that was supposed to be heated indoors. We did not get what we paid for and some of our things got ruined because we had to leave them and one that didn't have heat
