Take a closer look. The crew had washed out he bed and I saw the the bed was shiny and had water spots. The shine turned out to be most likely cooking oil and was a huge mess that we had to return to the uhaul center to be cleaned out. This put extra miles on the contract and took an hour of the rental timePaul M.
I over filled the gas tank by 1/4 (35 $-40 $). I called to ask about a potential refund and they said they would get back to me. They never did! So unprofessional!Martin S.

Truck was issued to me with a malfunction gas tank. I was unable to pump gas into the truck and was told that they should charge me for gas I used upon return of the truck and only refund it if my claim that I could not put gas in the truck was true. I was told I could take the truck across the street and try again and the employee who told me this said it is tricky on this truck but he had put gas in it himself. If it was so easy then they should have filled the gas tank before renting the unit to me.COLE B.

Your computer system needs better servers . When I reserved online it took almost 5 hours to do because it would kick me out. When I picked up rental the system was down for almost 30 minutes a d also the truck bed had leaves and dirt probably from wind but I swept it out when I returned it and was charged extra cleaning fees. Also purchased smart move and was still accessed fee for a lost key that was found and returned with truck . The guys that work that location where not the friendliest but considering dealing with tech issues daily I would be burnt out on apologies to customers .KIRBY M.

I was supposed to return the equipment at closing time. I was going in late for x reason and called Corp ahead of time to let them know. Unfortunately, I was told if I was arriving late even though is at closing time and they would not rent the equipment to someone else. I was going to be charge for another 24 hrs regardless. I have rented many times within this year to be treated just like a cash flow. Sorry to say but I will never rent a uhaul again. This shows the loyalty to customers.IRVING Y.

Terrible experience! No one told me this was a self-service location. It took me an hour and a half to gain access to the keys and be given the go ahead to take the truck. I was told some things during the check in process work on the app and some work on the website. There is no excuse for how terrible this process is, based on how massive and successful the company is.Leeland M.

Great customer Service All Around! The gentleman who checked me in was extremely polite and professional - even laughed at my jokes. And the gentleman who checked me out was just as polite and professional. You don't often experience such great customer service these days it was a real joy. The only issue is, all calls are going to your dispatch center and I had noticed my console was displaying a message like TOW MODE and I wnare to know if I needed to turn this off somehow since I wasn't towing anything and thought it was causing it to use more gas. I tried to call the local store but got the call center and just got put on hold plus there's no option if u needed immediate help. That's not good.FREDERICK T.

I was not impressed with the agent that contacted me and told me my pick-up location had changed. Why can't people look at the reservation and verify things like how long the equipment is reserved for and verify it with the client? This girls whole demeaner was rude and condescending. She needs a class in phone/customer service etiquette. The young man at the Uhaul pick-up point was great!THOMAS B.
