The entire moving experience worked well except for truck issues. "Guaranteed" does not mean anything at Uhaul. Means could a been, mighta been and shoulda been, but wasn't. 3 different trucks, days and locations to chase down vehicle with more crosses on it than in a cemetery. Just saying...Lol

Jeff Z | Expérience généraleOnline process inconvenient. When asked for info on another person it refused to accept my son because he lives at the same address as mine. Called local facility and was told I needed to change one letter of my son's address. That didn't work. Wound up having to give his post office address. Not pleased with this issue. Also, the storage unit door is very difficult to open/close. Latch is even more difficult to operate. The part that you grasp to push latch back and forth very old, worn and chewed up making the latch even harder to move. All very disappointing compared to the doors at the Miracle Road facility which operate with ease. Not pleased with this situation either.

BRUCE H | Expérience généraleThis storage was used a a business storage and most business need invoicing for billing so things can be set up in their systems from an Accounts Payable process. They way we were treated in trying to get this set up cost the facility a lot of time, extra expense and a ton of frustrating times. In todays times you provide a service to the customer and you need to meet their needs. Everyone sets up billing for business with invoicing and this wasn't allowed which is what was the whole reason for our leaving your storage facility. Yes, we may have been the few that needed this set up differently for billing but again, Business is all about being able to meet the needs of your customers. All of them. Word of mouth speaks volume when it comes to business. I know this first hand from being a business owner at one point myself. We were with this storage facility for over 12 years and its sad to leave over a billing process that was very easy to fix but the lack of willingness from U-Haul wasn't there. Best of luck and I hope you understand that this feedback is meant to be something to grow from. Wish you all the best.

I was a long time customer at KO Storage, and at Uhaul. There was no loyalty incentive for me to stay at this place…only increased rent.

But I keep getting charged over and over again after I had my final walk-through, not quite sure how much I got overcharged. I will have to gather all the transactions and walk in to the retail outlet and try to settle it up. It is quite embarrassing for the corporation to be doing this.

I understand you have to discontinue their autopay but I received an email from what appeared to be spam792078@uhaul.com and deleted the first email without opening. The second one came and I did open it but I didn't know uhaul purchased the place then I get this random email that I almost deleted say autopay was disabled so my last month wasn't paid and as of April 1 I'd be in default and Lien would be placed as well as a $50 penalty!?!? Get a real email address that looks somewhat professional and we can see what it's for. Just left me with a bad taste! I know it could have been handled more professionally. Thanks

The women I talked to Jessica C was extremely rude and said "its not my problem" when I couldn't access my u it to get to my car. moved out the very next day, I will not rent from uhaul again and and i will not recommend uhaul to any one. When KO owned these units it was amazing, since uahul took over its only gone down hill.
TIMOTHY G | Expérience généraleI have had nothing but pleasant experiences with UHaul so far. The staff has been super helpful and friendly.. Especially Seth as he is whom I usually have spoken with. I am very appreciative. When my code had not worked after the switch over my problems were resolved quickly. Also I really love that there is 24 hour access that was something that KO did not offer. Although you house prices for storage units seem to be a bit higher than chaos it seems like there will be good changes.
