You can't have a climate controlled warehouse and place the temperature permanently at 90 degrees! When asking the manager about this she told us to move if we didn't like it. We have rented at this location for over seven years.

Gate code didn’t work and still don’t plus the locking mechanism on the door is broken so I can’t lock my storage until that’s fix but got to be able to get through the gate first because that problem still hasn’t been resolved

The Manager is amazing! She multi-task in a frustrating moment with tons of people with a smile on her face, placed everyone at ease. I'm sure everyone was month-end moving their belongings from point a to b some not by choice… again in a buddy building, she made it happen… you did that! Merci.

I had the worst service here! My items were secured but there are nobody that's never in that office. We always have to get in contact with other uhaul places n they lied on certain stuff. I would never go back here again. It's just sad. The could be in need of help n they don't have anybody that can help. They never answer the phones.

Only thing I didn't like is when they moved from the store to the other place at the hwy 80 store, no one told us and when you go stand by the door to read the sign the alarm goes off so you can't really read the sign.

This Uhaul storage and truck rental really is convenient! Staff made move in and out a pleasant experience. Payment system is easy. Storage facility is safe and secure. Kadejia went above and beyond when checking out of the storage and returning the truck. Demarcus and Ledarrius answered all my questions when I rented the truck. Nice and professional when I was already stressed with moving! Would definitely recommend using this Uhaul truck rental and storage facility!

I used U-Haul Storage for more than 4 months in fact I still have other household stuff in their storage unit with climate control. When my daughter moved several years ago they used U-Haul van to move their P another location. If ever needed I would definitely use them again. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly I never saw them without a smile. Good staff and clean facilities what more can a person want. Yes the prices are reasonable. My thanks to the staff for their helpful advice and friendly attitude.

I have rented 2 units one is controlled and the other isn’t but I am happy with both of them.

Our RV was damaged by rats while at the U-Haul storage facility at I-20 and Pearson Rd. When we got it out of the shop after $800 worth of repairs for damage received while parked at the U-Haul facility we found someone was parked in our storage space. Reaching management was very difficult to reach. Not on site and impossible to reach by phone. Overall our experience after the former managers left was terrible. I-Haul should be able to do better!

Unit was infested with rats when I mentioned it to staff they asked we had food in the unit and we did not. Then she commented that a couple units down had Popeyes chicken in it

I completed the online move-in process and had a family member go to the storage to ensure the code worked and unit was ready as I would not arrive before the office closed and wanted to be able to address any issues while the office was open. The access code did not work. I called the office and one of the staff members checked the code after they got off and the access code indeed did not work. I was told I could receive assistance the next morning; however, my uhaul truck rental was in fact due the next morning. I contacted customer service to extend my rental and spoke with KaDejia from the office regarding access to the unit. The next day, I was still unable to get in as the access code still did not work. I was eventually let into the gate that afternoon by the staff so I was able to unload the truck and finally was able to access the unit myself after 2 days. My move-in process was stressful and did not go well at all; however, KaDejia remained professional throughout the entire situation and eventually was able to resolve the issue.

Poor customer service and poor training is being done. We were Lock in the gate for over 20 minutes and could not get out and when call for help it took them a little over 25 minutes just to get us some help to be able to get out of the locked gate . That was extremely exhausting and frustrating to be locked inside of U-Haul because the gate would not open. And when the worker got there and tried to pop the gate open with the popper that they gave us to unlock the gate even they could not unlock the gate with the popper that they gave us to unlock the gate. Better training is needed at the highway 80 location in Pearl that we open our storage unit up with.

When we rented the space we were told that we would get 1 month free . Told by manager that wouldn't honor the arrangement. To late to rent elsewhere. Late one month was told sign up for auto pay they would refund the late fee never saw it .

My family and I were locked in the storage unit for an entire hour due to our keys not working. The employee knew of this and stated that he would stay to let us out. Instead he left us locked inside of the storage unit. The manager did not show any concern or care for what happened after I spoke with her. This was the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul and I do not plan to be using this moving company ever again.

The only thing I do not like is signing up for a particular. Location and few days before the a actual date, the location to pick the truck is changed and further out and you re not able to take it the original location, that automatically means will go over mileage which is not fair.

Ms. Rebeca and her staff are absolutely amazing! I've always been treated like family. I will keep my belongings in her units for a good long time (if not needed out before ). I appreciate their hard work and friendly attitudes. I'm one happy customer!

I was initially assigned a unit that was already taken and had a lock on it. The clerk re-assigned a different unit and stated that the manager would contact that following Monday. I called the manager, since she never reach out to me to explain what took place. The manager tried to charge me extra for the unit they had to reassign. It was not an error on my part, therefore I shouldn't be penalized by paying extra. They assign the units not me. They are trying to make me pay for their mistakes. When I requested to speak to the manager's DM about the issue, she stated that she will call me back. I haven't heard back from her. This is unprofessional and not the proper way to conduct business. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are unorganized and trying to jip people out of money. Just pitiful

Give your on site workers a raise for having to deal with the multitude of inept efforts made by the liars who answer phones and intentionally mislead and outright lie to customers. On site location staff was polite, funny, and patient. However this staff had to be as we progressed thru a baker's dozen of lies, ignored specification requests, and incorrect information which had previously been twice verified. Definitely don't rely on U-Haul to fit into your BUDGET as all online and o. Phone pricing and specs will not be adhered to! Perhaps this is why their competition went with BUDGET. Perhaps better buisness practices would be to complete changes and specs input and communicated by customers while adhering go quoted prices or even better verifying availability of all products before selling things you don't have available or simply don't exist, and my personal favorite, products that aren't even offered or in existence at locations.

The truck seemed to have a lot of rattles but performed well. The customer service lady that handled my check out was very helpful and nice. When I returned it the lady on site at that time was not as pleasant but I will say it was close to 5 p.m. and she had a customer. She was direct, asked if I was dropping off, I said yes and she replied leave the key and she would handle it. I explained I didn't drive as many miles as I stated and wanted to work out the adjustment, she replied she would do it when she check truck in and would send receipt via email. I would still use this location and even recommend it.

The truck was damn awful. It could barely go. We had to roll down the windows to somewhat breathe because of the STRONG smell of exhaust and gas.

I reserved a u haul on Friday morning 5/28/2021 and when I arrived about 1:25 my u haul had been given to another customer. I had hired people to help me move etc. I couldn't move until sunday the 30th which put me in a terrible situation. Rebecca ( Becky ) Collins has been incredible. I am not sure there is enough room to explain how professional yet compassionate she has been. She is fair and firm yet very understanding. She runs a great office there. She stays in contact not just through an email or text but she stays on top of things with a personality and a tone of voice. Sadly these days that is sorely missed. I am also a business owner in the local area and I highly recommend her facility and or Rentals to anyone that I talk to.

I was originally supposed to pick up a 26' truck from the Florence location which was close to my storage unit. The truck was not on the lot as the customer that had it before me failed to return it and kept it even though the system gave her an error. The office admin at Florence called her and she stated she was keeping it. This lead them to look for another truck for me. Two stores later and one was located in Pearl. Upon arrival there Rebecca was a peach. She was great to work with and gave us 20 extra miles for our troubles. After getting the truck I called uhaul in regards to a $50 guarantee that the truck would be on the lot. The CSR argued with me that it was not owed back to me even though it clearly was. After some time she refunded the $50 to me.

Advise Associates regarding the use of debit and credit card use when customers call for rentals. When I initially called, the associate stated that I could use a debit card to rent. When I proceeded to check out, I was advised that I needed a major credit card instead. This was a major inconvenience!

The first place I went to was miserable. The second which was on White Rd was much better on a personable level. The other place is using this Covid mess to not do their jobs. I have rented U-hauls on several occasions and this was the worst experience ever with U-Haul.

The whole experience was great from the beginning to the end. Great customer service and very friendly people. I had rented a U-Haul truck from another place the same day but they didn't have my storage ready and they were rude. So I went online again found this place reserved the storage and went by. I thought I was going to have the same experience as I had with the other people but I was wrong. The guy was very welcoming, courteous, and helpful. If I ever need anything again I will be using them again.

We pick up truck in Baton Rouge LA; at pick up, staff couldn't find the truck key and tank was basically on empty. Staff didn't know how to properly issue me the truck via computer so she called someone on her cell who completed my reservation. 3 hours later we dropped truck off at Pearl, MS uhaul location and they asked did we hit something because the corner of the roof (driver's side) had damage. Looking at the damage we pointed out to staff that it's pre existing because you can see where a company JD welding trying to fix it. Drop off location will investigate damage. We were being displaced by flooding and U-Haul offered their services to the community. So much respect for U-Haul!! The staff were friendly, patient, and professional. I tried to use the anytime pick up and the service was horrible waited out in the cold and dark in an isolated area with no security for an hour to get vehicle and was still unable to obtain the truck. Very rudely was told to come back in the morning to show I'd to get it. Had to call and rearrange hires movers which cost me more money. Then when I got to the business later that day I was treated like a child. According to the lady she was not able to look at my Id and state or was me she had to have a relative do that for her. I had to then call and wake people up to get my truck rental. Way too much of a hassle and the company doesn't treat people well at all

The original pickup location was 1012 Hwy 471, Brandon, MS 39042. Upon arrival I was told they didn't have a truck. Both employees were on the phone. They didn't offer to help. They didn't ask me to wait. I was just told they didn't have a truck. I left the location. About fifteen minutes later I received a text telling me to pick up a truck at the White Blvd location. I don't know if the Hwy 471 location was involved. They seemed to not care. eI understand trucks don't get returned, but don't just blow me off. I should have been asked to wait until they were off the phone and then assisted. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL employees at the Hwy 471 location. White Blvd location was VERY PROFESSIONAL, courteous, and helpful.

This location was excellent. Mr. & Mrs. Collins are great!! However, when you call the toll free number to UHaul, you may not always get a customer friendly rep. I had to tell one rep to stop cutting me off and allow me a chance to tell her what was going on with my situation.

I was a client of this storage facility before Uhaul took it over. Uhaul made some changes to the facility but over all it has been great. The staff is wonderful

My reservation was not able to be filled. The staff did not seem to care. Although it wasn't my job to fix the problem, I was the one doing the creative thinking to solve the problem. Disappointing!!
