I'm very pleased with my experience with this U-Haul location. I had a complicated move that required me to get two separate storage units several weeks apart and the general manager, Juaun, graciously worked with me on a plan to minimize costs. The facility is well lit and I had no concerns about the security of my stored items. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Very glad I chose them.

The staff at this location is the absolute best! They made my move very easy ! The lady who walked me to my unit and showed me step by step had a wonderful personality very sweet ! I love that every staff member I encountered was very nice and very knowledgeable! The general manager Mr. Scott rocks ! Thank you guys

Carly was very helpful. The system for available units was inaccurate and I had to go back and forth several times to find the right sized available unit as some listed available were in use or locked down.

The storage facility is very well organized. There are ample flat carts and mattress carts available. The aisles are wide and easily maneuverable with the carts. The lighting is excellent. The elevator is large enough to easily handle three carts per time. There is only one elevator so when facility is busy that becomes a possible time issue. The indoor load/unload zone is really convenient and helpful as well. Another very nice feature are the restrooms located on every floor Overall this is the best storage facility I have used

Unit was locked out for no reason. On autopay and sufficient funds. Had to go to office to unlock.

Not the best experience I've ever had. The move in process is quite complicated and not well explained. For instance: you have to check out of your room every time or you will be denied access. The 24/7 Truck Rental service does not work properly. The app refused to allow me to upload photos. I had to contact customer service because although the app told me my return had been processed, it actually had not. I will say that customer service was helpful and understanding.

Trailer rental went well, check-in was great. Storage facility was chaotic. We were assigned a unit already in use and moved to another unit. During the process we needed up double billed which took many phone calls to fix. I still don't know if the billing is correct - I'll need to wait a month for all the charges and credits to settle down. The staff were very friendly and wanted to help but either the computer system was not working well or staff were not trained on the system. Staff and customers were very frustrated. Initial impressions are important-as I walked in to the office the first time staff were anlready arguing with another customer.

The crew at this facility are top notch! Great customer service and the place is well kept... truthfully, they should be sent to a few facilities in the KC area to train those employees on how to treat folks and run a rental business.

The only downside is that the recommended 2 bedrooms storage size won't be big enough for my needs. But the general manager is absolutely amazing!!!!

A bit more explanation about the need to check out would have helped. I happened to see a posting in the elevator which referenced "failure to check out may result in difficulty checking in on the next visit". Only then did I understand I had to check out when leaving.

There were LOTS of problems with me getting access to the building. Included multiple contacts with various staff. They finally got it worked out, but the automated access system is very error-prone. Even the staff had lots of trouble with it and finally just opened it up with the master code so I could get in.

A positive experience with the storage. A negative experience with the rental truck. I drove 2,4 miles in total and was charged for 9 miles. The google reviews warned me about this but I took a leap of faith. I don't appreciate predatory business practices.

Yes to "facility clean and well maintained" doesn't do justice. Immaculate facility, carts perfectly organized ready for customer use... 3 Indoor Drive-in bays for unloading - are you kidding?! Unit ready and waiting when I got there - all order online. Just... wow...

This is the 2nd visit; I had to correct errors made by the first representative! I had to cancel the first contract due to serious errors made;I was originally given incorrect information about the rental (5' x 10' space for the price of a 5' x 5' space); I had to completely relocate my belongings to a different unit; the passcode for entering the storage building did not work The building is supposed to be climate controlled; but I left climate sensitive items with a family member rather than put them in the unit- it was too cold.. I

Moved into the brand new facility right after it opened. It was great having access to an indoor facility and everything was clean and spotless. The staff at this location are great and work really hard to get to everybody in a timely manner. The only negative I had was the fact the keypad for after hours was not operational during my time at this facility.

Booked online and was given two 5x10 units instead of one 10x10. Staff inside was able to switch us to a 10x10 unit quickly. However they also said we would have 24/7 access to our unit which we found out later that night when we arrived to unload the truck was not the case and we had to unload a 20 foot truck in under an hour. The location and facility are good, but staff needs to be trained correctly and give customers correct information to set the correct expectations. Also the code we were given at booking did not work to access the building.

All I can say is, when you need assistance, there are 3 people who will aid you immediately & very friendly on top of that. Thank you for proving there are still good, kind people out there.

This was a great location, always had carts available (and it was college move day). The team was helpful with the lock and helpful when we left. Will recommend.

They did not inform customers that the after hours access system was not fully operating, but continued to post in numerous locations and online that access was available after hours.

Two issues: 1) code didn't work to access facility after closed hours but during access hours. Had a full load to deliver. 2) person in office told me after we moved out that I didn't need to do anything that a sweep would be done and they'd see our lock was removed and unit was cleared to be "checked out" Other than that we were very pleased and would use this faculty again

For just storage, the place is great. The people working there are far from it. The day I rented the space the only person that seemed to know what he was doing had to keep helping everyone else and that caused him to not take care of what he was doing with me. He asked for my debit card for auto payments but he didn't record it and I didn't get a bill but I was charged a late charge because of his incompetence. The last payment I made I told them the space would be empty by the end of the month. I also told them the day the storage was empty and called the next day to tell them again. I have been charged for another month and although I've been told the money has been returned, it has not been received 5 days later. Storage place, good. Workers, totally incompetent

Excellent customer service but did have an issue with trying to access the storage facility after office hours. Storage access hours stated until 10pm but when when tried to access code prior to that we weren't able to.

The gentlemen that helped me with the unit is top notch. I cannot express how kind and helpful he was. He got us into the closest unit without me even asking. A true customer service first move!

They have an old sign in an old part of town, but the storage options are new, clean and modern set up. The people working there are kind and efficient.

Both Of the units leaked. I showed it to a U-Haul employee where it had leaked on my cloth chaise lounge and he said he would have maintenance look at it on the following Monday Tuesday. I got no response back from them. I removed my stuff before my rent was due taking my Riess numbers of units to the front desk letting them know I had finished cleaning and removing my stuff from the units. They said I didn't need to do anything else two days later I got a call that my rent was due. The first time I went to remove a portion of my stuff the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor. The good part of it was, you guys had amazing carts for loading and unloading. It was a new space and kept clean.

I can't remember her name, but when I came in Monday the lady who greeted me was very friendly. She was white and had some tattoos. She showed me to my facility and checked it out with me and got me a lock. Excellent customer service from her! Would recommend again.

Very friendly staff and made sure we understood everything and even walked us 2 r unit the 1st time to make sure that we had the right unit and very clean place through the whole thing and very nice big bathroom to use while we are there and air conditioning in where the storage unit is
