You need security cameras on your properties because I had my unit broken into at night, and hours that no one is outside to be seen. Midnight and after to not be seen and no one would never know or seen.

I then had to get a second smaller unit through a different company. We never received a pay code for the movers. Then they just said they were raising my monthly rate. Never again will I use Uhaul.

Katie R | Expérience généraleI have been unable to leave anything in my unit. There was no lock inside door as stated. Have gone to facility twice and no one there. Have tried calling multiple times and keep getting an automated "we are experiencing difficulty" then hung up on. I will go buy a lock for the storage unit, no problem. But thinking one is already there then taking a load of items over only to discover no one available and I can't leave anything was very frustrating.

The lighting down the storage rows was poor or rather absent and it was almost impossible to get a live body to communicate with for any matters.
