I had a flat tire on the trailer. The 800 number took almost an hour to connect. The uhaul.com/help. was no help at all. The recording says I'm in control,… don't think so. The App wouldn't even load !!! It was a Saturday, so some uhauls in Helena weren't even open. Walmart in Helena Montana ended up replacing the tire for me . Dropped off the trailer 2 days early wasn't aware that it wouldn't be prorated, and get credited back. I also had to change my departure date and was charged an additional $150 for changing the date. Frustrating not many options when you need to move across country. Felt totally helpless.

Jason S.Rene is a amazing employee. She didn't have room for all my boxes so she had a plan to have Spokane bring 2 or 3 u boxes over at a time. I was using your trailer to haul 1 at a time to the house I was renting. U haul in California said the boxes would get delivered to the house but Spokane said they couldn't fit the truck on my street. I rented a 26 ft u haul truck and pulled a 16 ft trailer and was able to but the truck and trailer in front of my house. It would be so much easier to put 47 ft vehicle fifth wheel in front of my house than the 26ft truck and 16ft trailer. I haven driven for Budweised and CBS over the last 40 years and have a little experience about driving trucks. Rene and her employees did a fantastic job with customer service. You guys should take notes from this Coeur D Alene facility. I see truck and trailers from u haul in the Coeur D Alene area every few days and my relatives that have lived here for 30 years have seen your trucks with u boxes in the area for years every few days but Austin Standun did not want to ship 2 boxes at a time to Coeur D Alene because it was a hassle. Rene and I had a great idea that worked for her and worked for me the customer. But Austin changed it all because he didn't like what Rene and I agreed would be the best because I had to pick up my u boxes because Austin couldn't deliver the boxes to my house. U haul called to charge me storage for my some of my boxes in California. All my boxes were in Spokane. My boxes got shipped from California to Spokane on 3 trucks. All the U haul employees were very surprised I knew where my boxes were from being stored in California to Spokane. I but tracker in each box because I was shipping my stuff. California lied to me about shipping the boxes to my house when I made the reservation. Spokane made things tough on me because they couldn't deliver the boxes to my house. Rene saved the problems California and Spokane created. Rene and her team were great in solving this mess California and Spokane created.

Roger R.The pig tail connector had something wrong and drained my truck battery to point of buying a new $163 battery while on our way across country. It was confirmed by the mechanic and when I returned it and mentioned this, the location in Michigan told me a manager would call me or this location and I never got a call. When I called to speak to someone they told me that I can't prove anything but they'll have someone Call me. Really? I have the receipt showing I had to buy a new battery and it was the only explanation for what happened. Still no call back. Will not be using uhaul for any future hauling needs.

Brian S.I will never rent from this company again. I was told the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck that the location I reserved it at did not have it. I reserved a truck almost a month prior in Moscow, ID and was told the evening on the day before my reservation date that I would have to drive all the way to Spokane, which is 2 hours to get a truck. When I get to Spokane I find out that they don't have my truck either and I have to go to Coeur d'Alene. I wasn't reimbursed or discounted anything, there were no apologies, and no remorse. I was moving to a different state with a very short timeframe and I've never had a problem with uhaul before so I thought I would be safe. But after this experience I will never rent from uhaul or recommend it to anyone. This company needs to do some serious restructuring, improve its customer service, and have a better maintained fleet of vehicles. My experience was absolutely ridiculous.

Reana M.We reserved a truck 1/2 mile from where we were moving out of. We printed a confirmation and took it in when we tried to pick it up. We were told we would have to drive 10 miles (the opposite direction of our cross town move and twice the distance we were moving) to another town to pick it up because the truck was delivered to the wrong store. At the new place they would not comp us the extra 20 miles and said they didn't know how that happened and it “was weird. Between all the confusion, checking out and the extra drive, we started an hour late. They blew it off but with 4 movers, that's $350/hr wasted! We barely got the truck back in time. The truck was great but the employees at both sites were incredibly unhelpful and clueless. I won't use them again.

John G.Reserved trailer at one location 30 miles away since it was the only trailer available, showed up, no trailer was available even though I had a reservation. Service desk attendant was next to useless in solving the problem. Didn't show any care or compassion. Had to drive back 30 miles to where I can from to get a trailer. The day before I was told this location didn't have any. Waited 45 minutes for tires to be put on the trailer to make it safe to drive. Finally 2 hours later than I was supposed to start my day I was able to proceed. Though, the lady that finally helped us finally with our reservation was great, but overall a very poor experience otherwise. Will not go back to UHaul for any rentals again.

I had never heard of that and later remembered that in a visit a few weeks earlier that was not true as I was going to use the trailer for 2 and a half days. If this is what they do now then print it on the board so you know ahead of time.

I was redirected and placed on hold numerous times. The original rental looked extended, but ultimately was not. My rental contract had expired and a Manager followed us into Spokane called in our plate and ultimately had us turn in our truck. We were left without a rental and having to cancel our delivery for that day. After speaking with a rep from Spokane scheduling I was able to understand some of the many charges to my credit card, what I'm not on with is being followed on the freeway by a U-Haul employee.

I used them for help with packing and moving boxes and things that don't fit into boxes, unpacking too if moving locally.

From the moment we rented our first unit and then the second unit and then the box purchases and then the truck rental, it has been seamless and beyond pleasant. Moving is hard. I actually looked forward to going to our storage units, the facility could not have been cleaner every time we visited, it smelled great the restrooms were always clean, things were where they should be as far as carts and sanitizers went, I actually looked forward to going. The day we emptied our first unit felt wonderful but I seriously was saddened the day we emptied the last unit. I can't believe what a tight ship she runs and how great her employees are, she has a wicked sense of humor and she's no nonsense which I adored, everything in the facility always smelled so great and one night I left some of the items I had gathered in my car overnight and when I open the car I could smell the refreshing scent of deodorizer from U-Haul. Don't get me wrong, I never want to move again and I can't imagine I could find a better place to store store our things

I guess if you count to the outer most portion of that wall it is 5 feet but that wall space can't be used to account for a piece of furniture that is close to or exactly 5 feet! Actual unobstructed floor space should be used for all measurements!
