The storage csr yanked my friends unit's gate off after climbing up the side so the assistant manager told him to put the ladder he got back and the AM got the forklift and stood on the prongs of it to end up fixing nothing and stating to his subordinate to "delete that" after she filmed it. The general manager disputed and lost my unemployment case after firing me but leaving me re-hirable. I had a career I was forming and taking with me on my journey to college with my lady and baby boy in another state, he took that from me and that's okay, I am on a much better more promising path, but he heartlessly took my passion for my work and threw it away. Merci.

The best was the fellow accepting the vehicle back - he was by far the most friendly and helpful. I don't know about other locations but this location sucks!

SHAWN Mthey let the truck running while they go through the rental process. You come out to the truck to find lower fuel level than stated on the rental agreement. you make note of it and return the truck at the same level as starting, but they then charge extra for the gas, because you returned the truck with less fuel than you "started" with. scammers.
SEUNG YParking lot and return area very tight. When the location is busy things get difficult. Locations seems understaffed also.

When i returned I spoke with an employee about the app not providing the correct trailer an I would need one for next week, he immediately apologized and offered to make it right by letting me rent the next size trailer and only charging me the difference in price and not as a whole new rental. I was already happy with this location, this just cemented my opinion.
Wade GI made a reservation ahead but did not get to this location. Not sure why. They did put my new hitch anyway in a timely manner. Had a glitch with billing and had to go back to fix. Did a good job overall.

LINDA ADemonstrate the features and how to use the controls. For example, how to clean the windshield of mud, dirt and gravel. No one showed me and low visibility was dangerous. Another is, show how to adjust the mirrors. No one showed me and I made a 900 mile trip without being able to see out the passenger side. Another example is demonstrate how to close the rear door properly. I opened the back one time and didn't do it right. I drive 20 miles not knowing the rear door was open. Another motorist flagged me over to show me.

KATHLEEN LWhen I got there around 2:15, it was starting to pick up with customers. I was worried it was going to take a long time and Neveah said it might be a while because there were only a few employees. However, I noticed how Neveah began multitasking and helping other customers at different registers while also helping me. Then when she saw another employee come in, she asked him to finish my transaction while continuing to help the other customers. He quickly printed my contract, told me where to find the trailer and said he would meet me out there. Overall, the whole process took maybe 15 minutes, it wasn't bad at all and I thought it was going to take forever. What amazed me was the fact the employees were multitasking. Rarely do I ever see employees multitask and helping multiple customers at once. This is a very rare skill to implement (either it be due to the inability to multitask or they just don't want to) and a big time saver. Well done!

ANDREI AI had a U-Haul person that called & offered me a deal if I bring the Uhaul back to a different location. This person lied to me, put information in his notes that were different than we discussed. I will not do this again because it messed my pickup up and took an hour to just get through the paperwork inside.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable and followed through when we had a complicated question about a discount. He made the overall experience seamless and comfortable. I was also impressed by the subsequent communication with alerts about the progress of our shipment and calls to nail down the delivery location and timing to make everything as convenient as possible. A high degree of professionalism throughout. I would highly recommend the U-Box experience as a reasonable way to move small to medium sized household goods across the country.

RUBEN OThe steering wheel was off so going "straight" pulled to the truck to the right. I also despised having to go through the process of uploading my drivers license since the counter person could have just scanned the back with a barcode reader. I have no trust that your photos of licenses are deleted as you said, and if this was known to me at the time I would have just borrowed a friends truck to move the things I needed to, even if it took a dozen trips.
PAUL GDuring picking up the equipment, the service was great. They were 5 people helping about 10 am. The service was annoying to get the emergency contact and verify the number and contact at that time. For the return, they were two people in the store and non wants to come and help with checking the trailer which I was returning. I had to unhook and park the trailer where I picked in the morning. And ask the agent to finally come and inspect it. Instead of 5 minutes return, I spent 20 minutes.
BEHZAD VReturned after about 3 hours as we were done. Rented for 24 hours. They showed where to unload and said an email would be sent as soon as they did the check in. No email sent until 24 hours after we rented it.

I was told by him when I picked up a trailer that I would need to have a staff member to un hook it, when I got there to drop off. When I dropped it off he gave me attitude and I ended up unhooking it myself as he didn't want to come out and do it. I've always brought my business to U-Haul at this location but I think next time I'll take my business somewhere else.
Alex OThe return process of a vehicle is very tedious and very difficult to use. In the past, it was super easy to drop the keys off and say you returned the truck and leave. Now you gotta take 20 pictures. Horrible service in the area takes forever.

This same place attempted to charge me extra 400 miles in my last rental even I complained about it. Later they called and said their staff entered a wrong miles. You need to watch out with these guys. Very DISHONEST staff.

Gary LI had pay another company to throw out multiple items that I had stored at this facility due to rat feces. These items were stored to be resold and now I have had to pay to dispose of these items. I was also not offered any incentives (that benefited me) due to the forced move and damaged property. I had paid for three years and never missed a payment all to be told I have to move my stuff and only offered to move to another unit. I would not keep my items at another Uhaul again due to the damage of my personal items and lack of customer service with helping financially. I will not be recommending Uhaul to any of my friends, family, or clients.

Issues that led to me being over charged, which then led to long wait times on the phone and me ultimately driving 40 min to speak to someone in person. Most recently I made an arrangement to move out before being charged for another month. I moved out as planned and I still got charged. Despite my driving to make the arrangement in person 3 days prior. So it pains me to leave a poor rating but this plus the other issues with storage insurance cannot be overlooked. I talked with several reps to get the charge reversed they agreed to do so within 3 business days. It didn't get resolved so now I must dispute the charge with my cc company. 3yrs renting there was an infestation that was due to another customer storing foodin her unit, led to some considerable damage with furniture having to be discarded. Luckily the location manager made concessions to cover the insurance company's ineptitude. Uhaul needs better customer support.

Confirmed 2 days prior to arriving with 2 26 foot UHaul trucks from Bend OR - 4 hours away over snowy mountain pass. Learned only. 10x20 and a 10x15 in outside units were reserved - not climate controlled. Ended up renting 3 units to accommodate our belongings. Getting through paperwork took almost 1 1/2 hours. Everyone friendly but seemed chaotic. Then found the two 10 x 15 units were filthy - not cleaned at all. One even had dead mouse in corner. Spoke to a manger before we left regarding my concerns.

MILDRED R | Expérience généraleI had a very poor move out experience at this facility. First, I was notified 30 minutes prior to renting a truck at this facility that it would not be available. I had to drive 7 miles in the opposite direction to pick up the truck and then return to this facility to clean out my storage unit. This costed me time and money because of the extra mileage. Second, when I arrived at the facility, there were to trailers blocking access to my unit. When I asked an employee if he could help me move them, he refused at first. I explained that my truck would be blocking the alley and it would be very difficult to move large items out of the unit with those trailers in front. He then asked ME if I would be comfortable lifting and moving them. I told him I could attempt that if he was okay with the liability of me getting injured in the process. He finally agreed to walk out with a tool to move one trailer out of my way. Finally, and most importantly, we discovered our unit had been infested by rats. Some items shredded to pieces and feces and urine everywhere. We will have to have some pieces of furniture cleaned professionally due to health and safety concerns. We are planning a move to Colorado this summer and have decided that Uhaul is no longer a company we want to do business with due to repeating issues. I am hoping that you will take this review seriously and address the staff and cleanliness issues. Please know that your unit has costed us hundreds of dollars in damages.

I don't think that is right

This was the third issue I had with U-Haul while moving this weekend. Eventually the staff ended up giving two months free instead of the 1 month free I received with my truck to help make up the difference. However, we waited over an hour while they were trying to figure out what was available. I ended up in a 10x10x6, which was more expensive and smaller than the 10x8x9 I had reserved. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul in the future.

Nobody answers the phones and the poor staff are always trying to run around to try to keep up with whatever is happening. Consider better pay / incentives to hopefully have better staff morale and better work ethic. I loathe anytime I have to use uhaul because the staff are never on the same page between days or locations. I don't understand why I couldn't finish my rental online or over the phone even though my unit was empty and I had taken the lock.

There should be a number to call or a sign or something to contact whoever is working. I waited over 10 minutes, 4 other customers showed up behind me, one of them left. It took less than a minute for my checkout. If you created an easy checkout online or something that would be good.
