This is my first storage unit experience. My only real problem was at checkout. The only person working was out doing something with propane. There should be a number to call or a sign or something to contact whoever is working. I waited over 10 minutes, 4 other customers showed up behind me, one of them left. It took less than a minute for my checkout. If you created an easy checkout online or something that would be good.
Honestly? Staff is super nice and helpful!
Hands down this was the best storage unit place we have ever used. I will be returning when I need a uhaul or storage
This storage facility is easily accessible and conveniently situated for quick loading and unloading. I Love the keyless security check in and check out. The Attendants where all pleasant to speak with, helpful and knowledgeable.
This UHAUL storage facility is by far the best I’ve experienced in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, and I’ve used 3 other facilities in the area. They are professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every way you can think of. Their supplies are always well stock and their prices are competitive if not better than the other stores that offer moving supplies...HD...I enjoyed doing business with them and would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone! I’ll even stand out front with the sandwich board or flags to tell everyone to come on in!!! Thanks everyone at U-Haul Storage of Hillsboro.

The staff here is amazing! I made a move from another town and the staff made everything smooth, from truck rental to convenient storage options and accessibility The only reason for moving out is that I finally have room in my new place to keep everything here.

The process went very smooth. The Storage unit was clean and ready for move-in. All personnel were helpful and went as quickly as they could to process paperwork and get us started. Very Pleased.

Everything was great, except I was told that the storage closed at 9 and when I arrived with my movers to load the unit up ( at 730 ) they were locking up the big automatic door.

When the uhaul employee was "guiding" me backing my BMW off of a car transport trailer the person called "clear" to back off the trailer. My car was not "clear" causing $1600 in damage

Always very helpful staff. Access only during business hours unless you pay extra is inconvenient. Additional cost to access outside of business hours is excessive.
The floor manager went out of her way to accommodate my special needs, and all of the floor staff were kind to us when we arrived after a long move. Thanks!

Your agents were great but one of your computers, the one I was checked in on, would not work properly...nor did the card swipe verifier at her desk. It took some time to figure that out.

Big mixup over my storage space. Had to pay $32 to store in Hillsboro since I rented it in Beaverton...but it was your agent who got the order wrong,. Not happy,.

We sold our home and rented a storage unit to move our belongings into, then rented a uhaul truck to do the job,. We got our moving supplies in the office. It all couldn't have been any easier.
Clean and secure you didn’t have a smaller unit are I would still be there. The Public Storage I’m now in seems dirty and is in a bad area.
I fee the price is a bit to high! I was able to gat a different storage unit 2x bigger for half the price elsewhere.
