Cleanest truck I have ever rented. At first I thought that I might be the first person to ever use this truck for moving. Great job keeping the truck clean and disinfected. Customer service was exceptional even with the system moving slow. She was able to talk small talk while waiting for the system to move to the next page. Give the manager a raise because she is wonderful.

Storage unit rental was great. Moving out was not a smooth process and the uhaul truck was not ready. When Misty is back from PTO I hope she can make this right for me.

I rented the uhaul truck online for pick up at 8am on Sunday, March 20. The truck was not ready for mobile pickup. I called customer service and they were unable to assist me. My movers and I had to sit and wait for an hour before we could access the truck as the office opened at 9am. I hope the general manager can make this right.

Send an email or phone call to let someone know their pickup time is changing. I got there an hour early because no one notified me of the new pickup time. Slightly aggravating when I could've been at home packing still.

The lady at the front desk was not polite and was questioning my proof. I understand that I did not follow the process that uhaul asked, but the rep did not have to be impolite. I have proof of the time stamp on my photo for the miles the truck was at when I took it from there. If I had to verify the miles per process than I should not have been allowed to drive out. I wish this process could be more foolproof.

I rented a 10x20 storage and got (2) 5x10 and (1) 10x10. I got the square footage, but it was harder to get my furniture in because the doors where smaller and the corridors limited. I was expecting one large 10x20 storage with a garage door. They should have disclosed this difference with me prior. Smaller doors made a bid difference (was harder)

I am a current customer who needed an additional unit. The manager Misty Klein was an awesome help! To get the additional unit was quick and easy and went smoothly. Misty made the experience very easy.

When it comes to the 24/7 pick up i do not recommend at all. I feel they shouldn't let people pick up 24/7 if they cannot get immediate help on site because technology fails daily. My issue was the with app and actual site. I call the main customer service and the service was bad and unhelpful.

Truck we rented worked well for our move in Menomonee Falls from an apartment to a house. Was disappointed that the dolly and furniture movers we had reserved were not available. Lucky we had a couple to borrow from a friend or the move would have been much more difficult.

I picked this place because it has entrances that are covered. If you pick indoor climate controlled, you can get to your stuff at anytime and not have to worry about the weather. Having been in storage many times, I can tell you that this was well worth the price. Everything was great except until they put smelly air fresheners in the outlets during October- that's why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. As someone who greatly dislikes almost all air freshener smells, it was overwhelming when they first put them in. It lessened by the time I left so it wasn't quite so smelly.

Forcing the use of subpar locks that are easily picked or shimed is very concerning regardless of the security measures in place. I find that detestable and forcing a user to waive all rights to seek judgement if your subpar lock is compromised and theft occurs. I find it reprehensible and even question the legality of that.

The unit that I ordered was a 5x10x11 but was given two smaller units, which isn't what I wanted or anticipated and I was not given them option online to change it. Also, the map of the building wasn't very clear.

First, don't change my location without my consent. Second, when I get an email for 845, and the employee isn't even there until 9, you should probably not say 845. Lastly, the employees could show some respect and remember who the customer is.

I was orginally supposed to pick up the truck at another location, but they didn't have it. I was sent to the Pilgrim Rd location where I had no issues.

The location and the employees are very good however, your app is not. It took forever to get a log in since the password is so restrictive. Then you make us take all the pics and you ask so many questions. When returning a vehicle you are dead tired and don't want to jump through so many hoops.

The customer service there is less than average save one person (unfortunately I did not get name) who was helpful. It felt like they thought they were doing me a favor instead of a service. I had a one-way rental that cost over $2800 and feel there should be more friendliness toward the customer.

The front east entry gate is too narrow. The 26' truck I rented barely fit through the gate, and was made more difficult because of the angled entry and other rental trucks parked nearby.

The process takes very long when doing a mobile check out and getting a hold of someone to help is also a very long process which can get very frustrating.

The person at the counter was very helpful but the system had him renter information I had already completed online. Most of the damage on the van was marked with stickers that had “x”s on them except the dent in the passenger side rear fender.

This location, changed my reservation to drop off in the correct city but wrong location and charged me $131 for moving supplies I didn't order. Said they were in a back room being held - the day after I picked up the truck and dropped it off to UHaul...why was nothing said about the supplies when I picked up the truck??

Open the store on time. There was a line of people waiting for trucks and one of them said this location is nortorious for not opening up on time. Employees are always late. If I have a rental at a certain hour I expect someone to be there as it delays the moving process and the people that are helping me to move. I will never use this location again.

The van I rented was immaculately clean inside and out l. It operated perfectly on the highway and residential roads, had great visibility and the back-up camera was a huge help. The entire facility where I picked up and dropped off the van was also meticulously maintained. Misty, the manager, is efficient, helpful, and understanding. I am very impressed with her ability to maintain her fleet and a large storage facility with such attention to cleanliness, functionality and order.

I placed an online order for a 10x10 which was offered on your site for that particular location. Upon my arrival I was given 2 units across from each other App To be equivalent to 10x10 I was expecting to have all of my belongings in one unit as I ordered online however, the agent in the office stated that they had no 10×10 available. This should not have been available online if there was no actual unit available . I was very disappointed considering the process of moving is challenging and frustrating by itself.

This is my second reservation with this uHaul. The first time I didn't have an issue, but this second one was a bit different. After I arrived, I learned that they did not have the furniture dolly that I had reserved over a month ago. The representative said they ran out that morning (so what about the afternoon customers that reserved them?). I also prepaid for a queen mattress protector and never received it when I picked up the uHaul. The representative gave me half a dozen blankets for free, but that was it. If I would have known that they were out of these products (even the one I purchased), I would have made other arrangements. The van was full of fuel, but the inside was not clean nor was the outside. I will likely not be returning to this uHaul... no one wants to purchase a product or rent another and not receive either.

I did get locked inside the facility one time due to not being aware that the security measures changed (needed key card to leave). I was inside for about 1,5 hours on the phone with uhaul security with no call from management or attempt to ease the situation. Other than that it was great.

I booked my uhaul storage unit online. I got an email saying that I can use my passcode to enter the building and no check in is required. Upon trying to enter with my passcode, I was getting access denied. I then went into the office to see why I couldn't access and they informed me that access codes aren't used anymore and instead key cards are used. No where in the email communications I recieved indicated I needed key cards or would need to check into the office first to get my key card. I was able to find my storage unit after that which was helpful with the map. When I got to my storage unit, it had a plastic tag through it saying it was customer ready, but no indication that I should cut the tag off. I just assumed thats what I needed to do and ripped the tag off but I could have done that to any of the other units as well. Once I got into the unit, I didn't have my lock in the unit and had to go back to the office to get the lock. In the end, I was able to get everything I needed but involved two trips to the front office to get something that was different than what the email communication told me and the check in process took longer than anticipated. It would be nice to have the emailed instructions reflect the actual move in process to avoid confusion.

The only concern that I had is the outside door that we were to enter into was very difficult to close tight. I did call the office and she came right away and looked at it and said that it would be fixed. Hopefully when I return the door will be closed tight when I enter.

Very satisfied with the facility, price, office staff and convenience. A problem free experience. If I ever need storage facilities in the future, I would definitely use U-Haul again. I highly recommend it. They are so much better than Public Storage, who increase their rental rates by 30 % frequently, and are not very nice to their customers. U-Haul is a refreshing change from Public Storage.

I can NOT say ENOUGH about how incredibly awesome my experience was with the staff and your facility. Missy is a superior manager who did a phenomenal job of helping me find the right unit for my needs, answer a zillion what if questions ALWAYS with a smile and awesome suggestions! The staff was equally friendly and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend the Meno Falls UHAUL to anyone looking for their storage needs!

Major rodent problem with this storage facility. There was urine and rat droppings on multiple items in my storage locker. I had to spend significant time cleaning and sanitizing items after removing them from storage. Very disappointed in the lack of pest control in this facility.

The only item to mention was the on-line inventory of available units did not match what was actualy available.I reserved a 10 X 10 and had to take a 10 X 15. The person I checked out stated "that happens all the time"!

I was let into the storage facility because my key didn't work with the explanation that by the time i was ready to leave it should be good to use. When i attempted to leave, the facility had closed and my key did not work and no one answered the intercom. I was outside the building but behind the gate with a trailer in tow and was stuck in the storage facility for 1/2 hour. I walked the grounds until i found an open door and manually opened exit overhead doors to gain access to the main entry overhead door and essentially drove out the entrance against traffic flow to get out. Make sure your key works before you enter.

Directions to the storage locker the first time were a bit sketchy. The map does a poor job of describing the facility and thoroughly explaining the layout. Color coding or somehow further describing the facility would go a long way toward making it easier. Beyond that issue, the place appears to be very nice and may even qualify as "Excellent"!

The only thing that is upsetting is that we paid for the month of June but only needed the storage unit for one week that month and there’s no prorated amount or refund.

When moving out I broke glass when I asked the office for a broom and dust pan she said she would bring it to me. A young lady I think her name was Angelina came over and cleaned it up for me. She even took a broken box to the trash for me. Thanks for helping me out. Location is very clean and all the staff are super friendly. Would go back for any future storage needs.

There always seems to be something broken at this facility. Key swipe devices to open gates always seem to be down somewhere on the site. Staff can be stand offish and inconvenienced by a question.

Roof pours water down in front of units, also forms large dangerous icicles. We had to shovel out in front of our unit several times because plowing was terrible. Moved items elsewhere. Staff rude.

Sign-in was very quick, and sign-out quicker. When you have a load to store, you don't want to be held up by paperwork. We had a horrible time moving this summer, but it was made easier with U-haul.
