I completed the paperwork on 6/17/2022. Went to the unit and could not access it. Next day brought my furniture to the unit still could not access. Called to try to see if someone could help and received no help. Called the after hours number and left a message and no reply. Had to make other arrangements for my furniture. I will say they did refund my money without a problem.
