I was told i had poor neighbors when problem was presented. NEVER was i told I had to hang on to this items. I was told i had to call insurance regarding issue which expected me to hold onto all destroyed contents and have them cleaned or refinished after mice were living in them and everything was covered with urine and droppings if i had tje space never would have needed a storage unit common sense let alone the fact a child and someone with breathing problems allergies and heart issues would be using the furniture. Bring the mice living in the sectional to a mouse free house bet they wouldn't to it but expect me to yet every year fees were increased for vermin control. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE OR RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE. But pictures and video have been taken if necessary I will share with others to prevent it ruining 6 month old furniture.

I was so happy to get storage unit near my home

I'm happy now that I have 24-7 access to my unit compared to the building where you can only gain access prior to 10pm. I work 3rd shift so that really doesn't work for me. I was disappointed in the building where it's to be climate controlled and maintained. The roof leaks all over and the smell in there is awful. For the price I was paying, in the end moving in to a bigger unit and also outside where no climate controlled (but no difference then the building) and 24-7 access. The building on 7th really should be shut down and renovated. I am please now with my new unit overall and why I stayed with U-Haul.

Worked great for my needs. Had just moved to the area and needed a place to store things until I could find something more permanent. Site was great and access was still good even with winter weather.

The only thing they should do is have lightning inside storage area. Otherwise everything else was perfect

There were mice in my unit including a dead one! My bill was $54,95 an jacked up to $68 and change within a few months, this place is definitely a rip off!!

The door wouldn't stay up I mentioned it once towards the end of my storage but I would have had to been there for them to fix it also if somebody there's somebody gets out earlier than they are due to they should get a credit since she would be able to turn around and re-rent it right away

I used my access code at the gate and the machine returned: Area Closed. Signs and advertisements said access was 24/7.

Unit Site is a mess, The units in front look great untill you get in row,horrible roads,holes with water everywhere doors don't go up&down easily

Worst customer service of any uhaul location I've ever rented from. I have Been a customer for well over 10 years and this is by far the worst location. I would recommend to all people to rent vehicles at a different location or another company and definitely not to rent from a different storage facility. Specifically the Manager named Jim is the problem.

The road into the facility and all driveways around the storage units are unpaved with deep, large potholes which were filled with water. The front of the storage unit had large pieces of broken glass and big pieces of packaging paper on the ground. The roll-up door would not close as it had been opened forcefully and one end was above the metal movement stop. I was eventually able to close the door but it was difficult without tools. All the other storage businesses I looked at had paved asphalt roads and one had tractor trailer access right to the door of each unit. I am on a waiting list for a space at that facility.

I was never able to speak to a person at this location, I would sit on hold only to have someone from your national number pick up, I would then need to wait for the manager to call me back. The storage facility itself was muddy and full of giant potholes that would freeze over in the winter and cause very slippery conditions both driving and walking. When I went to clean out my unit there was NO gate, the whole facility was wide open, no security what so ever. I would not recommend this particular facility at all.

Only problem I had was call center sold me a 15x10 unit that was climate controlled which I needed When I checked in on site the unit was not climate controlled The team worked out a solution to help Me get my items in two separate units of which were climate controlled ! Thanks team- ps tell call center this location does not have climate control for 10X15 units

I was very unhappy with the fact that every time I tried to get in my code didn’t work I went to the office they said they would take care of it and my whole time I’m having to go in and out of my storage was very unpleasant I couldn’t reach anybody to tell them that my cold wasn’t working I needed to get things and I was unable to do it I was very dissatisfied at the fact that no one helped me I went twice to the office about the pin not working and nothing was done about it and I have a unit for almost 7 months

When i came to retrieve my belongings they were vary dirty dusty an moist mice ate thru cardboard an nested homes in 5 location mice droppings on everything an holes in bags which i believe was mice

My reservation and move in date were for 09/26/2020 when I arrived at your facility to move into my unit, I was told there was no unit available for me, I requested the employee at the counter to call your manager at HOME and find out what was going on, I was told by the manager that my unit (10x10) was left w/garbage and no one at your facility including your manager was not able to clean it (10x10 unit) out and I would have to wait and come back the next day to move into my unit that was reserved and suppose to be ready for me 09/26/2020. I then asked what U-Haul was going to do for me monetarily for the complete incompetence that was my experience with your facility, and the inconvenience that was on me. I was told nothing, I would never recommend your facility @ 325 N 7th Ave in Scranto to anyone. Also while moving in a day late, the drive leading up to my unit was riddled w/pit holds, and broken glass. Your facility in Jacksonville NC, very friendly, however the wipers on my truck were shot and shredding.

The service was great..Navigating the lot with the unit was difficult and very hard to turn around-there should be wider births to turn aroun or lot should loop around. Also guys driving 4 wheeler rv at high speed inside the compound..thats dangerous,also small child riding..not to mention an accident could occur! Poor judgement on part of fellow unit renter!

Outdated key pad access going in, which meant I had to get out of my car every time I wanted access unlike other storage facilities where they all had card access you could reach sitting from your car. Entrance was destroyed and unpaved, and speed bump was high enough to bang the underneath of my car or motorcycle every time in or out.

Jim, the store manager was so very patient with me and explained everything to me. I am currently separated from my husband of 51 years and Jim showed so much compassion as I was very upset. All your employees hopefully follow Jim as an example of how customer service should be.
