Very accommodating and the reservation process was quick and seemless.
Ciarra KTom, Debbe, Liann are the best when it comes to helping you with trucks storage, etc. I have moved numerous times in the past five months and they are the only people that I will deal with in the area. They have the best customer service of anybody that I have dealt with here in the Springhill area.. I give them a five star rating!

Uhaul App is absolute crap for self check in had to wait 15 min to only be transferred waiting another 15 min for app support. U hauls only saving grace was the lady for support with app was very patient and kind. Her name was A Lindsey Thanks So Much for being patient and talking me through the process.

terryl f | Premières impressionsAlthough my rental of the truck and the storage had some hiccups, everything works out well I rented my truck when I rented my truck I had to go to a different location to get it cuz they didn't have it where they said they were and when I got to my unit I did not have an access code for the building which I had asked for a 24-hour access which delayed me by a half a day while on the phone with one of the storage Representatives I had expressed that wanted the insurance a 24-hour access cuz I would be coming in late was 6:00 Sunday morning to find out that we needed a gate code and a building code. Didn't have the building code but had the gate code. Had to wait until I can get a hold of management at this facility which took almost 3 hours. Then I was forced to unload in the rain facility manager was very understanding and apologetic about the situation despite not having the 20-ft room that I ordered. They put me in two 10x10s for the same" as for the staff were very pleasant and understanding. Thank you, Herbert Nasert

Mark S | Expérience généraleI was visiting in Spring Hill Florida and needed a van to pick up a piece of furniture. I looked up uHaul to see that they had several locations near me. I called the one closest to me and when someone answer, I asked if they were at a call center. She said yes. To note all the persons that I spoke at the call center were very good and helpful. The first call took my information and sent the app to me. She arranged that I pick up the vehicle at a Uhaul location near me. The app did not work everytime that I used it. So I am ruling out user error. The information that I added did not keep. I went to the location to pick up the vehicle at the appropriate time. No one was at the location. I called the customer service number and was told that your system information did not have that this was a vacant location and not set up for picking up a vehicle by the customer. I was informed that someone would be there in fifteen minutes. I was given a new link by the customer service person to set up my vehicle rental with my personal information. This link did work. During the time I waited, I was able to input my information. A person did arrive about 25 minutes later. A little late. I did expect this. He apologized. He then had to take all my personal information again since the app did not work. So one hour and fifteen minutes after my supposed time to pick up the vehicle I was given the keys to the van. I was able to get what I needed. When I went to return the van, I was told to use the app to check the vehicle out. The app did not work. I needed to make a call to customer service who helped me check out. This person was very good as well. Will I use uHaul in the future, probably not. If you are going to rent vehicles without humans, Your app, your system needs major work.

Then I received an email from u-haul corp letting me know that I needed to pay, Date: 3/19/2023 PRE-LIEN NOTICE Dear john carr, Your rent payment is now 15 days past due. An additional $15 pre-lien fee has been charged. We hereby make immediate demand for full payment in the amount of $913.33. If full payment is not received within 15 days, your right to use storage room 112 shall be terminated, a $50 lien processing fee will be assessed, and a contractual landlord`s lien and any applicable statutory liens will be imposed on the personal property contained within the room. If you have not already sent payment, please send your check today or go to uhaul.com/signin/ to remit payment and resolve this matter. Had to go to another uhaul location to check in then back to this one on Mariner to get key and truck. Wasted a whole hour. Representative that assisted in other location on Cortez was amazing and saved the day. Will never try U-Hauls automated check in again. Heard this check in error happens a lot
Flor IBecause of the recent freezing temperatures, the spiders that lived in the key lock boxes were all dead. My truck rental via mobile device was a very smooth and easy process.

Luz ROn hold for 30 minutes trying to leave the storage facility. I was told my code was 8688416 and it did not work. I was trapped inside the gated area, until the emergency number on the key pad sent a text message with a different code. Then the checkout link did not work.

Truck was not cleaned until after opening. Reservation was booked for 4 hours, we lost an hour due to opening and cleaning, but was still told to return due to future reservations at the requested drop off time, giving us only 3 hours.

alan f | Expérience généraleI am 7 months pregnant high risk. I received a truck with the fuel light on. Prepaid for milage AND put fuel into the truck. I hired moving help and was charged $30 to extend to wait for movers who were not even in the area. Because of this I had to keep all my belongings in overnight. A second mover was hired and given the incorrect information so I had to start to unload the truck myself and call into work late. I was told yesterday to contact a Mr T with no contact information on how to do so. This was a very disappointing experience.

I received a notice from them that they was checking units and found my unit unsecured. I drove back to fix it and they made sure nobody else would get into it until I got there.
DANIEL L | Expérience généraleWhen I reserved the truck & saw it was a 24/7 pick up and you needed a smart phone (which we don't have) I contacted Uhaul to have it changed to an office pick up and she said it was all set but there is no office at that location. It took my husband an hour to get the truck having to go to the Cortez Blvd office for a code to get the key for the truck. We were on the phone for an hour trying to complete the pick up. Poor customer service.

Mindy H | Expérience généraleWhy do you need the secondary verifcation? with the gold star on your license you have to provide all 4 of those things to the DMV to get a license.All you should need is a valid credit card. It is a pain to be out side in the sun and you cant see the screen on the phone to complete the many steps you ask for.
Randy PI have rented many times from Uhaul..long distance and local. I reserved online for a van from this location, using the 24/7 pickup option. It was user friendly...the van was there, and there was plenty of space for me to leave my car for the time I needed the van. I will use this location for any future needs!
Anthony vI'd warn them about the brakes. They are pretty loud. I don't think there's any issue with them, it's just that you can hear them a lot louder than if you were in a car.
Diane MI did have some problems with the gate code the manager at that site never answer the phone and she did not ever return my call to make sure that I was able to get in the access code I actually had to call I did leave the manager of voicemail like she recommended and again she never returned my call

The GM was emailing me at midnight, and I was very appreciative that someone was available online. We still couldn't get it resolved until morning. It was frustrating, but she was very helpful and made a credit adjustment to my final bill without my asking which was was really nice. Problems aside I would still recommend UHaul and this location.

My code doesn't work, can't get help because nobody is there when I get off work. Can only get someone on the 800 # which is no help to me. They only call the local office & give the info. Not happy

The only issue is the gate entrance the location of the keypad is not accessible it should be moved or there should be remote access. We had to get out of the car many times because it was easier . For that reason only we would not rent a unit there again. Next time I need a unit I would see if it was repaired if not I would go elsewhere. Also I could not recommend that facility to friends or anyone who asks. If it gets repaired or replaced please email me and I would certainly come back.

I called and was instructed to download the app and it should tell me how to proceed however It couldn't find my reservation. I called cust service and she changed reservation time but I still couldn't find it so went back to store next day and the guy was there but it took forever to rent a uhaul as he didn't know how to run my credit card through and kept hitting buttons. I had to extend rental due to problems with new place as it wasn't ready when it should have been but I received calls from that guy at the uhaul place saying if I don't return truck he would report it stolen. Terrible cust service. I had uhaul for 9 days and upon return he was rude n made me feel like I was trying to steal the uhaul truck. Told me to get out as he had to check everything then after I explain ed that uhaul charged over $300 That morning, he Insisted that they did not as if I were lying. A stressful move and he made it more stressful.

barry pI took the UHAUL to 111 Peach Tree Spring Hill Mini Storage per the text I received from UHAUL. The UHAUL employee there was rude and told me he would not take the truck and did not have room for it on his lot. I then called 1800GOUHAUL and was sent to two other addresses to turn the truck in. This took two hours. Terrible experience. UHAUL needs to do a better job with coordinating Owners that will accept UHAUL truck. This was a bad move for me. Not what I would have expected from UHAUL....

Joseph iLOTS of problems with COMPUTER and verifing credit card. Mileage previously taken incorrect which caused another computer problem. Mr. T and Marie worked very hard to correct problems. Very patient and dedicated personnel. Would definitely use them again.

Once we started the process we were told they needed to call someone to confirm my identity even though i had my credit card and ID with me. The owner was toooo picky and difficult. Not using this location again even though it is 5 minutes from my house.

Antoinette SHaving used UHaul for an interstate move and being satisfied, this was the worst experience renting anything. After making a reservation online for a 4 hour in town rental of a van, I was coerced in taking their CDW. Accepting the CDW was mandatory I was told or I could try other rental places. It took 45 minutes at the counter on Labor Day to finally get the van. No other customers in sight, no phones ringing nor any other distractions. Absolutely ridiculous! I am not faulting the agent but the inadequate IT system, the coercive and possibly illegal local tactics to extract additional money from customers. It's not about the $10 but the principle.
