Why do you need the secondary verifcation? with the gold star on your license you have to provide all 4 of those things to the DMV to get a license.All you should need is a valid credit card. It is a pain to be out side in the sun and you cant see the screen on the phone to complete the many steps you ask for.Randy P.
I have rented many times from Uhaul..long distance and local. I reserved online for a van from this location, using the 24/7 pickup option. It was user friendly...the van was there, and there was plenty of space for me to leave my car for the time I needed the van. I will use this location for any future needs!Anthony V.
I'd warn them about the brakes. They are pretty loud. I don't think there's any issue with them, it's just that you can hear them a lot louder than if you were in a car.Diane M.

Passcode never worked from day one & nobody could fix it. Gate on facility has been opened for over a month, anyone could walk in. Tractor trailers & cars with flat tires parked in the supposedly secure area all the time. No one ever in that office, I had to go to another office to close my unit after the 800 number told me the office was open, just a mess from day one!Paula S. | Expérience générale

The girl in the office was called to another store so she was not add location upon my arrival. I contacted her at the number posted on the door and she got all my paperwork over the phone. Tried to upload a photo of additional damages and could not get the online app to work. Also ran into major issues accessing the UHaul storage facility. The GM was emailing me at midnight, and I was very appreciative that someone was available online. We still couldn't get it resolved until morning. It was frustrating, but she was very helpful and made a credit adjustment to my final bill without my asking which was was really nice. Problems aside I would still recommend UHaul and this location.Jennifer W.

The location of the rental office has convenient hours, but the office location of my physical storage room is rarely open. My code doesn't work, can't get help because nobody is there when I get off work. Can only get someone on the 800 # which is no help to me. They only call the local office & give the info. The order was not fulfilled. Leaving off the blankets and Dolly's. After waiting for an additional hour, was directed to parent location for supplies. Would recommend just contracting at the full service location to start with.David C.

The location was not open except for a few days a week. I made a reservation but when I got there he message on door said to call if need help. I called and was instructed to download the app and it should tell me how to proceed however It couldn't find my reservation. I called cust service and she changed reservation time but I still couldn't find it so went back to store next day and the guy was there but it took forever to rent a uhaul as he didn't know how to run my credit card through and kept hitting buttons. I had to extend rental due to problems with new place as it wasn't ready when it should have been but I received calls from that guy at the uhaul place saying if I don't return truck he would report it stolen. Terrible cust service. I had uhaul for 9 days and upon return he was rude n made me feel like I was trying to steal the uhaul truck. Told me to get out as he had to check everything then after I explain ed that uhaul charged over 300 $That morning, he Insisted that they did not as if I were lying. I took the UHAUL to 111 Peach Tree Spring Hill Mini Storage per the text I received from UHAUL. The UHAUL employee there was rude and told me he would not take the truck and did not have room for it on his lot. I then called 1800GOUHAUL and was sent to two other addresses to turn the truck in. This took two hours. Terrible experience. UHAUL needs to do a better job with coordinating Owners that will accept UHAUL truck. This was a bad move for me. Not what I would have expected from UHAUL....Owen L.

LOTS of problems with COMPUTER and verifing credit card. Mileage previously taken incorrect which caused another computer problem. Mr. T and Marie worked very hard to correct problems. Very patient and dedicated personnel. Would definitely use them again.Richard C.

Waited 25+ minutes for someone to come to the counter. Once we started the process we were told they needed to call someone to confirm my identity even though i had my credit card and ID with me. Having used UHaul for an interstate move and being satisfied, this was the worst experience renting anything. After making a reservation online for a 4 hour in town rental of a van, I was coerced in taking their CDW. Accepting the CDW was mandatory I was told or I could try other rental places. It took 45 minutes at the counter on Labor Day to finally get the van. No other customers in sight, no phones ringing nor any other distractions. Absolutely ridiculous! I am not faulting the agent but the inadequate IT system, the coercive and possibly illegal local tactics to extract additional money from customers. It's not about the 10,00 $ but the principle.Jurgen S.

They tried to rip me off on the fuel, I filled the tank up across the street before I dropped the truck off and they still charged me for fuel. Good thing I had a picture proving where the gauge was when I dropped off the keys. When I called about it and sent them the picture she accused me of taking the picture at an angle to give the illusion that the tank was full !!! The tank was full and the picture was head on, not at an angle. Marie is very rude and has horrible customer service. I have rented truck from several locations and never had any issues but I will not be using them ever again!Makendra S.

I would have to say that for the first time in many many years my experience with U-Haul was very sad and poor. I believe that I was misled I was not able to get the U-Haul that I wanted so I got the cargo van. I was informed that it would fit three of my items that I needed to haul. It did not could barely get the bed in and I ended up losing my dresser because it would not fit in the van it is not the size that they actually tell you.Vicki N.
