Love the 24-hour access. Hate that the team at the local rental facility can not check tenants out and that the online process is just an initial notice, despite the photos taken and shared. No contact is a big plus.

Parking lot at store was pretty congested. Pulled off to the side with my work truck. (Ram 5500 mechanic truck). Walk into store. Get an attitude, before they can help me I have to move truck. Parking around other side of building. Go outside, trailers in way etc. pull up in tight spot in front of building. Then it seemed like a bother for the two guys working. The girl was busy doing he stuff. ( No issue with her). Had reservation for storage unit. Pay , get paperwork and leave. Go to unit, open door see oil stains all over floor. ( not a big deal but). Take pictures, return to store. Same 2 guys. Explain that there is oil stains on floor. Well that all we have. Said I don't necessarily have an issue with it and just wanted it noted that is was there prior to my use. Said they would not that on rental. Not sure if they actually did.

The manager in wilkes-barre Ashley, went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had She really did more than she had to. A real asset to your business. I will be recommending this location to anyone who will listen . 5STARS!!!!

Alicia at U-Haul on Mundy street in Wilkes barre was great! I psyched myself out all night about the issues I might have changing the size of my U-Haul but she made it simple! I got to the facility in the middle of the night to find that the unit I reserved was too small, so I had to leave my things in the truck over night. When I got to the facility the next day she already had the new, bigger unit ready! Moving is stressful, it's nice to know the employees at this location won't make it worse!

I emptied my Uhaul because something occurred , but wasn't informed of an issue. I went to my Uhaul to get a chair and found a new lock on the unit. I immediately we t to the office to ask what happened . After waiting a god 20 minutes I was told during a safety check there was no lock on my unit. I was never called and was told they didn't need to tell me. When i got the new keys to the lock that was placed, we immediately went to the unit. The contents of the unit were toppled over, wet, with broken pictures that were packed. After going through the content if the unit it appeared nothing was taken. I was told if i had insurance i could make a claim. Being upset with the situation, and no other explanation i emptied my uhaul. I was very upset that i wasn't notified of the issue - a courtesy cal would have been nice and better for customer service. I will not use or recommend Uhaul in the future.

Will not be moving in until the beginning of April. Ashley was awesome and helpful. Really made us feel appreciated. Great customer service!!!! Since we are living in Pittsburgh we have not seen the unit but did want to complete survey because of Ashley.

The light did not work in our unit and you could not open the door of the unit with one person. You needed two people on both sides because it stuck. It made it difficult to go alone and handle the storage unit.

The unit was a nice size but it has not the best it looks as if mice are able to get in will be calling it should get fixed hopefully I won’t get mice….

I enjoyed using your facilities even though I the results did not work out with me losing my belongings. I tried to get the money but was to late. I would tell people not to rent a unit if they are moving out of state and can't depend on other people to get your belongings. I am unable to contact you by phone but will contact you soon

The lady that maintains the property it was there a John Heinz Blvd one it’s very very nice extremely helpful and courteous he served employee of the month award gentlemen that rental unit at John Ooo in on Mundy st Wb pa is also very nice he help me out a lot no no units available anywhere and he manage to find me one do you have a The best employees eland the bestt Facilities I would recommend you anytime anyone thank you so much for your help if I make any units available for vevo plus your price cheaper than it brothers Only The only thing I didn’t like about company what is your customer service number I had called because when your vehicles were at a hotel and they drove the truck till the tires were completely gone they were on rims I called twice they hooked me up with him roadside assistance would you never answer the phone by time I get to touch your truck was gone scrapped I feel that well you should’ve taken down all information not switch me over someone else that truck has use a lot of lotta money I wish I could’ve been more of Well he was recovering that vehicle I can still give your name to German still at the hotel

The only problem I had was my unit was broken into and I lost alot of item's and I wasn't informed from management that it was broken into. I found out 2 weeks later when I went up to get something from my unit and the door was damaged and my unit was open and anyone could have taken the rest of my item's or my item's could have got damaged die to weather. Other than that I was satisfied with my unit and staff.

Great staff at the Uhaul in Wilkes-Barre on Mundy St. Very friendly and courteous, they went the literal extra mile for me. I will definitely use rheir service again if I ever have to in the Wilkes-Barre area.

The facility had rust and cracks in the structure that allowed the environmental elements to seep in. When we intially opened it dust and dirt and spiders were present. This also allowed insects to infiltrate my property which required extermination.

I went to use the bathroom and someone wiped fecal matter all over the walls. I know you guys did not do that but that was a major turn off. The people at the uhaul office are really nice and friendly.. I would say rent storage from u haul it's a good move... thank u

I had my storage unit for 9 years and never had an issue. Staff always helpful and never an issue with the unit itself. Great job!

Security is great have storage unit off of monday street . Staff very nice always pay my unit 2 months a head of time.

You crazy if I would recommend this to any other person that I know, my storage unit was broken in not once but twice. After the first of it being broken into I was advice to purchase a lock from the company only to have my unit broken it to again for a second time. I find it hard to believe my storage was so easily broken into when it's the first set of units when you come into the site. I find it really odd that the cameras didn't show someone near the storage unit even though the cameras are positioned close enough to my unit to see if a truck pull up but they're claiming that they were unable to verify, sounds like an inside job to me either way you will never get my business ever again anyone I know never be recommended to this place.

I have used your storage unit and rental trucks several times since moving here to PA from Alaska. Everyone was always helpful and efficient. Uhaul will always be my go to if I need help with rentals again. Merci

I was supposed to get our first month with the storage unit free because we rented a uhaul that same day. Every time I call I get put on hold for a very long time so I have to hang up

i rented a space to store my RV. there are NO cameras watching the rv's. the only thing NOT in lockers..no way.. i month and done...

Staff were very professional and knew what they were doing. Especially since I had to scramble from a 10*20 unit to 2 units size 10*30. Ashley was great and so we're the others at the end before close

My particular unit door looks as if someone previously tried to break in. Handles and door bint and difficult to initially open. Can't understand why that wasnt fixed prior to renting.

Over the past couple years that we had the unit we had numerous billing issues that were always on uhauls end, staff was rude at times and clueless.

It started out rough but as soon as we caught the problems The staff in W-B made it right and when the tornado hit W-B staff let me know the next day my locker didn't get damaged. Thank you all Pete

My first time renting a storage space, the WB team made it painless. I reserved online and was able to pay at the mundy st office. Staff was polite, professional & answered all my questions.

Manager was hard to get in touch with. Had difficult time with payments at one point and manager couldn't care less. Would not make payment arrangements. Will not recommend u haul for storage.
