Woman that owned the place can out quickly came to look at the vehicle. I asked for an email or text confirmation to show that I dropped off the vehicle and that the transaction was completed. She says that her phone is charging and that she is running 2 different businesses and that she'll send it later. I call the Uhaul customer service and they tell me that if I don't receive the text or email from her confirming the drop off, they one to me immediately. I ate lunch with my parents and this drop off location was on my way to my parents house. I stopped back off there to ask if she can send me confirmation text or email that I dropped the 10 feet van at her place. She comes out really upset and saying that i'm harassing her. How am I harrassing her for asking her to provide a confirmation text or email. She walked over to the vehicle sat in the driver seat and then I called the U-Haul customer service number I cannot reach anyone but kept trying to call the service number 10 minutes later I finally received that confirmation text from U-Haul saying that I drop the vehicle off. This woman was incredibly rude and kept on saying that she runs 2 businesses if this is one of her businesses this woman should treat her customer just like she's trying to do the best she can to run those businesses instead of making excuses and not being professional enough to have all of her phones charged so she could send out the proper notices to her customers to run her business well I would not recommend this location drop off it seems like this woman doesn't have any time for anybody except herself

I rented the trailer on Saturday and dropped it off on Sunday on Wednesday I got an email that the trailer was late being turned in. I had to be on hold with UHaul for an extended period to get this straightened out because the business had not signed the trailer back in.

This is a VERY sketchy place. There are huge guard dogs on the property. Run down trailer houses by the uhaul drop area. There's no directions as to where you should park.

The mobile pickup was a disaster. The UHAUL agent I was online chatting with was NOT helpful at ALL. Once the Uhaul location opened, the staff helped me and they took care of me how the online mobile pickup agent SHOULD'VE helped me. I can't say enough good things about the Uhaul location staff. She saved me as a customer for sure, and she was very helpful. The online experience was awful. If Uhaul needs more documentation or contacts than just me and my Driver's License, then they need to tell me that before move-in day aka the most stressful day of my year. Uhaul online experience exponentially increased my stress level and I'm just glad that the actual Uhaul location was opening soon after my mobile pickup time, otherwise my whole move would've been thrown off.

have a location that answers the phone and when they text you they are busy and will call you back to actually do so. also have the equipment requested in order or notify the customer it's not available prior to pu. you know common courtesy. i ordered 10 blankets for my move to protect my goods when i pu the truck was told then no blankets available and go somewhere else to get them. needless to say the movers i hired were already to go and i had zero time to chase down blankets. So many of my wood furniture got nicked and scratched because i had nothing to protect them. i am 66 yrs old and have moved more than 20 times in my life and have always uses u haul. never again and would try to dissuade anyone i meet from using your company. fyi truck was filthy inside and back ramp was not working so when i called dealer she said her husband had not tighten two bolts above ramp so had to lift up piece which was blocking access to use. gotta love the customer service.

The owner was did not open on time, she said she had to take her daughter to work, thought that was odd for running a business and was not there when we returned the equipment, said she had to go to the store. very odd for running a business.

Previous renter trashed the Uhaul, but Unbounded Enterprises manager promptly cleaned the truck once she opened the gate of the truck. Very friendly and highly recommend.

Jennifer was very helpful. When I returned the truck they wanted to charge me $140 for gas fill up but when I showed her the picture of when I first got the vehicle she did some digging and figured out that the milage wasn't correct. She got the problem fixed and taken care of

Please have a larger sign where the entrance is since this is just off the bridge. Also have no equipment near the road, as it was difficult to navigate a large truck without hitting it.

When we came on site, there was no one there to meet us. No one was in the office. Then we called and the person that answered the phone could obviously see us but did not want to come and help us. This was on a Monday about 10 am. It was very convenient to be able to just drop off the truck and leave though. The site was very small and very little room for turning around.

Your system is completely unnecessary for the consumer!!! I called no one answered!!! Ever!!! No one acknowledged my chat for help!!! Ever!!! Finally later when I did get someone when we finally got thru to get the key the lock would not open!!!! Really y haul!!!! So then thus person routed us to a different location that was open to pick up a truck we waited and waited!!! And waited some more!!!!!!! Really!! We wasted 4 hours to pick up a truck!!! Your system is broke!!! Please take note where we got the truck I failed to get her name was great! However, she was only one person to help many. Sooo disorganized you are UHAUL. !!!!!!! The person responsible for this location was very helpful, respectful and appreciated my business. My overall complaint is that the UHaul app doesn't allow me to advance my closeout unless I share my location on my phone. I do not allow this for privacy reasons and wasn't able to complete the transaction UNLESS I did so. There is no option to continue otherwise. You already penalize me if I am in the wrong location (rightfully so), but forcing me to accept technology I am not comfortable with using is a bit too far. Otherwise, the rental went fine. Merci.

The owner of the company came out to see if we needed help with anything. Very friendly and supportive. I WOULD always rent a truck from them when needed. Very convenient to get the equipment too.

When dropping the haul truck off. Charged $39,2 for fuel even after filling the tank 2 blocks from the drop off location. Very disappointing as this was first time using u haul

I own a moving company and need last minute equipment often to accommodate those that count on me and to date I have NEVER had anything but the VERY BEST SERVICE from this facility and have actually detoured ALL IF MY NEEDS to the husband and wife local owned location for not only their personal beliefs and over all kindness but their ability to go above and beyond the National services or the storage faculty located on highway 287 that never proved to be honest and trustworthy .... I cannot say enough good things about them and refer everyone I know to this specific location on business north 287 as hey are NOT one in the same .... You will not find better people or better service that I promise you !!!!!

I returned my trailer an 4/18. No one was present and the online check-in was not working. I called on 4/19 and was told the system was still down but that there wouldn't be a problem. Now I have additional charges for a late return. This is completely unacceptable.

The lady called us and was extremely rude to us about where we parked the trailer. We did not block the entrance and the lot was so crammed with trailers and trucks that we could barely get our truck in and out, so we didn't have a choice but to park it where we did. We even offered to drive back and move it.. She was extremely unprofessional and I've never had a person from a business speak to me so rudely.

-I understand that it was out of precaution regarding COVID and the employee not feeling well but closing the place with no warning made it much more difficult for us to return our uhaul. I obv don't want anyone to be exposed to COVID and I appreciate the caution but the situation could've been handled differently and still followed CDC guidelines
