The pick up experience was atrocious, not to mention having to drive in snow and freezing wind, but the fact that we had to drive over an hour out of our way simply to pick up our uhaul and drive back was such a major inconvenience. I am ashamed that we weren't informed that our city wouldn't have our truck in the time frame it promised in our town and had the audacity to let us know the day before we had to pack and move. It's not like we had a small trip, we relied on uhaul to deliver a seamless experience considering we spent over ONE THOUDAND dollars on the truck. The least the rep could have down was to offer to reimburse our gas for both vehicles or maybe uhaul could have sent a rep to drop it off in our town. There were so many different possibilities to explore but uhaul didn't care.

Pearl WVery slow with the computer and registration. I asked for a copy of the contract and they said it would take at least 15 more minutes. Very unprofessional. Manager had to finish contract.
