The uhaul had items in it. We helped unload to try and speed up the reservation time since we only had so much time reserved to drop off at our storage unit. The self check in wasn't working so had to be on the phone with someone for 30 minutes. No dolly even though I had included that in the reservation. The guy on-site thought the truck needed to be serviced but the guy on the phone said it was fine. Something definitely seemed wrong with it while driving and we had a hard time getting it to start. In the end it got the job done and both people were helpful but was sort of a mess.

Location was a community center that had an event. It was a little difficult to get in and out. The vehicle was in very good condition but had very little gas. It was on E. I had to immediately go to a station and was concerned it would run out of gas. The fact it wasn't a uhaul facility caused some uneasiness. This was also not the location I booked the reservation at. It was changed the day before I was to pick it up. I was given an extra day though.

Nothing that I can see, the management and employees are very helpful and polite and friendly and respectful to their clients, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
