I have been to this location twice in the last 3 months. She is very nice, well maintained. punctual. However, UHAUL has been down both times and have not been able to rent at the time anticipated. The first time when the system, UHAUL, was down 45 minutes. This time it was over an hour. I called tried to give a credit card and license and that didn't work. I was told I had to wait. Honestly, it has been a pain. I recommend the person renting from, but not UHAUL.

Ms. Terrie was very knowledgeable about equipment and very nice. The truck was clean and ready for pickup. An very easy-to-use. The business is in a very good location. Will recommend the service provided, I will also be returning again 

I would love to see some U-Haul Trucks and Cargo Vans at this location. For anyone local in the area that may need a U-Haul Truck or Van can't do so cause there aren't any way this location which miss leads to false advertising!

Nothing service and time spent to get the rental ready to roll for me was great I highly recommend this location. I do request that there should be more options for moving trucks and cargo vans

The computer was very slow which led to an incredibly long wait time while picking up the equipment. Also, this location did not have the moving blankets we reserved. So, I then had to call several other uhaul locations to find the necessary moving blankets.

The lady inside is very friendly and understanding. She is quick and knowledgeable about the whole process of renting trailers, 10/10 recommend!

This was the right place for us to get a U-Haul. The area was easy to find, well lighting when returning the truck. Clean and easy to drive. The service was excellent and very helpful with all the questions. We are so happy the U-Haul business is available for us and a convenient location, where we don't have to travel so far to get what we need. Thank you so much. I don't think I have any suggestions for improvement we are completely satisfied. Thanks

Provide an animal free environment to conduct business. Conducting business in fear of dog is not comforting nor is that environment business like. People say their dogs don't bite. I never trust a dog that growls at me. The business owner was very helpful and nice. Lose the dog in your business

Owner was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONALLY HANDLED MY TRANSACTION.! MRS.TERRIE IS THE BOMB!!! VERY PLEASANT ATTITUDE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL! WILL USE HER AGAIN AND IF ANYONE SAYS DIFFERENTLY......THEY ARE LYING!????

I haul changed my pickup location the day of the pickup; when we arrived their system went down; the new pickup location added extra miles than the original pickup location. I'll think twice about renting from I haul again; I was not satisfied.
