The process to obtain the keys to the truck were not convenient and very time consuming. The cab of the truck was also very dirty!!Alexis T.
We did not realize this location was only open until noon. We got there at 2ish to drop off and no one was there to help get trailer off hitch. This one did not have a crank to move it up and down so me and my boyfriend had to lift it off our self. And took forever. We had given up at one point and didn't kno what to do. Thankfully I had a small car Jack in my car and was able to get it off. We were really disappointed there was no help nor any drop off info given at pick up.Elizabeth R.

2 blown tires requiring roadside assistance; passenger rear blew first 15 miles fro our starting point and was shredded; this added 2 hours to our trip; tire guy said the tires were overinflated and he checked and corrected them all; then the front driver's side blew on the highway miles between exits and we waited forever for roadside assistance on a shoulder in a somewhat dangerous spot.; added 4 hours to the trip; an 11 hour and fifteen minute trip took 19 hours and was totally unpleasantRICHARD R.

The male at the front was very rude. Would barely let me speak. Did not make me feel welcome. When I went to go back inside to ask for a confirmation of drop off, he met me at the door. I didn't even step foot inside. He cracked the door and handed me the confirmation through the crack of the door, said here you go and shut the door on me. 10/10 do not recommend this guy or drop off location unless you want a bad experience.JESSICA ANN F.

For the mobile pickup option, the verification process needs to take place *before* you come to pick up the vehicle. Process was slow and aggravating on cell service and waiting for agent to verify was ridiculous slow. That whole process took over 30 min and that sucks esp when you're standing in a hot parking lot!Kristofer K.

Location was an hour out of my way, I reserved at my location 3 weeks in advance, just to have to drive an hour to get the truck and an hour back to my apartment to move. Plus spent over an hour trying to pick up the truck and uhaul app was not working correctly. Spent 35 minutes on the phone trying to get help. I made a reservation on June 17th (confirmation # 28322115) for a pick up in Hickory NC. While on my way to pick up the vehicle (2 hours in to a 4 hour trip) I received a call informing me that my truck was not available and I would need to pickup the vehicle at an alternate location. This alternate location added mileage to my original plan. To my unbelief I was charged an additional fee on return for being over the mileage.James M.

Was charged 26 bucks for gas for less than an 1/8th tank of fuel. I have pics of fuel guage when I got it and when I returned it. I brought it back with less than a 1/16th lower.For such a large company thats pretty low down??? Esp since I was inconvenienced when I picked it up. Whatever!ANDREW D.

We were over charged, and vehicle was not cleaned, not to mention we got sick hours after using the vehicle.CHRISTOPHER V.
The van we rented was muddy inside and out, not cleaned at all. The dash wasn't wiped down, it had human hair and what we assume was smoke haze on all the gauges and inside windows. The seats were completely covered in pet hair, top to bottom. It filled an entire lint roller. The side door wouldn't open, and wasn't closed all the way so air noise was an issue the whole trip. They gave the van to us with the CHANGE OIL indicator on, AND a tire pressure warning that they told us to ignore and to "drive in manual/low gear the whole way to avoid blowing a tire" The gentleman behind the counter was cursing up a storm about another employee who quoted us one price, that he didn't want to honor, and so then they charged us another price entirely. He was sexist towards women (his attitude changed immediately when speaking to a man) Very dissatisfied,, would not wish this customer experience upon my enemy. To Improve: Sexism training. Clean the vehicles. Repair the vehicles. Train the employees to quote proper prices and to not take a "2 hour lunch" to avoid having to honor that price in person.Carolyn D.

The trailer I rented did not have a tongue jack. I was not able to lift the tongue to remove the trailer and I have a very bad back. You need to weld tongue jacks on your heavy trailers and equipment before someone gets hurt and you get sued. ThanksDennis K.

My name is Ella Tamalavicz. I reserved, and rented, the 15' truck for moving on Saturday, September 5, 2020. I was quoted and understood I was paying approximately $40. Twenty-nine for rental plus $10. appliance dolly. I rejected the additional insurance coverage. Today, I found your company charged me $114.!!! Fraudulent! I contacted my bank. The truck was returned filled with gas, and in excellent condition. It was driven less than 12 miles total. Corey Brooks was the chosen driver. The person before me left wrappers, cigarette buds & trash in the back of the uhaul. The front had like drink spill stains all over the doors & cup holders. Online only let me upload one picture to show the mess before I rented the truck so I also had to clean it out from someone else's mess before returning the truck because I didn't want blame for it.
