United Motorsports was friendly and made it a very easy transaction. My problem is with the website. It lead me to believe that the vehicle I requested, a cargo van, could be available at this location, but after completing the online purchase I received a call from a representative informing me that vehicle is only available in Beaumont or Redlands 10-12 miles away respectively.

Send the truck to a mechanic to get an overhaul. Gas mileage was extremely low and the motor ran really bad. No reason for that if the units are supposed to be maintained at all times

EDWARD BThey said I should have already paid that they dont collect money. He ended up on figure out how to take payment. I went online to sign out truck. Got to where I had to add some picture to damage that was not mark and it just started spinning and would not let me complete the pickup. I finally just left. Try again when I got home and it said I had to complete before leaving? I order truck in one spot then was changed pickup location couple other times. Was not a big deal because it stayed in the town I lived in.

RICHARD TThe site was disorganized, and the equipment was not ready. I had reserved 2 dozen pads, and they only had 6 on site. The floor of the truck was dirty from debris of someone who carried tile and concrete mix. I washed it two times, and it was still unacceptable by my standards, especially since I was hauling household furnishings. This is the third time in a row that the site did not have the equipment that I reserved and required for my move. U-Haul needs a better maintenance system for tracking such matters and ensuring the sites have what customers need and expect.

Andrea KI have used Uhaul services over the years but am highly disappointed with my recent rental. 1) I booked my reservation online, only to have to go through the whole process again at the rental facility! 2) I opted for the 24/7 option so I would not have to deal with wait and hassle of the counter experience. I was not able to use this feature the day of pick up! 3) I opted for the optional insurance coverage @ $14 but I am being charged $28 on my final receipt! 4) I have tried unsuccessfully to reach out to customer service via phone calls and chat and have been ignored on several occasions! It's a good thing I have other options for truck rental companies!
Gil MNot very friendly. The location was hard to find and the employee seems bothered when I called for directions. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desks and I had to hunt for him. The truck smelled like cigarettes and I am allergic. It wasn't until I was about to leave that I didn't feel annoyance from the employee. Overall I was very uncomfortable and I would not book or recommend that place to anyone.
Angelisha JWe did not get an appliance dollie but paid for it and had to find another last minute because we could not move without it. It held us up two hours. The blankets online imply that you pay for them by the dozen , I got one blanket, not nearly enough to move enough furniture for a house. We did not get a refund for either of these. as a matter of fact, we paid 5$ more than expected but unsure why
