The guy is always pleasant and professional, but the van was not clean. He didn't seem very busy, so I don't understand why he wouldn't have time to clean the van. It needed a good vacuum and the windshield was pretty dirty too.

My pick was at 7:00 am. They were not open when I arrived They showed up after 7:15 or so and still took there time. Getting me the truck and on my way.

There is nothing to improve you guys are nice and got us in and out quick. Mind you I went somewhere else first and they had nothing to rent. But they did find me one so overall customer service is very good

My uhaul rep at store was great. Professional and very helpful.

Trucks that are in better condition. Truck had ripped seats, was dusty and not cleaned. Truck had over 144 000 miles and appeared old and unkempt.

This location has bad theft of gas out of vehicles I had to go get gas as soon as I got in it.

Gave us a busted dirty vechile that was unasnaitry and very disgusting. I had to get it out of an unreasonale parking space and area that no human could possibly fit throught AND the person serving us was SO extrememly inpolite and hostile i think i will report this place to the authorities.

Truck was filthy, would scream when you accelerated like the transmission couldn't handle it, fleet not maintained. Was told to wait with vehicle and I waited a long time, nobody came out. Had to go in to location to get service. Also charged $80 for 1/8th tank of gas.
