Provide the truck where they say it should be. Had to drive 120 miles to pick it up! Nightmare when you're moving the next day!

The people were wonderful. I had a very hard time disconnecting the trailer I rented from hitch. It was the new type of disconnect module and I actually had to call friends to help me get it off.

I think if the client is present, they should be able to help check you in or out. It'll be a lot quicker than sending links and having to upload pictures. That's one part I don't like about the process that I would change.

Customer service was terrible and i got a call, voicemail, text and email saying i didnt return the equipment when i did i put the keys in the drop box because the location was close upon my return time. I had the vehicle less than an hour

Apparently bugs on the windshield is ok. If the back is dirty, we get charged $ 25.00. Believe.....a clean windshield would make a world of difference.

I was dropping off a trailer and didn't know where to park it. The female employee was helping another customer when I came in so gentleman working on the lot directed me on where to park the trailer. The female said she would email a receipt. I dropped the trailer off and by noon I had not received a receipt, so I called and got voicemail. I ended up driving back down to the dealer to ask for a receipt and had to wait in line for a half hour. Would have been much easier if I had received the emailed receipt.

If they make a reservation on line make sure that the reps know that the u hauls around them have them. Instead of making them drive a ridiculous amount of time out of their way.

The truck had the wrong amount of gas as the paperwork said if I would not of checked I'd had to pay for someone else gas . The AC did not work thank God I only used this truck an hour it was 100 degrees here . But I was still charged full price for uhaul . The people are great very nice it's not the people it's uhual .

The hitch design was brilliant. Smooth riding no jerking... Congrats to your hitch design team. The system worked flawlessly with my TOW package for my explorer 2017.

The girl that helped me seemed preoccupied and when hooking up the trailer yo my hitch she hit my car and said nothing. My son inlaw was there and asked if he could help and she geabed the trailer and hit mt car. I was in my SUV and he was with her. He didn't tell me till we were leaving, knowing i was gonna be mad. Mad at the fact she was rude after taking the picture and walked off and never said a word about scrapping my SUV me. Won't go back to this location

The 24/7 renting/pickup could be explained better. I was waiting for some sort of message to tell me my locker code. I didn't realize I had to go to U-Haul.com, set up account, enter my reservation number, provide photos, and 3 contacts because of out of state DL, before I would get a key code. My plan to start at 7am turned into 8:30. 

Truck was new and in great condition, ust what we needed. Staff at location was very professional and had us on our way in record time.

The trailer was very dirty. It had grease covering much of the floor. This grease was difficult to clean and it took me a 45 minutes to clean it up. The pick up location did not offer to clean it up but did give me packing blankets to cover it with. I decided not to do that as it would have created a trip hazard.

Terrible customer service the lady messed up on my paperwork multiple times. I had to leave the first time and go back to work because she took so long. I had to come back to get the trailer after work. Very slow, bad customer service.

I lived in Bishop California I had to drive to richcrest 2 hours away to get my truck and then I had to drive from Bishop to Bend Oregon do you take that spare you all It cost me more money to get to bed this time and it ever has to be located someone else who you guys think you guys are charging not much breaking money when there's no truck in a small toin a small town pull your butts out of your head and gets to s*** done you guys owe me more money and I want to get 200 and some dollars back when I turn the truck in early I pushed my butt to get that truck back 2 days earlier because I can get some money back I don't care if he guys offered 2 days extra on my time or executive miles that just saved me no money I'm pretty much you cut me more money

Customer service sucks. The woman behind the counter was rude and called me a liar. Then said she was charging me extra for gas even though I showed her photos of the gas gage. I will be disputing the extra charges and calling uhaul to complain.

Second time I rented. Second time I had trouble with the “after hours” (3pm) return. Website repeatedly said “you have been timed out” immediately after signing in. I was charged $20 return fee b/c I couldn't use the website return.

I would recommend a friend here but only for pick up Monday-Friday. The cargo trailer we rented was left in the dirt with a truck blocking it. The girl working the front desk had to help us lift it to get it on our truck. If you need a Uhaul, this place has them. But don't rely on great customer service.

We were given a trailer with lights that only worked sporadically and then had a very difficult time being able to contact customer service or the roadside assistance while on a cross country move!! Completely unacceptable

We were just given keys and told to bring it back with half a tank. We weren't shown which Uhaul was ours, we had to figure out based off of which one the key worked with. We brought it back with half a tank like directed and was charged an additional $50 for five gallons of gas which is ridiculous. If we would have been instructed correctly it would have been prevented.

I did mobile return because they don't open until 10am…like really?!!! That is so late! I would've been so annoyed if I was picking up and had to wait till 10am to get the truck and start loading!!!

The truck needed to be cleaned out some. Lots of scratches on the outside and a cigarette burn on the seats. The girls in the office were great. They did such a good job and were very kind to us

Did make the trip from Ohio to California, but truck not running right costing over $1100 dollars in gas for 2400 miles, wiper blades being shot, and only water in the windshield washer tank, was not a very enjoyable trip with this truck. Normally I get good vehicles from Uhaul, but not this time.

Only one rep and she had no idea what she was doing. Did not help me carry out pads, dollies. No yard help to hook up the trailer and mine did mot even have a landing leg. I at 60 yrs old 90 % disabled veteran was left alone to lift it and hook it up. I am the one who did my own light i inspection. My return was to be 4 but i got back at 2:30 and it was closed, web site open until 3. I just parked it out back unlocked with all the pads and dollies inside. And i had to unhook it my self. Not the best area to leave things unlocked. But if they don't care either do I

Customer service was rude. Offered no assistance to get blankets and dolly to the truck even when asked. Truck had not been cleaned since who knows when, extremely filthy in the cab. Found a pair of thong underwear behind the seat. They got the keys from the drop box so I don't think they ever even looked at it. Worst service I've ever experienced.
