They didn't have my equipment ready. The man at the counter gave me attitude when I asked for the equipment I paid then they screwed me out of $70 worth of bubble wrap and packing paper I paid for but didn't receive. The way they handled their screw up was terrible. I never got the packing materials I needed and paid for. I will continue to use the U-Haul motel location before ever trying these guys again. Will also not use any of the other services they offer at this location.

The vehicle was parked in an area that was muddy and wet and up against a chain link fence where it was hard to inspect prior to completing the inspection. I understand it was raining at the time but being parked on a hard surface would have been much better.

They did not have the appliance dolly or the furniture dolly that I purchased ready in the truck. I picked up the truck after 5:00, so there wasn't anyone to speak to at the store. I had a crew of guys to help me move large items and I could not accomplish this without the dolly's. Total waste of time. I would not recommend Universal Rentals for anyone trying to decide which location to rent from.

I was surprised to find it was closed at noon on a Saturday! The process for getting the truck was challenging, luckily my work supervisor was available to verify my employment. Also, the corporate helpline tech was helpful.

The mobile app never is able to pick up my correct location but the gentlemen inside are always super friendly and helpful. I've rented here a few times and will continue to do so

The Uhaul app is not user friendly. The locator on the app took many tries to get it to see I was in the right location. The photo portion took 10 tries before it accepted my picture. I called your 800 customer service number and they were of no help.
