DAVID W.I rented a truck on 8/6 from this location to move. The gentlemen said he checked the truck before I pulled off the lot but not sure how much he checked it due to truck being in the same spot backed in against the building close to another 10 foot truck. The truck looked clean upfront. I got to my residence, pulled up the door and a roach was crawling across the wall inside truck. I killed the roach and other roaches started to come out of the back of the truck. I ha e pictures to proof of at least six roaches killed which I left in the back of the truck so the gentlemen at the location can see it due to the fact he didn't believe it as he told the rep on 800 uhaul number, told the rep he didn't have another truck to give but when I returned my truck, the same truck, same size was still there. I really feel I should be compensated in some way due to the fact I don't know if any of my personal belongings roaches got into and carry any roaches into my new residence. The roaches are evidently in the walls of the truck. It needs to be fumigated. My reservation number was 26302943. I was very disappointed.

Jan S.The mobile pickup is really a pain. I had trouble getting into the lock and I witnessed two other couples having issues as well. It takes a lot more effort from the customer for no savings on the customer's part. Uhaul is making a lot of work for people for no real benefit as I see it.

I don't care who you are.. You would of been scared too.. Omg! Are you kidding me. We will not pay the extra fee for that area.. If I had kids with me... It was a night mare very unhappy with the end of our trip

I had no directions have how to drop off the stuff and had to direct myself. there was no way to lock up the dolly. so if it got lost or stolen it would be on the customer, but the company did not provide the details. it seems I was charged more than my actually payment. however, i do not know because after 4 calls, I waited two hours to speak to someone about my receipt on the customer service line and no one ever answered

THOMAS G.The phone number on the website is incorrect for this location. I have called (404) 792 - 4912 numerous times and the number is disconnected. I picked up the truck at University Emission, 355 University Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Once I arrived the representative was really nice, stated I had to take the 20' truck and not the 15' that I reserved online because it was going out of state. He did not do a walk through with me nor did he give me the paper with picture of truck for you to mark/note damages on the truck. From the emissions building, he pointed out the 20' truck and I noticed the skirt to the truck was damaged. I said to him there is damage to the truck. He said yes, it is already in your contract. You can review it online. I even bought the insurance just in case. Of course, in the rush I was in I did not take pictures or videos because I took his words as good faith. If you are going to rent please video and take pictures of everything. CYA!!! Also, there was heavy rain the day I rented the truck and the roof leaked causing my boxes, rugs and leather furniture to be soaked. This has been the worst experience ever with U-haul at the 355 University Ave location.

DEBORAH L.I picked up the u-haul truck before the business hours, 7am. I called the day before, and the guy who answered was familiar with my reservation and assured me a truck was reserved. I was able to use the app to pick up with no issue at all. A u-haul rep did call my alternate contact, who needed to be available to pick up the phone, in order to get the key out of the lockbox. The truck was as clean as I would expect for a u-haul.

T'SHAWN C.The mobile pick up was not straight forward. It is long and convoluted. All information you need should be done when the reservation is done. The extra step of having someone verify my identity is a shot in the dark. People do not answer spam calls so it to several call to several people to have it verified. If you have my liscense and credit card that should be enough. Took over an hour on this process
